Absolutely top-notch experience at this store last weekend. Darla Jo is incredibly knowledgeable about watches and Rolex in particular. She also truly cares about her customers, and we had a great conversation about my interest in watches and the life events leading up to my purchase. The entire staff is welcoming to new and long-time customers alike, and the store has a great variety of Tudor watches to complement the Rolex brand, including some hard to find models. The jewelry selection is beautiful and well curated- thank you as well to Kate for helping me pick out a wonderful set of earrings as a gift for a family member!

I have had excellent experiences at Manfredi with Darla Jo. She helped me choose a beautiful diamond necklace that my fiancée absolutely adores. I was in the market for a new Tudor Black Bay 58. I reached out to a few Tudor authorized dealers in the market, but after I got an immediate and enthusiastic response from Darla Jo at Manfredi and spent some time on the phone with her, I knew that I wanted to purchase my watch from them. The watch I wanted was not in stock, but they said they'd call me as soon as they got one in. As it turns out, I got a call less than a week later saying it was in! Joe helped me try on the watch, size it, and he even taught me about some of its functionality during the buying process with him. The whole team was extremely friendly and helpful, and I'm looking forward to coming back to them for all of my jewelry needs! Also...they make a good espresso.

I picked up my first new Rolex on Saturday. I visited the store about a year ago and expressed my interest in the JC DSSD. Joe was there and took my information and gave me a realistic expectation on the availability and timeframe it may take. For me, buying a my very first Rolex was a big deal. Joe made it easy - wonderful at explaining all the beautiful details of a Rolex and the passion he has around the brand.
