It's just a blood name sake multispeciality hospital.there r no damn doctors when u need them. I'm telling this after having 3 experience.i don't know y the heck is this bloody hospital still working . Just bcoz of stupid money it's still there .if u want to get a medicine u would have to wait for 45 mins to get just medicine.just good damn that f** hospital.i can't tell this as a hospital.rate this on negative.i don't care if someone sees this comment n even put a case on me I don't damn care

The staff is completely worst .my mother had a surgery of kidney stones the doctor ajay kumar is not responsible person the surgery is completely failure she struggling Two months after sugery they hidden the problems. Worst maintenance and worst timings. I took my uncle for angiography test concerned doctor in Dr. Siva Prasad, we took prior appointment and then informed us to come by 9am. We reached hospital by 8.55am. But till 6pm we were not undergone the test when we consult the concerned doctor we were informed that after completing O.P then only they will take for test. Worst hospital and worst maintenance. Worst timings of doctors also. The response coming from.hoapital staff is Doctor taking rest and will come into 15 mins

Hi folks, few days ago i've admitted in Sentini Hospital under Dr. Ratnagiri garu. Now i am recovered well. Heart whelmed thanks to Dr. Ratnagiri garu, service oriented Nursing staff. Staff also maintaining covid protocols.Affordable charges and hospital premises also maintained well.

Dr Rabiya basri is excellent doctor, very supportive and caring about her patients issues, explains in details about medication ,attends patient call during emergency. It was Great experience to consult a doctor like her. I strongly says Dr Rabiya is best fertility expert.

Faculty and the doctors are good but the services are poor, I am visiting this because of one special doctor who is very good at his service, the support staff and the environment is very bad and if there are more patients awaiting in the lawn(the waiting area is very congested) they don't even care about them and there problems who are waiting, just simply skipping and roaming around here and there......and especially the pharmacy people they will take lot of time to give medicines which is at high cost and that too all medicines are not available with them and patients have to come from long places again for those few medicines, the exchange/return policy is very worse its better to skip their pharmacy. Hope these good doctors may find some good hospital with good services and facilities in future.

Sentini hospital is really good with it's services. Got my daughter fully checked by Dr. Rabia Basri, gynaecologist. She is so patient and listens to the patient and provides the best treatment. Dr. Rabia was also very good at explaining the condition and each medicine given to me. Totally satisfied.

!! LIFE RISK!! !! FAKE PEOPLE !! We were there for a regular check up and they showed us TAGORE Telugu Movie scene, they asked us to join for some problem and they started squeezing money out of us. They charged me 76,000 Rs just for the regular check up, I was given a bill of 31,000 just for medicines, they hardly put me on saline for 2 days and then 2 dose of medicines, the rest were stolen by STAFF. They gave me AC room with ROADSIDE TOILET and charged me 4500 rs for one day.. I find the doctors were good!! But the management and staff were worst, looks like they are not paying the NURSE salary, she never came for checking during my hospitalization, they all will be busy chatting on phones and we need go to them and beg them for change of saline and medication, This is very Outrageous!! MANAGEMENT !! change your behavior and PAY your NURSE their salary so that they can work, if you are paying then ask them to work properly. !! HEALTH AT RISK !!

I had an extremely negative and insane experience with Sentini hospital. The service and management were the worst I've ever encountered. They charged my wife an exorbitant amount for her treatment, regardless of the actual services provided. The staff showed a lack of concern for basic care, such as saline continuity, and we had to repeatedly remind them of their duties. It's disheartening that this hospital seems solely focused on making money. The pharmacy staff were particularly rude and unresponsive, especially one individual with distinctive four lines of bindi on face . My wife's treatment was outrageously overcharged, far beyond what was necessary. Overall, the staff and management displayed a high level of irresponsibility. There is no rating below one star but I can try -100 star

Dr. Ratnagiri Sir for Gastroenterology & Dr. Ajay Sir for Urology are bestest. Ratna giri sir doesn't write unnecessary fancy medicines & tests , he communicates so well & patiently with patients . I found relief for my gastro issues, found him after going to so many so called famous hospitals in vijayawada. The hospital staff services need to be improved.

Dr. Rabiya Basri , is one of the best gynecologist and an asset to Sentini Hospital. She is very well experienced and trustworthy doctor. Patients travel from different states for her consultation. I come from Hyderabad for her consultation. I have seen patients coming from United States for her treatment. She doesn't recommend any unnecessary medication or tests. She is very friendly doctor who listens to her patients , patiently and advices them.

We were blessed with a baby boy at sentini hospital, dr Pavani mam handled my wife dilivery well.She was always available for all my queries. She was always positive in her approach and helped me. This hospital doesn't deserve even one star.They will suck blood from our bodies. Worst hospital ever in terms of service and management.They used to delay the treatment process and it used to deteriot the patient health.They used to delay even simple blood test reports as well. We stayed around 3 weeks in the hospital and finally our family lost our beloved ones.

I have attended annual health checkup which was sponsored by our company. Receiving and guidance is good. Particularly at Abdominal scanning and 2D Echo departments, they explained the necessacity of the test etc. Maintenance average, Mr G Venkatarama who is GM of hospital is paying good attention to patients taking opinions for improvements. It is good if they implement.

Worst service. Worst nurse Pure commerical hospital. They won't even care about patients life .They simply sit and chit chat, play some jokes .Even after paying alot of Money we can't expect minimum service. And we have to do treatment to our family that's most disappointing even after paying money . Extremely disappointed by nurse behaviour and service.

Worst staff .and worst security staff.i took my father there. He is in ICU .ICU is on fourth floor .and the lift is for only patients.im a B P patient also. They are not allowing me on lift. Hospital maintenance staff also rude.. they need to remove that security staff. Bcoz they have their own instant rules. They change rules every minute. On 3rd floor security girls are very rude. They are angry on every one person on this hospital. They need to respect . Money money. Normal people can't afford . Expensive hospital

5 stars for the doctor, G Ajay kumar sir. The maintenance and all other departments are not even Upto mark, someone from outside have to come to the hospital for taking scanning, he is supposed to come by 12:30 which the attender said he would, he came at 1:45. Delay in reports, no ac or fans in the waiting hall. Really disappointed with everything except the doctor who is so good.

I'm a medico frm RMC, Kkd. Dr. Naveen Thota sir's diagnostic skills and treatment are good. The hospitality of staff nurses is very very poor, they are not good at patients but thier charge in the bill is high (same as doc).They have to be trained well. Supervisor job is just asking review at the time of discharge. In my pov - sentini is a commercial , pvt hospital with some good doctors. No offence

Last month my son suffered high fever,we had done a complete blood test and a typhoid test also and taken the doctor(other Hospital )prescription he said no varies little blood infection was there take the medicines for 3 days& we follow the medicines that day morning onwards but by night 10 pm he suffered high temperature and shivering,then we had go to Sentini Hospital in that emergency time it's near to my home. Sentini Hospital staff was suggested to admit and I said I have a medical policy Then they are written 18000/- cost tests immediately 3 days they kept in hospital and gave a bill of 41000/- it's literally cheating I feel it's not required this much cost for normal fever... It's a very bad experience for me I do not recommend this hospital to anyone Better avoid

Treatment wise, very good. I personally had been treated for severe dengue and recovered within 4 days. And for my relative, who's health deteriorated due to covid ( post covid), received best treatment here. The staff took good care. Cost wise, a bit costly!
