i would like to make a complain about the istore guard. My classmates and i went to check the new iphone x. We didnt expect how the guard criticize us. Is he thinking that because we are only a student we cant afford to buy that kind of phone?! When i hold and try the iphone x the guard is looking at me really hard. But i disregard it. So after we finish checking the phone, we are really amaze how nice the phone is. We also try to look the macbook and mac computer. While we are checking the macbook i am leaning in my classmate but the guard suddenly restrain me to not lean on the glass table where the macbook was placed which is im not leaning on it! After looking the macbook we went in the mac computer section. My classmate joke that what if we bought this mac computer and we will bring this everyday in school. So we laugh because how would it will be if thats happen. While we are laughing the guard come to us to restrain us again to not laugh. Lol is it a library that you are not allowed to laugh?! He even told us to get out in the istore. Seriously? Is that how they handle a customer?! Is he looking us down because were just only an ordinary student?! Where is the hospitality? Where is the approachable and good service? I wasnt expecting that a very popular store doesnt have any standard to choose their staff. Why would a customer will buy a very nice product if the staff was not even approachable, and doesnt have any attitude. Hospitality is the most important thing in a business. Hope you can work on it.

Hopeless sales staff. Asked for an Air 3 case, tried to tell me an ipad 2 case was the same but it isn't, the camera hole is wrong. When challenged to find the right one, shrug off was " there is no stock" Walked out disgusted.

TERRIBLE STAFF. Very unhelpful and ungrateful. I actually bought a macbook air 2017 because I prefer this model. One of the sales staff told the lady assisting me the model is OLD in a very rude way. Seriously talking like that in front of a customer is downright DISGUSTING. Consider hiring staff who have customer service experience and are not just there for the pay. WORST ISTORE IVE BEEN TO.

Don’t have prices on merchandise. If they were in the West they’d be getting a hefty fine and a few months for that. Apparently they’re an “authorised” seller of apple products.

Staffs are not accommodating, doesn’t smile and it seems they were just dragged there and forced to do what they do. This is disappointing for an iStore. Customers here doesn’t spend less than a thousand. And Apple is known for good customer service worldwide, how come you hire people with such unpleasing personalities? And besides, they are in the City of Smiles. Such an unwelcoming place. Ayala Mall staffs are far more better. I wonder how they got a 4.6 rating here in SM. You spent more than 10K and left the place unhappy all because of the people who work here. This was not the first time I entered this place and it’s always been the same. I thought buying something from them would make them happy or at least entertaining but, duh! Never again!👎
