I'm reluctant to give the resort a five star because that is a down grading of what I have really experience! The rooms at this resort were nothing short of amazing. They were spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The service at this resort was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The resort's location was perfect. It was nestled in a picturesque spot with easy access to both natural beauty and local attractions.

Place is too far in Samal. 1.5hrs from the ferry. The place is expensive hence our expectations were too high. The staff is friendly and very accommodating including the life guards on the beach. HOWEVER, They don't provide towels for pools and beach, you need to use the shower towels which are in bad quality and will leave white cotton residues on your body after shower . The beach is full of rocks(really toooo much), you can't walk properly without either slipping or scratching your feet. The water in the toilets is not available most of the time. The shower heads are very dirty and old. The toilet doors don't have locks. There is no AC in the living room of the family house There is gaps between the AC and the wall inside the rooms which leads to insects and heat inside the room ( the owner of the hotel should install split units instead of window ACs for such "high end" resort) There are insects in the fridge. The whole place actually is full of insects and flies (no proper pest control) i have so many mosquito bites. The pizzas are not nice at all and for p370👎👎 The chop suey and Bihon are nice👍👍

The environment is ideal for people who want to go on holiday. If you need a little entertainment, you can unwind in their comfortable suites while taking use of the pool! You will definitely return because of the friendly, approachable staff and their warmth. Kids will enjoy this place, and even our elderly will be delighted to visit. This could be the ideal family vacation that is appropriate for all ages. Looking forward to having such a wonderful time once more!

This resort is a beautiful resort I must say, it'll exceed all your expectations. From the staff who are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The resort itself is stunning, with well-maintained grounds and breathtaking views. The pool area is spacious and offers plenty of loungers and umbrellas for guests to relax and soak up the sun. There are also several other amenities! The combination of stunning surroundings, delicious food, and outstanding service made for an unforgettable stay!💓

All is almost perfect, except there is no cold/hot shower and sometimes water supply is low.

One of the most outstanding resort have visited till now. The receptionists were truly useful and well disposed. Incredible staff who knew how to serve the client. The room was exceptional and the assistance was magnificent. From the overhang, we could see the ocean and feel the cool wind. The area of our room was totally awesome. When you emerge from the hotel, we simply have to go across the street and there is an immediate way prompting the ocean side. It seemed like a confidential ocean side, extremely perfect and clear water, a generally excellent spot to unwind and chill. Very relaxing place indeed!

One of the best resorts in Samal! I laud the beauty of the resort and I especially commend the customer service! They don’t accept daytour so overnight guests can enjoy the exclusivity of the place! Resort is quiet and serene—perfect for couples and families! Everywhere we see staff minding their work in maintaining the cleanliness of the resort and the happiness of the guests. The moment we entered, we were greeted by staff welcoming us to the place. Walking around, we saw staff tending the plants and grass. Walking to the beach, we saw staff diligently cleaning the sand and the water! I guarantee you will get the most out of what you pay for! ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely go back here and we will always recommend this resort to anyone! ❤️❤️❤️

This place is simple and quiet. The service is great. Rooms are clean. Something to look forward to for family vacation and couples too. The menu is okay. Aircon is very good. There are CCTV cameras inside the house though. Could have had more privacy. Just saying. The beach is cleaned regularly. And the nippa hit in the sea is something I look forward to all the time.

Beautiful place... nice rooms... good service.... ok ang food. water supply just needs some upgrading (can be done with some quick fix )... we lost water at the taps - around 11pm and again early in the morning. overall two thumbs up.

I've visited a lot of resorts, but this one is the greatest right now. Friendly and really helpful were the receptionists. outstanding group with extensive customer service expertise. Both the room and the assistance were excellent. Looking over our shoulder, we could see the sea and feel the cool breeze. We had an amazing amount of space in our room. You exit the hotel and there's an easy way that leads to the water; all we have to do is cross the street. Everything about the site seemed perfect for relaxing and having fun: it was a private beach with perfect, clean water. quite serene setting!

Currently one of the best resorts I have ever been to. The receptionists were friendly and genuinely helpful. Amazing team that was knowledgeable in serving the customer. The help was wonderful and the room was outstanding. We could see the water and feel the refreshing breeze from the overhang. Our room's space was just fantastic. We just need to cross the street as you leave the hotel, and there's an easy route leading to the ocean. It appeared to be a private beach with very ideal, clear water—all around a great place to relax and have fun. Really calming location!

One of the best resorts I have ever visited, as of right now. The front desk staff was nice and actually helpful. Fantastic crew with excellent customer service knowledge. The room was excellent, and the assistance was fantastic. From the overhang, we could view the ocean and feel the cool breeze.

We stayed overnight as recommended by a friend of my sister's friend. Getting to the place is straightforward though a Large stretches of road are unpaved. (4wd drive vehicles with good suspension recommended) The place itself is very nice. The home we stayed in was really comfortable, clean, and top notch. The staff are attentive and courteous. The beach side is clean and accessible. They even let us use their kayak and floating pad. The food is okay though some of our orders are wrong or incomplete. Some aren't even in par with what they described in their menu.

This is one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed in, their staff are very kind and friendly and very genuine and staying here is not too painful in the pocket, means so affordable. We will definitely come back and revisit it to make more memories for my family we really enjoy our staycation here. Try it you'll never regret it. Thank me later.

Great place and great customer service! I love that they limit the number of guests that are allowed. I hope it stays that way. You get your money's worth and more, for sure! I don't take much photos so make do with what I have guys.
