Food - one of the best chili oil I've tried. Can compete with le ching's chili oil - cheap but yummy! I can specifically recommend the mapo tofu and their siomai Service - crew is fast whenever u need something - went here during busy dinner time and they were still quick on their feet - food was served in a span of 5 minutes Atmosphere - its ok. Not bongga but not dirty. Very decent for the price Update: tried their garlic rice. Honestly, Im kinda biased here bec it tasted like my mom's garlic rice when I was young. It was sooooo goood I almost cried. U can feel the individual grains of rice with a little toast effect. The salt was just perfect. The garlic was crispy too and not burnt. I highly recommend u try their garlic rice instead of yang chow. It is worth the wait ❤️

Food serving is best for group dining. Not too pricey Nothing special on the dishes. Too many staffs but not all are attentive. Limited parking.

Great place to eat. As in dami customers. Sometimes staff were too busy attending to clients. But the service was good. Patience is the key. Sumptuous food & fast serving. Perfect for me. Big serving kahit noodles feast solved agad. Affordable & commendable. Sorry po I added the menu for reference. We'll try siopao's next visit. Don't hesitate to drop by if you're somewhere in QC.

Best Salted Fish and Chicken Fried Rice. It’s better than Hap Chan, North Park, Lugang and even Din Tai Fung. Best paired with their asado pork. We also tried siomai and fried dumplings which are both great too. Too bad they ran out of xiao long pao and sharksfin dumpling. You can flush to the toilet their Bihon Guisado, not good, I had high expectations. But still a 5⭐️ for me overall!

It left us with a mixed dining experience. The food, overall, was reminiscent of standard Chinese fare—neither outstanding nor disappointing. The Corn soup was a decent start, and the Hakao stood out as commendable, while the Tao pey roll and Spicy Spareibs fell into the "okay" category. Unfortunately, the Lohanchay resembled chopseuy without any distinguishing elements. However, the disappointment came with the Lemon chicken, which failed to meet expectations. The flavors were underwhelming, and it didn't live up to the anticipated zestiness. The Yang chow was substantial, contributing to the overall average experience. The highlight of our visit was the reasonable pricing, making it a budget-friendly option for those seeking Chinese cuisine. On the downside, the service left much to be desired. Our main course (Spicy Spareibs and Lemon Chicken) was served as we were nearly finished with our meal, indicating a lack of attentiveness and timing on the part of the staff. In conclusion, Foong Lang Garden offers an average dining experience with standard Chinese dishes at affordable prices. While the service fell short of expectations, the cost-effectiveness might still make it an option for those looking for a wallet-friendly meal without expecting culinary excellence or exceptional service.

The food was great we ordered their rice toppings such as asado rice and pata rice. Madami sila magserve ng ulam and rice. Sulit naman for the price. But the service was bad. We waited for our food 45mins. We might not come back here again.

Food was really greeat! Servings were good and the employees are very helpful. Had a great experience because of them not just because of the good food.

We've ordered yang chow fried rice (1 small order; that arrived last), hakao (1 order; good, but the wrap came dry and cold after a few minutes), sharksfin dumplings (1 order; after a few minutes out in the open it was soooooo bbaaaaaddd, it was like eating a one day old dumpling that came from the refrigerator), spicy spare ribs (1 order; not so spicy for me given that i am not a fan of spicy food)

I had the pleasure of dining at Foong Lan and ordered their fried chicken, Yang Chow fried rice, and pork siomai. The fried chicken was exceptionally crispy and had a delicious seasoning that added depth to the flavor. The Yang Chow fried rice was a perfect combination of savory ingredients and had a delightful aroma. The pork siomai were tender and bursting with flavors. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Food was okay, nothing too extraordinary for us. But very good thing was nothing was too salty 👍🏻 We arrived around 12:45pm for lunch; place was packed. You need to get a number before you sit (there’s a queue). Once it’s your turn, expect to be seated to share the table specially if you’re only 1-3 pax. Cash-only basis too! Parking is limited. Service size is just right for the price. Staff were VERY busy because there are a lot of people; they may not be able to accommodate you as soon as you get in but it’s understandable. They are friendly despite being busy :) We got below (with my ratings): - Salted Fish and Chicken Rice (3/5) Really expected much more for this 😅 didn’t really taste the fish nor chicken. Just tasted like plain fried rice with egg to me BUT there are bits of fish and chicken - Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet Rice (4.5/5) This one I enjoyed! Hindi basta puro breading, fish portion of this was generous in today’s standards - Pork Noodle “King Dao” (Chili) (3/5) Expected this to be spicy but it’s not 🥲 not even by a bit.. the soup itself tasted great tho! Noodles were cooked nicely and it had bok choy. The meat tasted like good quality tocino — not to down play the dish!! I can imagine this being nice on a cold, rainy day - Pork Siomai and Sharksfin dumpling (3/5) I love dumplings and these do taste great. Tasted real 😁 but again, nothing too extraordinary >> overall, we did enjoy the taste of everything. We might visit again, but emphasis on the ‘might’ 😅
