This was a random choice dinner trip, because we just wanted a light dinner. Al fresco ambience was great, especially during a cool breezy night! Service was just ok, but they seemed unsure when we asked about the details of dishes in the menu. Food taste wasn't really impressive, serving size quite small and too expensive for its size. Seafood dish we were served was not fresh. Ade drink was canned and not fresh fruit as server claimed, coffee unremarkable. For the price they charge they don't even accept credit cards. No point going back here.

It’s a nice ambience. Prices are reasonable but the food and drinks were average. The mussel gratin separates, the asparagus soup was bland, and the pizza needed depth of flavor. They served pickled radish as amuse-bouche and it was the best thing I had there. I wish it was part of the menu.

As what have stated in the other reviews, they give good service and good food. Kudos to the chef! It's situated on the top of the building so they have better views of the surrounding. No worries, they have a lift. You can also choose from al fresco and air conditioning. One of the best place to hang out and chill!

A. Food [Taste] Dominantly Western style food with interesting but not entirely unique flavors. Brisket burger was pretty good - lighter and fresher than a regular fat-saturated burger you'll find elsewhere. The fries that came with it were not crisp - not limp but almost soggy. The Chop Steak was great - I just think it would be better with some starch like rice or mashed potato. As for the Kimchi beef (forgot the name), it was a bit too salty. It could have been balanced with citrus or less salt if the kimchi was on the salty side (i prefer a less salty kimchi). Maybe I should've opted for the rose pasta. [Portions] Good serving size. [Variety] Many dishes to choose from B. Service Attending staff was friendly and accommodating. He politely answered our questions about the food and was kind to check with the chef/cook if a dish had pork or not (dietary restriction). Not sure why the rice meal was served sooner than the burgers. And the gap was about 10 minutes or so. Anyway, I think the total waiting time exceeded 30 minutes. It wasn't super busy. C. Time I think they're open until 12 AM. D. Ambience Great rooftop hangout place. Pretty chill vibe. You can choose to sit indoor or outdoor. E. Price ₱₱₱ Quite pricey. Whether it's worth paying for is a different story. For an idea, the brisket burger was at 650. Pastas average at 850 per order. The chop steak and kimchi beef were at 850 each as well. They also have 12-inch pizzas at around 1000. F. Value for money 3.5/5 It's okay. Cool hangout place. But if you're looking for a good place to eat (like if you're a visitor who wants to try the best food in clark freeport), I'd say there's better food elsewhere for a similar pricepoint. Admittedly, I haven't tried everything on the menu but I could visit the place again. G. Location and parking Accessible place and lots of parking around.

Amazing food and even better service. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve visited across the world. There attention to detail even extends to the customer only restroom (CR), which was clean and had 5-star hand towels, not tissue paper that dissolves in your hand like most places or nothing at all. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to going back next time I’m in the area.

Good ambiance. Nice overlooking view of the parade grounds. A bit pricey compared to other restaurants nearby but it is worth it. Good service. Good food.

Great ambience, great service, and great food but I felt the choices were quite limited. Some of the flavors or variety of pasta were the same with the pizza. Would love to try the steak though as the steak on the pizza was tender, and seasoned well. The price of each food item was at least 550 pesos. Would love to try wine as well.

Rooftop Bar Restaurant with a serene view of the Clark Parade Grounds. Lift access located near the big parking lot or you can just take the stairs. Sunday lunch is laid back and quite relaxing. The food is really good and so is the service. Staff is friendly and attentive. You can tell by the way they refill your glass of water even before you ask for it. The BBQ Platter is good for 2 or 3. You assemble the beef brisket and pull porked with side dishes and sauce on a warm buttered bun and there you have it... a very tasty and delicious sandwich. The fries by the way is crispy and seasoned well and I can't get enough of it. For dessert, the cake is light (not too filling) and not too sweet which is good cause you can actually taste the flavor. The Scone is just perfect. Its a different scene between the day and night crowd. I kinda prefer a low key quiet meal on a Sunday vibe and this is exactly what you get during lunch time. Overall its a great place to get away from it all and spend a good meal with your family and friends. The price points admittedly is a bit on the high side depending on what you order so do check it out.

YOU MUST GO HERE! 1. ATMOSPHERE The location of this restaurant is on the third floor which it perfect for those outdoor light windy days for a nice romantic date overseeing the city. They also accommodate indoor sitting. The staff and servers were professional, caring and respectful during our entire visit. 2. PRICE The price of the food is more expensive then most local restaurants in the area and it worth every peso for the quality of the food! 3. FOOD (Salmon, Shrimp Gambas, Ribeye Steak) Delicious, well presented and produced in a timely manner. The choices of steak are limited to three. That doesn't stop flavor from reaching ever corner of your mouth.

Hola Parade is a very chill dine, and wine place. Pretty good for some date nights, and chill barkada drinking. Though a bit pricy, well worth the ambiance and location. Also, their sound system at the open area is pretty good if you're sitting near it.

Our second time here and we are even more satisfied! We brought our family so they can experience what we did when we came the first time. ❤❤❤ Foods are tasty but what we loved more is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff.

Paid 4k plus, a bit pricey for my taste. Pasta was 600 plus, wings was 700 plus, the platter was 1500 ... The ambience was nice, although that afternoon, there were a lot of flies, but the staff out out electric fans and candles at our table, but still, kinda ruin the whole vibe.

Dinner, the dishes are fresh. Taste can be debated, Carbonara and Greamy Bacon were not up to the mark for this price.

One of the best experience at Clark! The ambiance of Western Bistro was warm and inviting. The cozy interior and soft lighting created a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the evening. I must say, it was a delightful experience that left me with a strong desire to return. The star of the dish, of course, was the mushroom risotto. The mushrooms created a wonderful medley of tastes and textures. The sautéed mushrooms were tender and flavorful, harmonising beautifully with the velvety risotto. With its inviting atmosphere and attentive service, Hola Parade is a great choice for a memorable dining experience at Clark!

Visited Hola Parade for the first time with my family and friends as I found in google that it has good reviews. Giving this place 5* for food, we ordered few food to share, All were delicious. 5* for the service as staff are so friendly (can improve by engaging with customers like upon arrival "how are you?" While dining, "how is the food?" We have two foreigners with us staff can even promote what else can visit in clark. The more people visit clark, the more business) 5* atmosphere the restaurant located in the higher floor with a good view of the hills and parade ground. Price most probably would be a bit hard for person with basic salary in Philippines to afford it. But I would definitely come back in this place when we visit Philippines.

Restobar is located at the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs and elevator (although it was OOS at the time of this post) Place is great. Open air with overlooking view of the massive field. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Food is delicious and priced accordingly. Portions are also good. Cocktails are pretty good. Went there around 2pm but I think the place shines when it's nighttime.

A good place for drinks and bar food, though they offer everything from steaks to pastas and Filipino dishes too. We had some cocktails, and while they're a bit expensive, they were good. The interiors were hip and nicely designed, even the restrooms were well kept and had nice design touches. The staff were really accommodating and warm. Visit in the evening and stay outdoors but the best experience.

Loved the ambiance. Maybe we did not order the right food, but the platter and margharita pizza we ordered was not the best I have tasted. All in all, good place to hang out with friends, have good talk and some alcohol while unwinding after work.

Great food with good view. Go there late in the afternoon to avoid the afternoon heat (especially in summer) and on a weekday (less crowded). The signature HOLA steak has some sides and should be good for more than 1. Frutti de mari is delicious as expected (should be, you should get the value for your money here) Strawberry banana shake is great! Steak pizza does not work for me. The salad though is delicious (don't forget the dressing). Score should sit between 4 and 5 stars.

And they said okay will be check for my Risotto After checking and come another 1 staff asking what is the pending order? How come they don’t know what order that still pending? And need to asking twice ? When the staff take the order also have repeat our order, how come they don’t know what order is pending? Nice atmosphere and welcoming employees. Drinks were really good too, got the classic tequila sunrise for me and a lemon high ball for my friend. Recommended for a chill night!
