i asked to pack one rasmalai i don't know it will come in cover then i asked paper cup then the lady staff at bill counter is shouting on me ,u will not get cup for the amount u paid .staff should not show their frustation on customers. atleast they should treat customers as humans . such an ethics less lady 🤮🤬

I ordered spring rolls, that has less salt, ulavacharu biryani was also not much tasty. Roti with cashew panner curry was good. Parking two wheeler in sun is a bit disappointed. Not all but very few waiters were responding 😂. All of them were busy in muted TV. Inside there is a screen available. Haven't been inside. Later i have noticed. Good place for family and friends

Ordered through Swiggy at Mahanadu branch where the ordered items were missed. Swiggy delivery boy told he has not received all the items that we ordered but restaurant staff was like we have given all the items. When asked for cc footage they have refused. There was no bill on the received items. Staff was not so responsible to answer us. It seems Sweet Magic brand is so much popular that they are not customer centric and over confidence of popularity. Or else the Mahanadu branch is a fake one

I brought a biryani pack .. chicken item was not fresh and teast also not good _ rice item ok but chicken item was not good _ chicken _i can feel it like rubber _ don't spend money for this birayanis at that .. Not good Dear staff please give quality for people's money

We consistently cherish our dining experiences at Sweet Magic. It's a wonderful place for families, offering a cool and pleasant ambiance once you step inside, despite some outside disturbances. The restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere with good ambiance, and the pricing is quite reasonable. You can easily relish a meal for four within a budget of 1500.

Ring road branch. Serves left over sweets from their sweet shop to dine-in customers. Veg meals quality is third rate. Items are not even warm except white rice. Poor hygiene.

Not worth the high prices. Service is below par. Ordered fry piece biryani and they mistakenly gave plain biryani rice. After pointing their mistake, instead of getting me a fry piece biryani, they got four chicken curry pieces (not fry pieces) as a side that too after a very long time. When I questioned, the server’s response was “the same chicken will be used in the biryani anyway”. Add to that, the taste was horrible.

These chain of sweet meat and Multi Cuisine restaurants are found at many important crossroads (junctions) in and around Vijayawada. This is located near Tata Motors Showroom. One suggestion that I would like to make for this particular restaurant is to provide separate entrances to the men and women washrooms. As of now, both genders enter through the same door and then you find the ladies washrooms on the right and the gents washrooms immediately in the front.

Worst place in our Entire Life . We went to this Hotel around 3.30 pm and asked for Meals when they said not available, we enquired for any other Vegetarian Items, not even one curry is available.. Finally we asked the bearer to give Fried Rice,White rice and curd rice.. We were given just 5 spoons of white rice, and 5 spoons of Rasam.. The curd rice is hardly 3 spoons only.. The Staff is so ruthless they didn't bother to give a small Cup of Rasam extra also, normally one should offer with Rice Meals.... The fried Rice is not boiled properly and our Son Got severe Stomachache... No Humanity by Management. No moral Values by Staff.. No proper varities are available for vegetarian people.. The menu Charges are to costly compared to any other similar hotels.. The Restaurant is full of Flies and mosquitoes.... There is no responsibility for Customers Hard-earned Money... It's a big lesson for us in our entire Life.. Never ever visits this place again.. Kindly request all people to make a note of our worst experience... Please do not consider going to sweet magic.. this will sweetly loot you and show magic... We will never go to sweet magic in our Life...

Food is good and the service is very quick in this branch. There is absolutely no waiting time when you order, the staff is very efficient. Biryani, meals and starters are really good. Ambience is spacious and neat as well. There is no issue with parking as well, there's a spacious parking space. Definitely recommend this place.

We ordered Veg thali and didn't like the good food at all, The curries and dal were cold and tasted average earlier the food was very great.

Food tastes ok. My suggestion is never go with shajahani biryani tastes awful. Special chicken biryani was good but not sufficient for that price range. It's a costly affair but considering the ambiance and atmosphere it's worth it.
