Why one star only? First of all the reception front desk customer service ladies are not helpful to answer your questions. Three ladies assign In front desk are not helpful enough. When I ask the schedule about the TVs ultrasound they cannot even give you exact information. I was asking them can you please write my name there for the lining up? Thier answer no mom first come first serve. But when the doctor will arrived they will entertain 10 customers first... I told them okay its first come first serve what time the doctor arrive? They answer me around 10am or the doctor will call you if she will come or not....i took the panel package for the cost P2, 000 with fasting for sugar after that the medtech told me pls. Come back after 2 hours eating mam she took my blood 12.55nn she did not told me that they have cut off at 3pm, I went back there at 4.30 because I ate quarter to 2pm. 2 hours after eating I need to go back, when I went back it's already close... I will not recommend this clinic. Service is not good and they do jot give clear information. I even ask them many times what time they will close and they told me. 5pm....

Receptionist and other staff were friendly. But the Staff who took my Xray was very sarcastic. Made me feel uncomfortable. He could have just answered my questions without being a Condescending.

I can't share any experience because in the first place- there never was an answer in their local landline in Mandaue. Either the business is closed or they're no longer interested accepting inquiries to their future customers. I have dialed like 20 times in less than 30 mins. How frustrating.

Accessible to all even to commuters. Results available 3 hours after except those with delicate conditions. The place is cool and clean.

The place was clean and the temperature is low given that at that time was almost noon and there were a lot of people. The comfort room was clean and smells good.

LH prime serves very well. The have a good lounge and waiting area for patients. They give free wifi to guests. They offer laboratory packages. While waiting for your turn, you can stay at their Prime Lounge with free Congee and Coffee. They have a number of Doctors that has their clinic there - from Family Medicine to ENT to Pediatricians. They have ample parking space.

very friendly and accomodating staff and doctors. place is very home-y which makes it less stressful and nerve wracking. the facility is also at par with their standards. great overall.

Fast and efficient. I normally have my tests done before 3pm and there's hardly any people there whenever I go. The only improvement I would suggest is to have results available online.

So far the service given is good especially the receptionists..they are helpful and approachable.

The clinic has finally improved. Everything is now electronic so there aren't that much hassles.
