Prior to visiting Mabuhay Chiropractic clinic, I have been experiencing frequent headaches (almost every day), then my husband introduced and encouraged me on trying chiropractic therapy. With just the first trial, drastic change with my posture has became apparent. Curvature at my back which I really don’t notice at all but people around me did, has improved. Doc Russel and Doc Hugo diagnosed me with kyphosis - condition where my body tends to bend forward. It was a new experience for me since I have never been to a chiropractic clinic before. I came in complaining about my neck pain, the staff were very much accomodating and friendly. After my initial check-up that’s when I learned about my condition and what needs to be done. Both doctors were patient and they explained my condition to me and my mother really well especially since my mother has alot of questions. I started having chronic lower back pain couple of years back and was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis. I also had visited a spine surgeon and a neurosurgeon both out of the country, the first one offered a symptomatic treatment and the latter to do a surgery which I was not ready to go through. before having sessions in mabuhay chiro I was experiencing pain from my back and shoulders. I feel restless and had allergic rhinitis. But only after my first session, most pains ive felt before were lessen. In the midst of my sessions paid from my back and shoulders slowly faded away. i feel more restless and strong. I have always had scoliosis since high school, i experience some discomfort when it comes to my lower back and shoulders from stress and my use of computers for long periods of time. After undergoing chiropractic treatments Ive had less discomfort on these areas and more, Dr. Hugo is very knowledgable when it comes to his practice and is very accommodating even addressing issues such as my jaw clicking due to my braces near the end of my sessions. I went there for the Dextroscoliosis. My spine is leaning more on the right side and may be compressing my lungs. I had difficulty of breathing and it's hard to fall asleep because of discomforts. I’ve been experiencing on and off sciatica pain which makes sitting for long periods, getting up from bed and even sneezing uncomfortable for my lower back and glutes area. I eventually experienced knee pains and numbness of right foot when waking up. I workout three times a week and initially thought everything was part of the workout. When it eventually started to feel really uncomfortable and unbearable I decided to book an appointment at Mabuhay. Upon initial consultation, we discovered I have partial scoliosis. After the first week of my session coupled with light exercises, I noticed the pain to start going down. I felt more balanced and stable when doing my workouts more than before. Highly recommend Mabuhay Chiropractic Clinic! After just several adjustments, my neck and back pain is gone. Muscles no longer feel tense and I can sleep better. I also like how each adjustment/session CAN be different, depending on what hurts that day or what’s been bothering you most. The staff is also friendly and welcoming which makes me not hesitate at all to come back. My only advice is to follow the doctor when they give you exercises to do, and get adjusted as often as recommended.

I had my initial 12 sessions at Mabuhay Chiropractic Clinic in Mall of Asia due to a severe back pain, to the point that my waist and hip were not aligned. After 10 consecutive sessions with their doctors, I saw a significant change in the alignment of my hips and waist, and my back pain was greatly reduced. After my 12 sessions, I became physically active again, and even if I sit long hours due to my work, it doesn't hurt as before. From then on, I always came back for alignment and adjustment whenever I needed it. Mabuhay! Indeed a mabuhay journey for my grandmother towards wellness. She was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis way back 2011, she did series of PT session and last April 2023 she decided to do steroidal injection. Those things didn't work for her the soreness of her knee worsen. Her friend recommended Mabuhay Chiropratic Clinic she said just try it. She was a hesitant at first but eventually gave in.
