Our 2-night stay was excellent. The staff were so kind, accommodating and considerate. They were also very courteous and hospitable. The hotel amenities were great and I especially like their pool bar. My family, friends and I had a great time during our entire stay. Ms.Joanne, the duty manager also really made sure we were well taken care of. I surely would like to book another stay in Bai hotel again soon.

First of all, it was great because the service from the start till the end of our stay was topnotch. Second of all, the food at the buffet was great and there were so many options and different cuisines included, but there were still so many parts of the hotel that we hadn't gone to because we were only there for a short amount of time. Lastly, the rooms had all the necessary essentials that we needed and made our stay even more special and memorable. Overall it was a great trip, the food was great, the facilities were very satisfactory and I wouldn't think twice if I had another chance to come back here. 5 stars all the way!

By far the best hotel we've stated across the Philippines. We stayed in a few 5 star hotels in manila but this has been the top. From staff to room services. The room was comfortable and big. Everything you needed was provided. Highly recommended. Amazing view from our room.

One of my most valuable buffet dining experiences. I love the food choices and the restaurant was beautiful. The servers were very accommodating. I would like to recommend James Barriga for extending an extra mile in making sure we are well accommodated. Two thumbs up for the service.

All the staff were accommodating, polite, and professional. Any staff my husband and I met around the hotel never failed to greet us. The buffet breakfast served was also very good. Never thought I would stay long for breakfast. I normally don't eat heavy meals in the morning. The check-in and check-out were quick. The room was clean. It was a holiday season so there were many people everywhere during our stay but the overall experience was great.

It a was a perfect place for New Year's Eve countdown party. The vibe was great! Location was good, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The hotel amenities made our stay even more satisfying. The city view from the pool while hitting the booze at night was lovely. The hotel security was great too. It was my first time and definitely not the last.

The hotel is impressive as you first view it. As you arrive, the staff are OUTSTANDING, from the boys on the door and security. Check-in was completed easily, and staff were there to help me to my room. The room was huge and spacious, very clean and well laid out, with tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom was huge. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept with great views of the city. Breakfast is buffet style

Hotel Bai exceeded all of our expectations for our one night stay. They upgraded our room to a suite free of charge and decorated our room for our honeymoon. The service was exceptional from every single individual working at the hotel. We had the best dinner at Marble & Grain Steakhouse. The steaks were cooked to perfection and truffle gnocchi was to die for. The service at the restaurant was also exceptional. We personally loved our server Geo! He was very sweet and personable. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel and at the pool bar. The service provided by Antone and the team lead Ariel was exceptional. The server Antone was incredibly attentive to our needs. Ariel went above and beyond by offering us free cocktails and access to the exclusive pool area, where I was able to propose to my girl during our second anniversary celebration. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Aside from the outstanding service and delicious food, the hotel offered a room w/ a breathtaking view that added to the overall charm of the place, shoutout to Venus for making this happen. We were so impressed with our experience that we are already planning our next visit. We can't wait to come back to this wonderful place and relive the beautiful memories we made here. Another night where I enjoyed a scrumptious late night dinner at the classy Marble & Grain restaurant at the Bai Hotel. My server was the wonderful Ms. Roxanne who made sure my food was timely, warm and oh so delicious!! Definitely recommending this fine cozy spot for couples who want to enjoy some great evening meals!

Had dinner at Marble + Grain Steak House and it was a great experience. The service was fantastic, as the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our server, Emmie and the bartender Venz really made the experience more enjoyable. And of course the food was great! I particularly enjoyed the spinach dip, and their tomahawk steak was nice and juicy. Overall, I would love to come back to the restaurant some other time.

Hotel was great.. Restaurant was great.. Staff was great... Room was great.. pool was a disappointment. We stayed on the 21st floor. At night the music coming from the rooftop bars was way too loud! Recommend to inform people who stay on weekends.

It was a great experience staying at Bai Hotel with family. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The first thing I noticed was how they greet their customers wherever you are in the hotel. The breakfast is astonishing with a lot of food varieties to choose from, so it was totally worth it for the price we paid for. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The housekeepers are very friendly too. The management has well-trained their staff, and for me, when I go back and visit Cebu from overseas, I will surely come back here. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a friendly and cozy environment.

Marble & Grain Steakhouse Servers - Roxanne, Carmy , Venz The food was really great, they have a high quality meat for there steak. We chose the rib eye and it was great. The ambiance as well is very excellent. I would highly recommend this place. We were also almost harassed by a drunk foreign customer but their staff was quick to take the necessary actions to stop the said customer, fortunately we were not harassed. The servants were very excellently as well with the way they serve us.

Excellent customer service upon check in. Housekeeping staff has fast and reliable service. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of foods, staff are very well trained and welcoming. The staff values client feedback and open to improvements. Location is very accessible with the purpose of our visit. Would recommend to family and friends.

The restaurant had a sense of high class and our server Geo exemplified the atmosphere with his knowledge of the menu as well as the wine selection. The food was exquisite and the wine even better. Thanks to Geo, me and my boyfriend were able to have a unforgettable night.

The hotel was very good, the staff were excellent. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our room, though, had a horrible smell coming from it. Found it coming from the chair, so we had it removed. We had one bad experience, the soup we ordered from room service was so salty that we couldn't eat it. We complained about it and they did more than make up for it, I was very impressed. The breakfast each morning was excellent, a highlight. I would most definitely come back here for another stay.

My wife and I have your staff to thank for an outstanding week's stay at your hotel. The lobby was bright, spacious and very clean. The room (#1367) was big with a king size bed, comfortable, kept clean and service was always available with the cleaning personnel available at all times. Breakfast buffet for two, which was included with the room has plenty of selections to choose. More than enough to please even the pickiest of all. Although we never ate lunch, I thought the dinner buffet was just as great. I thought the best of all was all the staff was very friendly. They stop whatever it is they're doing to acknowledge your presence, look you in the eye, bow their heads and say "good morning", or whatever time of day it is. I've been in Cebu three times since July and stayed in different hotels. We stayed extra three days this time because my wife and I liked everything the Bai Hotel had to offer. Special thanks to the security detail who's responsibility includes the guest's safety. Operating the X-ray and the metal detectors can bring different challenges because of the guest's different nationalities but I thought they were doing an outstanding job. The same goes with the front desk personnel, concierge team, food service personnel and the elevator lady. Needless to say, your hotel WILL see us again....

Everything was perfect. We spent a quick staycation with family and it's a getaway that I couldn't ask for more. Superb service and commendable hotel. From the reservations who responded to my change of dates quickly, to the front desk who assisted me during my check-in and check-out, to the concierge who assisted us with our bags and for Jan (concierge) who's ready to assist us whenever we have questions and concerns regarding the room. My niece likes her strawberry milkshake in the pool bar and she did had a good time in the pool 😊 Kudos to everyone! Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Pool bar is amazing it has a 360 view😍 The staff are friendly and approachable. We had fun talking with them, especially Christine, Vincent, and Jyrah. They assisted me and entertain me. The drinks are tasty. You really can relax here while drinking and eating some foods. I recommend everyone to visit and relax here, specifically pool bar. ☺️☺️🎉🎉 Overall, everyone is friendly. The bar is directly adjacent to the pool, and it also serves food, so you may get snacks or a light supper. The cuisine is extremely affordable and tasty. The Pool Bar is a nice spot to unwind and meet other guests. The bar offers a lively environment and is an excellent location for meeting new people. My first time here with my family. A few of my friends recommended this hotel and heard good things about them and their comments about the hotel and staff were accurate! Took a One Bedroom Suite and it was an awesome room with a great view from the 20th floor. Awesome breakfast with plenty of options. All the staff we've interacted with are just excellent, very accommodating, friendly, and professional. A1 experience overall!

We had a wonderful stay at Bai. The buffet is unreal. The views of the channel were nice from the room and the views from the pool and roofdeck restaurant are incredible. The spa was FANTASTIC as well, i tried different types of massage with Jocelyn and both were great. Best of all was the service. We were so welcome here. We really enjoyed the Lobby Lounge, where Jude and Luke went above and beyond to find what we were really craving. They were so kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Marble and Grain Steakhouse was a great experience. It was my first time taking my grandparents to a restaurant like this so this place was a great introduction. Food was amazing, there was enough options to satisfy our cravings. A bit pricey though, but the food still makes you feel full. Service was great as well, our servers Thara, Dwayne, and Geo were very welcoming and kind.

My entire experienced was a 5 stars not only with the food being served that was a fiest but also with the customer service provided. The staff were very approachable and kudos to them for making our stay in lobby lounge like were a VIP guest. High five to those staff who were behind this luxurious experienced Ms. Kelly and Ms. Nina 👏👏.

Really great staff, food, and ambiance. Second time coming here and the spirit is still as vibrant as before. Stayed here with my family, and we got 3 rooms for a week. Very clean, very courteous, and helpful staff. The gym instructor is on standby at the gym for its users; he was very kind in helping me with my stretches for my bad back. A big variety of buffet breakfasts, though I was only into fresh fruits. The lounges with the divans by the pool are very relaxing, with the breeze and view from the 21st floor - enjoyed our champagne there. This hotel at the price rate is worth more. I highly recommend it!

My family went here for a birthday dinner. The service was very evidently excellent along with the food itself. You could feel friendliness and welcome to the service; plus, they were very patient when we took a while to order food. They were very willing to explain their menu in a simple and understandable way and suggested which food would best fit out taste. The food was delicately arranged and tasted great!

The service in Bai Cafe was great! It's our 1st time to experience the service. There a lot food choices, we had a good time with my partner. We loved the ambiance and the crew. Friends and I celebrated Mother's Day here! We had their "Eat all you can breakfast" and it was unbelievable! Imagine eating all those yummy food treats from different countries! The ambiance was relaxing, all the stuff were respectful, friendly and helpful! We had so much fun and our bellies were happy too. It was a wonderful experience overall.

10/10 highly recommend! Marlene, the duty manager literally saved my trip. She was made aware of some issues I was having with my room and paid me a visit this evening. She talked with me and listened to my concerns. 30 min later she surprised me with an upgraded rooms for all of my troubles. Best customer service in a hotel I have ever experienced. Great food. Wonderful staff. Great look and design, super modern. They are working on renovating and upgrading some of their lower floors so just give them grace on the progress. Definitely stay here, it’s so worth it.

The staffs were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1 PM. We got to hotel super early because I had an event to attend. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, the kids enjoyed their stay as well. The food and service of Cafe Bai (Bai Hotel in general) is impeccable, as always. The ambiance, cleanliness and overall mood is outstanding. This is my first time celebrating my birthday at Cafe Bai and we were greeted with very enthusiastic staffs. Special mention to Merry who kept us cozy and welcomed all throughout our lunch. Will always come back here to celebrate or even just to unwind.

Everyone in the hotel is receptive and helpful. Always pleasant and full of greetings. Had a very pleasant 6 day stay! The restaurant options are also very good and different from each other so it helps a lot and doesn't really make us go out anymore. Service is actually 10/10 from the banquet team, in room dining staff, greeters, executive lounge staff, morning bfast servers, etc. On the hotel amenities / quality, I am leaving room for improvement. The ambience on a few floors / areas can be improved. Bathroom mats can be better. Overall, we had a great event and a great stay.

Both the food and service was great. We were met with great care, an extremely positive contrast from our rather difficult day. With an atmosphere that brings you to the heart of Japan, taste that reaches the highest of the heavens, and a service that knows no bounds. The ambiance here at the pool bar is also great especially at night because you get to see the city lights. It’s my first time here and I was amazed by the service. And for the food, it was scrumptious and greatly presented. I will definitely go back here some time soon.

I love the modern design of their rooms and the other hotel amenities, speaks well of the elegance and the sophistication that the hotel tries to project. It is very huge. In fact, I did not have enough time to explore all the hotel amenities. Lobby is grand with imposing staircases. Their security is quite strict. Guests are required to scan all items brought inside the hotel. Rooms are well lighted but small. There's not enough legroom for stuff like suitcases, etc. I also had hard time figuring out how to adjust the room temperature. The toilet is likewise small. The water flush they use is not environmental friendly. A lot of water are wasted just to flush a small amount of pee. The best thing that I liked about the hotel is their buffet breakfast. Its vast that I did not have enough time to explore it.

We dine one of the your restaurants, food was fantastic. Service was great. Housekeeping manager James is so accommodating one a kind staff to treasure. My only comment if you could change your glass door to a sliding door because if you are bringing your tray full with food and you need to open the door personally since everybody is busy. You need to use your body to push the door.

Our server, Sir Randie, was able to accommodate us well. Not only did we enjoy the food, but we also felt that our dinner at Bai Hotel was easier because he was nearby anticipating our needs. He was very speedy when it came to collecting our used dishes and noticing when we would need help. Amazing and efficient service!

It is a wonderful place . Clean , neat and tidy and very disciplined. All health protocols well observed. Whilst your breakfast buffet spread is huge and amazing but there are no items suitable for vegetarians there apart from fruits and some salads . Please consider adding some hot food suitable for vegetarians.

Great service from concierge and staff. Everyone greets you with a smile. Buffet was nice and we had great service from Randie & Margie. Very quick and helpful duo. Room was okay. Had a bit of an issue at the start but the staff came directly to assist. In terms of location, I recommend you have reliable transpo since it's kinda far from the big malls and etc.
