We where so disappointed at first because we booked online and we requested to have ourselves checked-in by 6AM in the morning because we’ve travelled far and it was the the only time we arrived in Manila. Unfortunately, we where almost rejected from checking in by that time when we arrived because they persistently suggested that the check in time was 2PM when we requested and told our time of check in in advance. We just hoped that they have contacted us regarding this conflict so that we could’ve booked somewhere else. Nonetheless, the conflict was resolved, we where able to check in out of my sister’s persistence. In terms of the room, it was clean, very small, have a small bathroom as well, and the bathroom lights was busted. Nonetheless, the receptionist was accommodating. Even though he was caught between our check in situation, he remained professional and accommodating. Kuddos to him!

Good for its price for an On-the-Go travelers. Located conveniently across bud terminal and places to eat are within walking distance. Right beside is a great modestly priced and delicious resto and walking distance to convenience stores.

The lady in the front desk named, "Ann", who is on duty on April 4, 2023 at around 2-3 pm is rude and does not know how to communicate properly. She BADLY NEEDED training on how to communicate properly.

This is the best dorm type hotel in town, it's cheaper yet great accomodation. For those looking for budget friendly hotel, I highly recommend this.

Lower rooms. Very slow internet connection. TV channels not fuctioning. Ive stayed ther more than 15 days.Problem was reported to frontdesk.But nothing changes.

Dirty Bathroom, looks like unchaged bedsheed, no rag to dry your feet when you went to bathroom, no water due to "water interruption" as per staff. Means not stocking emergency water in case of water interruption. Not checking in again

This hotel is too costly for its facility. The water in the CR does not drain properly. Room is not so clean. I will never book a room at this place again.

If you're a traveller and you found yourself roaming around Sampaloc at 3am, you might want to check this out. However, I might not stay here more than 1 night. The space is too small. And there's no window for ventilation. Just thankful we had a place to stay while waiting for our check-in in our hotel.
