visit
is
an
immensely
life
changing
and
horrible
experience.
Im
writing
this
honest
review
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
and
frustration
with
the
unbecoming
habitual
behavior
of
the
staff
of
Aventus
Cyber
Gate
branch,
specifically
concerning
their
handling
of
consultation
and
laboratory
services.
I
believe
this
feedback
is
imperative
to
bring
to
your
attention
the
consistent
and
unacceptable
issues
I
have
encountered.
Prior
to
this
review
I
tried
extending
my
patience
and
reached
through
your
email
support
and
customer
service
with
no
response
up
to
this
time.
On
multiple
occasions,
I
have
experienced
rude
treatment
from
the
guard
assigned
in
entrance
and
from
the
front
desk
and
also
being
refused
of
service
for
laboratory
tests
due
to
an
arbitrary
cut-off
time
of
2:30
PM.
Otherwise
in
every
branch
you
need
to
put
the
cut
off
time
for
your
laboratory
in
your
entrance
or
front
desk
where
it's
visible.
This
cut-off
time
is
enforced
without
regard
for
the
specific
needs
of
patients,
resulting
in
the
denial
of
service
despite
my
timely
arrival.
Patients
can't
be
blamed
if
front
desk
is
unable
to
process
the
paperwork
accordingly
due
to
inefficiency.
The
staff's
explanation
of
accommodating
other
patients
waiting
for
various
services,
such
as
laboratory
tests
and
checkups,
is
inadequate
and
suggests
a
lack
of
efficient
queue
management.
Even
if
patient
arrives
early
but
due
to
poor
queue
management
it
takes
2-3
hours
wait
time
in
addition
to
the
actual
consultation
which
only
take
more
or
less
10
minutes.
I
have
noticed
that
this
issue
has
persisted
over
time,
with
no
improvement
in
sight
despite
repeated
visits
to
your
branch.
This
consistent
pattern
of
behavior
has
left
me
deeply
dissatisfied
as
a
loyal
customer
of
Aventus
Cyber
Gate.
I
trust
that
with
this
review,
concerns
will
be
taken
seriously
and
addressed
promptly.
I
look
forward
to
seeing
a
positive
change
in
the
way
services
are
managed
at
your
branch.
