When we arrived at the property, it was locked so I called the manager/owner. She said someone was coming to open the door. We waited a long time and started to worry that no one was coming, and we almost left to look for another place for the night. Took a long time for someone to arrive by tricycle and unlock the door. The toilet was outside the bedroom, There was no hot water in the toilet. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, so there was a pail provided. No shower curtain. The bed was lumpy bec you could feel the stiff springs under the mattress. The bed cover sheet was rough and the room was too small and cheapy..

Very accommodating. Mr. and Mrs. Sampang and their children were really so kind enough to let me avail their room. Though I only have a tight budget, they still let me stay. I will never ever forget their kindness . Even though I only stayed for the night because I just went to Bataan for Mt.Samat, I felt like I was home. A residential house transformed into an eye-catching and relaxing bread and breakfast . I will definitely be back staying here again... They have wifi and they have books.

What you see in the pictures are not what you will see in reality. Since it was too late when the family decided to go to Bataan majority of the accommodations were fully booked being a peak season, as we are 20 plus so we are left with BTH ( Balanga Traveller's Home ). I asked if there is a swimming pool. She showed the picture kalalagay lang daw. When we reached the place I asked for the tarp pool. she replied I should have requested earlier kasi upon request daw iyon. I asked for it during query and you replied on the affirmative therefore, we will look for it. The common kitchen daw is for free. Pagdating doon when I inquired about the utensils may charge na daw kasi I reduced our stay from 3N to 2N. Di ba dapat during our cnversation you had disclosed it?

Spent 3D2N in BTH and I must say we had a perfect stay with them. Ms. Liezl and her family was very accommodating and took care of us. Their place was so cozy plus the breakfast they served feels like home. 🥰 This is our first time in Bataan as we attended a religious event of our church. Will definitely recommend them and we’ll surely come back! Thanks again to Ms. Liezl and her family. 🙏🏻💖

it's a budget accommodation establishment in the residential area of the city of balanga. there are rooms for groups of 8 and couples. it's homey.

Clean, basic rooms. Clean bathroom with hot showers in the dorm room, AC works well, friendly staff. Negotiable price. Secure parking. Close to shopping and restaurants.

PROS: Place is clean and quiet with nearby wet and dry market for supplies. With common kitchen for cooking and eating. Clean-smelling beddings. Availability of hot and cold water and wifi internet access. Available public transpo (tricycles). Hot shower. Cold aircon. Considerate owner and caretaker. CONS: Cramped room (we rented the 4-bunkbed room). Bahay kubo has leaking roof. A bit expensive for what it offers (but try negotiating and you could get a better deal) 😊 Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I would recommend the place to others.

No complaints towards the fine establishment. The owners will make you feel family. Exquisite food.

Comfortable room and bed. With hot shower, hair blower, air humidifier and well functioning AC. The problem is the staff is not always available. But overall a good place to stay and near to city proper. Would check-in again
