Great service and specially the food. Seasoning is just right. Not too salty and not too bland. Waiter Mae to their Manager were very accommodating. Servings are just right. Will be back for more.

Excellent! At lunchtime we were seated immediately. Our waitress pointed out the QR code for the menu, but she returned immediately with a tablet, and then a paper menu. While we waited for our meals, our waitress brought us water and plain nachos, complementary. The hamburger was delicious, the best in Cebu City! Mojoto was so good that I ordered a second one. The background music was at a good level that you can have a conversation. Restaurant is clean and the staff are very attentive to your needs. Definitely will go back!

So far, so good. I'm a US citizen so TGI Fridays is very common for me and I'm never so in love but I decided to visit this one in Ayala Mall after seen so many good reviews with a 4.6 who's impressive. Prices are very high but food is very good and also service is very quick. I was not allowed to eat inside because I'm with my Service dog and the Philippines doesn't respect their own laws but I'm so accustomed to this everywhere.

A great place to eat. If you have you citi cc you can have perks here. Service is also great. I had a good time here with my fam.

It's our first time to be here in this branch to celebrate love with my husband and it exceeded our expectations. We were greeted and was taken cared by Mae as if we were in a 5-star resto. She assisted us with what to do and answered our questions (since it was our 1st). And the foooooddd, it was AWESOME. I love the surprise in every bite. We expected the taste to be normal since we ordered sirloin, battered fish and salisbury steak BUT THERE IS THIS TWIST IN THESE DISHES. It just made a rather familiar food, AMAZING!!!

Sumptuous Sunday! I’m glad my family decided to dine here today! Great food most especially the brownies! My son really enjoyed the fish and chips! Thanks for the free tortillas with yummy salsa! Hoping we get to have our meals a little quicker next time. 😊

Heres my 2 cents. We ordered: FOOD 5/10 = mehh 😐😐 ->seafoam splasher (the picture on the drink) The drink has sprite and cucumber and its good ->boneless buffalo bites 5/10 ->mac and cheese bites Bland..... bland. ->caesar salad This was the best order! This would be the reason why id still like to eat here. Servers and staff tho was a super 10/10 they greeted us and gave us nice seats and was always ready to assist us on what we need and stuff. And theres random stuff on the store like that box and that ladder.

Mae is so approachable. You don't need to call her if you need anything. She has the initiative to ask you on what you need up until you pay your bill for you own convenience. Thank you Mae. I am sure you will succeed with your kind of work behavior. God bless you

Firstly, the Servers gave EXCELLENT service. Jean was my main server, but all helped without hesitation. The food was fantastic. Only 4 stars because the first time the Mac n Cheese nuggets came, the centers were still cold, almost frozen. Second attempt came out perfectly, hit crispy and delicious. I had the Sizzling Chicken Fajitas. Fantastic dish. My only "negative" (but not too much) was that the tortillas were . . . . Filipino style - thin, somewhat crispy . . . Obviously warmed on the grill. Although tortillas need to be cooked, Mexican tortillas are usually cooked to a point of pliability, then steamed for hot freshness. Nonetheless, DELICIOUS altogether. Delicious food, comfortable chairs, nice ambience. We had the TGI Friday's Trio for our appetizer and it was great. The truffle chips were clearly fresh and tasted great, the boneless buffalo wing bites were tender, and the mozzarella cheese sticks were more like bricks - in a good way though - they were huge! A big portion overall - worth P1000 For the main course I had the 5 cheese burger which has a wagyu beef patty. I included a photo of the burger cut in half. The meat is delicious and juicy, and you can really taste all the different cheese flavours. The quality definitely justifies the P750 price. My partner had the smoked milkfish and said it was good. Service was decent, though when we asked for water they did forget. No big deal we just asked again. They were very friendly. Overall a lovely dinner experience.

We tried the Branch in Robinsons Galleria Cebu, am not going there Again, the food was very oily chicken wings felt old stale meat, we ordered like 5 different dishes but everyone dish disappointed US. Over priced food, I dont mind paying if the Quality is good. Not recommended. Avoid .

I had the pleasure of being served by an exceptional waitress during my recent dining experience. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly enhanced our meal. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and attended to our needs with genuine care.

Really good food. It's a bit on the pricey side, but if you've got enough money to splurge for dining, TGI Fridays is not a miss. All the food we had was good. Their staff are very friendly and accommodating too. The place is clean and has a good ambience.

We been finished almost the seat sofa and changing couches of the said work of ma'am MJ DECENA ,,,,all of stuff of TGI Friday's is so helpful and kind...
