We liked their pizza. The store has their own cr. We went here before we go to EK.

Food is good. But it offered the Worst staff service ever.

This is in Papa John's Waltermart Sta. Rosa Laguna Ph. Food is good, what disappoints me are the crew and their customer service. We ordered chicken and rice meal ( the size of their chicken is small compared to the chicken served in other branches btw) and it took 40 minutes to serve , and an hour for a pizza sandwich. Their reason? They forgot the pizza that we ordered and declined to cancel it. They just told us to wait lol, no timeframe given. No available ice for the drinks.

Im a pizza lover pero piling pizza parlor lang ang nagugustuhan ko, for this store i'll rate this 5 star. I love their pizza esp. The creamy white cheese pizza and also the potato wedges.

My wifey got very mad with the service. Dine in order but for more than 40 minutes of waiting she found out that the pizza was boxed for take away, but no one among the staff informed that it was ready. Drinks were not served, and clearly on the receipt there was a service charge, so out of desperation, she cancelled the order because other customers after us got served first....

grabe pala tong branch nato! I ordered 2 days before mother's day, and kinonfirm ko pa if they can deliver by 11am kasi nga I know na that would be a busy day, kristine, the one I was talking to said okay daw kasi 10am naman daw open ng store nila..and sabi nya she will call me the next day to inform me of my bill..no calls until the day of the delivery, I got a text at 10am saying they will call me for the bill..NO CALLS, NO DELIVERY! IMAGINE! That was mother's day! Tried calling all their contact #s but cant get thru. I was waiting for a call or apology man lang, pero wala pa din. Masarap food nila pero the service, the manager (kung meron man) and the crew are all BAGSAK! They need more training!

Nice place, and good pizza

If it wernt for the good pizza 3 stars only so 4 stars, i was alone in the dining area but the 9 inch order took 4ever waited soo long, they forgot to give tissue so i used my handkerchief. Ate my pizza in the car. Ordered again in the afternoon went back the same day i said this time make it faster and i begged for tissue. I liked the super papa when its hot fresh from the oven than whenni brought home, hotsauce taste was good.
