The staff and the doctor follow specific and meticulous COVID-19 protocols. The whole experience is reassuring. They are so friendly, understanding, compassionate and accommodating to me, my sister, and my boyfriend. Due to my PCOS condition, I have had terrible breakouts in the past, and my skin is oily and acne-prone. The necessary skincare products are available there, and it has been working well for me for a couple of months now. It is affordable, too. Let's not forget that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is also one of the significant factors that help us achieve healthy skin. I still have a long way to go, but I am happy that I got to know this clinic. I have complete trust in the doctor's competence and dermatological knowledge as it has been my second time there. The assistant who tended to us is very gentle and kind, too. I truly recommend The LAB to anyone who is working on their skincare journey. Thank you. I look forward to my next appointment. 🤍

You are always so patient with me, listening to my complaints. You never rush my care. I always feel well cared for. My experience with Dr. Kristine and her staff were all positive. I was nervous when I first stepped inside the clinic for my consultation and treatments because I didn't know what to expect; but I felt comfortable, safe, welcomed, and well taken cared of. Dr. Kristine always takes the time to engage in friendly conversations with her patients. She's really good at explaining and walking you through your options.

I have nothing but positive experiences here so far. Dr. Kristine and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. They treated me well and gave me some advice and recommendations while I was recovering from my chickenpox scars ☺️ I'm currently on Revlite and the results are good.☺️ The clinic is also clean, the staff wear PPE and there is alcohol at the front door. ☺️

All of my experiences here have been very good. The staff are very friendly and very gentle. I have been having my IPL treatments here for the past few months and I can say that it really works and even after the first appointment I could already see changes. I have also had facials here twice and it has worked wonders for my skin ☺️ highly recommended!
