Disrespectful employees. Substandard facilities. There are better clinics in the province than this one

When the MD on duty, treated me as if I'm an unprofessional... She even asked me to have a clearance from the lung center due to my asthma attack. FYI, my asthma will only attacks me due to pollens, dusty environment and over fatigue.. Now, what's the connection for having a clearance from the lung center of the Philippines, if your asthma is only attacking you 1x and this happens last January 2022?? Their common senses are not applicable to me, coz when im explaining my side, they're rolling their eyes, very unprofessional type of services. I only appreciated those kind and friendly staff from the Xray department and laboratory department .... To DOH, please kindly investigate this clinic, they're not even providing us a friendly working environment plus they're requiring us to have a must face shield, when those dentists dont even wears any face masks.. Where's the justice here???

Very dangerous place

Even if this is the closest option of your embassy’s accredited clinic. DO NOT COME HERE. People who work here are lazy, incompetent, arrogant and ,at the same, don’t really know what exactly they’re doing. I have visited this place 4 times just to get my result. I was told that all items has been checked on the list, and can get my result on Saturday. When I came collect the result, the cashier told me they don’t work on Saturday. AND, there’s still one more vaccine to take to get my result. This clinic equals frustration.

Difficult to contact for follow-ups. Website also frequently down. So, how can you make a follow-up?

Worst clinic period.

Went here to get medical testing as part of a visa req and since it was referred to by one of the assisting agencies. I went there on Thursday and got my results the next Wednesday. It was fairly efficient. Matteo from administration was extremely helpful and communicated diligently. Most of the staff were kind and friendly. However, I feel like this could be more organized. I almost missed some steps because instructions weren’t clear or unsaid. They also only accepted cash, GCash was with a surcharge cause they used a personal account - which I think should be changed given the business. Facilities were generally clean but not as modern as the other clinic I’ve been to for the same processing before. There were only 2 bathroom stalls.

This place directly next to mercury drug.

The dentist is a scammer. She asks you to pay ₱2700 to fix your teeth even though it doesn’t have any tooth decay. Furthermore, the medtechs’ quality of work is underwhelming. They asked me to comeback to their clinic because they did not get enough blood sample. If I can give a negative rating, this clinic has a -10 rating.

For my second time doing a medical check-up for a visa, and I decided to go to PMTS instead of my first clinic. I'm truly glad I made that decision because PMTS really had excellent service! The medical check-ups were complete and efficient. Moreover, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. With whatever concern I had, there was always someone to help me. I'd highly recommend them.

WEnt there without an agency (going as a student to Spain). Smooth process! i was able to finish everything in one day (even if i arrived at 10am) and all doctors and nurses were very helpful! The process is clear as to where to start and end. Extensive services! I love the fact that they answered all my questions and willing to help in everything else. Worth the money. 10/10 will recommend to friends. Also may parking! huhu <3 Also accepts gcash if you have no cash on hand.

Everyone from PMTS was super responsive to my queries and very understanding throughout the entire process! I had a lot of questions because of the technicalities of what I was applying for and they were able to reply to every single one. Undergoing each medical exam was smooth and quick as well, which I really appreciated since I traveled from a province just to undergo my medical exam with them. They also accommodated my request for a courier since, again, traveling to Metro Manila is not as accessible for me.

5 stars for the efficient service. The location was spacious and can accommodate lots of people. Swift turn around time for medical results w/ DOH certification. Highly recommend if you need your medical in a pinch. 😊

Certainly, there were fields where the facility could do better but other than that, my personal experience was smooth and quite fast paced (since they close at 4pm). For those wondering, yes, you can finish within a day, even if you start at 1PM. I’d also like give a special mention to their FB page admin who’s very responsive and quick in addressing all our concerns (as in ALL OF THEM).m Though my experience was great, some of my friends’ were not. Some staff members (dental & visual) had an attitude that wasn’t at all accommodating which drained us all the more especially after a day of traveling from the south to Manila. Nonetheless, we were served and we got our results within the promised 2-3-day time frame which was what we were after. I hope this helps! PS they also offer promos for those who come in groups but this depends on the package you’re gonna get I think. With their very accommodating page admin, don’t hesitate to contact them through Facebook. 😁

By thorough searching online for best medical testing clinics, I found PMTS and I must say I have no regrets of having my medical here. You can book an appointment and pay thru GCash/bank. The location is easy to navigate and strategic. The staff, admin are approachable and very professional. The facilities are well-equiped. The processing day/s are reasonable. My only concern is they did not inform/remind us about the things-to-bring (since it was our first time) such as face shield, plastic cups, 4pcs passport-size pics. These are excluded on the medical package. Nevertheless, their medical services is superb!

If there is a zero rating for this centre that should be my rating with the horrible horrible customer service we experienced. They are irritated when you ask relevant questions regarding your medical exams. The help desk and assistants do not listen when you explain things. Their supervisor Sherrill is also unprofessional. We have a query regarding a 're-medical' issued by Jedegal agency which is a scum agency. But they keep on running us around. They said to talk to the agency and the agency said that we need to course through our queries to them. As per Jedegal agency, we have to retake the medical as they have to submit another medical to the employing country which is China. Which is a total scum. We just took the medical 3 weeks ago and should expire after 2 months and a week. But they said we have to retake it.
