    You need to extend your patience to the fullest if you are in queue in this clinic. Service is unreasonably slow.

    Subject: Every visit is an immensely life changing and horrible experience. Im writing this honest review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unbecoming habitual behavior of the staff of Aventus Cyber Gate branch, specifically concerning their handling of consultation and laboratory services. I believe this feedback is imperative to bring to your attention the consistent and unacceptable issues I have encountered. Prior to this review I tried extending my patience and reached through your email support and customer service with no response up to this time. On multiple occasions, I have experienced rude treatment from the guard assigned in entrance and from the front desk and also being refused of service for laboratory tests due to an arbitrary cut-off time of 2:30 PM. Otherwise in every branch you need to put the cut off time for your laboratory in your entrance or front desk where it's visible. This cut-off time is enforced without regard for the specific needs of patients, resulting in the denial of service despite my timely arrival. Patients can't be blamed if front desk is unable to process the paperwork accordingly due to inefficiency. The staff's explanation of accommodating other patients waiting for various services, such as laboratory tests and checkups, is inadequate and suggests a lack of efficient queue management. Even if patient arrives early but due to poor queue management it takes 2-3 hours wait time in addition to the actual consultation which only take more or less 10 minutes. I have noticed that this issue has persisted over time, with no improvement in sight despite repeated visits to your branch. This consistent pattern of behavior has left me deeply dissatisfied as a loyal customer of Aventus Cyber Gate. I trust that with this review, concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I look forward to seeing a positive change in the way services are managed at your branch.

    No proper system. Had to provide chairs outside the clinic that served as an additional waiting area but their announcements cannot be heard outside while they callout the next patient. No screen to view the priority number being assisted either. Waited for 3 hrs to be assisted despite following it up with the security twice where I was scolded on the second follow up as they insisted they have not called my number yet which was 90 while We obviously heard them call out 91-96 and skipping 90. After three long hours, I was finally called and was even blamed by the staff for not coming in when they allegedly called for my number and even accused me of walking far from the clinic which allegedly was the reason I was not assisted since I missed them call for my number when in fact, I have stayed in my seat, hungry and tired as my appointment was at 12nn but to no avail, was not recognized either as they also catered walk-ins. Felt humiliated for an accusation I was not guilty of. Never going back. All in all, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Called three of their numbers. One keeps on ringing. The other one gives you a busy tone. And the other one - receiver is lifted but placed back again. Very poor customer care.

    Very slow service!!! there's obviously few people less than 10 in the clinic but it would take you almost 2hours to be called!! if you will not approach someone and ask why it's taking so long for your turn they won't start calling the numbers!!! very incompetent and they're obviously just talking on their stations!!!

    I had an unpleasant experience with Aventus Cybergate, as they consistently rescheduled and failed to follow through on their promises. Their communication was poor, and to make matters worse, the nurse currently assigned to the imaging area had an unpleasant attitude. Overall, I cannot recommend their services due to these issues.

    Can't give you any higher rating. You still need a big improvement. I think this was my 3rd visit but I think the services are getting worse. I hope you listen to your patients/customers

    have been trying to call them for more than an hour, my call gets picked up but there's no one on the phone. clearly, there is someone on the line because you can hear someone servicing people in the background.

    Worst service. Attitude ang mga nurse and walay proper triage. Came here at 7 am just to get med cert. The longer I stay here, the higher my risk is kay ma expose kos people na possible naay communicable disease. This is not my first time here. Every time I go here, my experience gets worse. The staff were friendly before, but now they get worse and worse. I just noticed that the staff is prejudiced. I approached her to ask what number they were calling because they don't have monitor to check. She just brushed me off. But when she was approached by a guy who seems to be of a higher status in the society, ayun bumait. I will definitely ask for her name and I will submit a feedback to their customer service.

    Lots of delays especially when it comes to covid-19 swabbing schedule. Even sending the email confirmation is a huge delay, it's my fourth day now since I visited the clinic for a swab and said it will be schedule to be sent via email and until not got nothing in my mailbox. Gave 2 stars reducing to 1. Till now no update, line is either busy, ring only or unreachable. Mga inutil

    I would rate 5 stars. I came early as 8:00 am and they cater me quickly! I've done my med exam around 9:30 am. The clinic was so clean, The safety protocols are extremely implemented. The staff are also friendly and offers you water and seats while waiting for your number to be called. Excellent and Great Service! 🤩🤩

    On 09/23/2023 I was referred by Aventus IT Park for ECG (only) since the latter has none. I arrived at Aventus Cybergate exactly 11:30AM and filled out forms as they required. After filling out forms I waited until 2:30PM and made several follow ups at the Nurse station and still follow ups fall on deaf ears. I endure fasting and had not eaten my breakfast and lunch - I lost my patience and left the clinic 😡🤬

    Compared to other clinics in Cebu, this one is nice. More friendliness is needed at the front desk. I left for a meal, and when I got back, I discovered that my number had been given to someone else. Funny how my serving number is 79 even though the serving number when I left was 75. What gives?

    Doc is unprofessional. The queing patients heard her complaining, somewhat "parinig" that there were too many waiting in line. She advised she will start after 5 minutes but here came after 20 minutes, she started calling those last in queue. Tsk!

    Been waiting for more than an hour already. You don't know what's the queue cause it's not flashed on the screen. Queue intervals took so long. Does it have to be like this? When in fact I've already set up an appointment prior? I don't understand. Maybe you just have to broaden your patience!

    Worst clinic I've been to!!! Had an xray procedure and was told I can get my results the next day after 1pm. I went the next day and their personnel in charge of the xrays was on a half day shift with no one to cover their ward. Such incompetence coming from professional workers!

    Weekdays Schedule : Open 7 am closes at 5 pm, cut off time 3 pm Saturday Schedule: 7 am to 12 noon, cut off 10:30 am.

    Online appointment not being followed accordingly. I booked 8-9 and i got catered at 9:30. They still queue people based on who got first. Do not bother to "schedule" an appointment during weekdays if you have work.

    Imagine coming here 20 minutes earlier than your given schedule as you were promised of prioritization, but you end up waiting from 10 in the morning until 3 PM.
