Let me give an honest review of how their operation is running, their coaches are too complacent, they are more focus on their mobiles phones than to actually train their Client, your basically paying 450 for boxing to do 4 rounds of pads training and every round they go on their phone so lazy, and they make you feel uncomfortable knowing you haven’t booked, also for new comers they way they judge you and not appreciating your presence it’s awkward, I see people do trials and I would overhear the coach saying he doesn’t know how to kick, very uninterested in training their clients like no energy or bonding with their clients not giving a reason for them to come back. It’s a shame to see foreign coming over to bgc to train and this is what we have to offer as representing the pride of the Philippines as a big growing community in mma, and for them to experience this I really hope the owners we get back to the basics and remind their coaches if they don’t like it work else where. Fist gym in Quezon city after visiting multiple gyms is far superior and still have the real training ground for fighters or people looking to get their fitness level up. It’s worth the travel going their!

The training facility is great, clean and complete with equipment, and fully air-conditioned. However the quality of instruction is sub par. The boxing coach assigned to me wasn't really beginner friendly and he was quick to mock my every mistake instead of correcting me in a nice way. He is more focused on his phone and overall just seems disinterested to train me. I just gave up on this gym when one day, in the middle of my training session, he just bailed and was no where to be found. The market of this place seems to be more for ladies who just wants light work and overall fitness goals. This is not the place to train Boxing and Muay Thai seriously.

They will not teach you how to attract or defend in a fight, they only teach how to punch pads on a trainer’s commend. Good place if you want to do cardio or picture for Insta, bad place if you want to learn boxing. Trainers often make “sweet” unprofessional comments to the clients... Air conditioning often doesn’t work, so it’s very hot. Nevertheless, most of the people kind. If you want just to have fun in “punching fitness class”, you may try…

It’s my first time here and this visit got me so disappointed. I should have believed the other reviews here. I came in telling reception I got a coach booked for 10:30. While waiting, reception told me to do 3 sets of jump rope which I did. I came back asking her if the coach already arrived, to which she mentioned he will not so he assigned an available coach. This coach was so disinterested and was on his phone most of the time, like so many of the other coaches here. He kept making rude and unprofessional comments like “hindi mo gets eh”. He would also get visibly annoyed when I couldn’t get his punch combos right. Unbelievably rude. Hate to do this, but his name is Jayson. The whole staff also doesn’t seem trained how to act or even how to coach. Only thing good is the location. But wow, everything else was so bad. Don’t bother coming here. Their branch in Tordesillas has better management and coaching staff. But this branch? Forget about it.

Love this place! I've been training with Elite for a few years now at their Makati Branch this us their new installation in BGC. It's got a really cool vibe and nice scenic views with floor to ceiling windows. They've got most of the trainers from the Makati Branch which is awesome and being in BGC you have the opportunity to run outside first before your session much better than running around legazpi with all the traffic.

Been training for more than a month now, awesome experience! Kudos to Coach Aldrin for pushing me to my limits! Learning something new each training day - proper stance, proper moves, defense, circuit training and of course the after work out stretch 😅 I always look forward to training days! Coaches and other staff are friendly too! ❤

They’re amazing! They have a wonderful staff, and well-trained coaches esp my coach, Coach Alvin. The best thing about them is that your coach never leaves you throughout your session. I lost 5kg in 3 weeks. Thanks guys :)

Great trainers at a great price. You'll definitely get a workout while learning some techniques. It was a bit crowded on Saturday and there's not much space if a lot of people show up. Don't be afraid to spar, the trainers are good at working with your level and sparring really improved my workouts.

Great gym for boxing & muay thai. You get 1 on 1 session with a coach most of the time. However do expect that you may be working on your own at certain times but thats still fine by me. Coaches are friendly & knowledgeble, so dont hesitate to ask them if you are unclear of a certain workout/moves. Only cons is that they have no water dispenser. You need to buy bottled water from reception.

We booked an 11am session and started half an hour after. No one paid attention to us. They just kept accepting clients despite having only 2 trainers. Really so disappointing

I made a phone call to inquire about course for registering. A woman answered the phone and hung up. I tried to call again but never answered.

In my opinion, Manila’s best boxing gym. My boyfriend and I visited from out of town (we’ve both been boxing for quite a while) and the trainers were so skilled and well accommodating for our experience level. Not only were they incredible trainers but they were also super affordable priced. If you’re ever in Manila check out this or their other location if you’re a boxer or if you practice Muay Thai and are looking for a place to go.

👍👍 A good place to play basketball and badminton. Open for military dependents and civilians as well. There are enough shower stalls which are separated from the comfort room. If you want to grab something to eat, there's a cafeteria located on the mezzanine. 👍

😠 This gym is super dark. The weights look so old there’s no more rubber 😓 Very crowded and no crowd control. Expect co members to use the machines with their barefoot 🤢🤢🤢 Ew!!! The toilets are plenty and nice tho 😓
