definitely would NOT recommend staying here alone, especially if you are a solo female. this place is NOT safe. i was traveling with my partner and we were approached almost everytime we went outside by weird men who were also staying at the motel as well as people just hanging around the place. i was very glad to not be staying here alone and we used the buddy system the whole time to stay safe. we were seemingly followed a couple times to the room/car. also, our first room we were given, the door wouldn't even open and was basically falling off the hinges but we were luckily able to get a different room. as far as the rooms go, pretty typical for what you'd expect for a cheap motel - run down, grimy, smelly - but sleepable and great for the overnight we needed it for.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stepped foot in. I opened the door to find dozens of roaches, bed bugs and all other sorts of creepy crawlies, having the time of their disgusting little lives. This may have been in part at least, because the room sat in a state of near perpetual darkness... They had taken the liberty of removing all of the light bulbs. The pictures that I took really don't do it justice, because at all times there were bugs moving across the floor and up and down the walls. So what did I do? I left of course and asked for my money back... which was $105 (including a $30, refundable deposit). I made my way down to the window where I'd paid before (yeah, I know... shoulda been my first clue, but I was exhausted), to let the previously cordial attendee know about the deplorable conditions. She responded by refusing to refund my money, saying she could only provide me with a different room. This was an outrage and a disgusting display of unprofessionalism, rudeness and short-sightedness. She continuously interrupted me, assuming (incorrectly) that she knew what I would be saying. She actually said to me at one point, "I wouldn't pull into a place like this, but that's just me. The owner of this place is a Pakistani man and he tells me no refunds, so I give no refunds." I asked her if she had a room with no bugs, and she replied by saying that she thought a room on the first floor would be better. Being on foot and essentially broke, I had to choose the first floor room or sleep under the stars in a neighborhood where the primary lighting came in revolving shades of red and blue. She was right... the first floor room DID have less bugs (though far from bug-free). It also had a toilet that didn't flush and a front door that could be pushed open without the need of a key. The Knights Inn is a disgrace that should be condemned immediately. The woman working the front "office" should be removed from her position and never allowed to work in a position that puts her in contact with other human beings again. The Better Business Bureau will definitely be getting contacted by myself, as will every other city, county and state agency that has anything to do with any aspect related to the business being conducted by The Knights Inn. For now, do yourself a big favor; don't even consider stopping at this cesspool of filth and wanton neglect. You might spend the rest of your natural life trying to wash the disgusting experience off your body and out of your memory.

The place was crawling with addicts, went through 5 rooms before one that had power and AC!! No vending machines, except a soda machine. Completely unsatisfied!! I didn't expect the Ritz or anything, but I do expect cleaners

The room was disgusting, Graffiti all over the walls, outlets hanging on by a thread, in pretty sure I saw mold, the refrigerator leaked, all of my things in it were soaking wet and the bed was too big for the frame, it hung off the bottom. I have stayed here before and it wasn't this bad... what happened

The room was extremely dirty and smelled like mold. Paint was peeling off the walls. The tub had a ring of mold. There was literal writing on the walls of people who apparently been there before with absolutely no effort to clean it up. The floor and walls looked like they have never been cleaned. If I could give it -10 stars then I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!

Okay the hotel did not like my one-star rating and they would like me to review it for starters when we walked in the door there was graffiti all over the walls all of the mirrors all over the lampshades there was bugs crawling on the floor not exactly sure what they were we had no water in the toilet when my friend turned it on it shot up out of the seat and we looked at the tank there's no plunder in the tank so there's no way to hold the water to be able to flush it in the first place we pulled the sheets back and in Disneyland luckily I already know this place and I brought my own sheets. When my friend got called into work I had him immediately take me somewhere else and drop me off I was kind of stranded for the rest of the night but I wasn't staying there alone and I will not go back. So how's that for a review Mr manager?!

Ok...So the night manager, he was the only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star. His cleaning crew screwed him. The 1st 2 rooms he rented me, were extremely nasty, the ac's were stolen, not cleaned, no curtains...very disgusting! But the 3rd room that did have everything and was somewhat clean was most definitely a 1 star; not a 2 star room. For the price in this area I guess I should've expected it.

Where do I begin, except to say believe the reviews. I have never stayed at such a place before and I have traveled all over the country and abroad. Roaches everywhere and not 2 or 3, I killed at least 30 or more. The place shouldn’t be condemned but burned down with fire. Even still the roaches would escape. I learned a valuable lesson to ask to see a room before excepting at a knights Inn. I’m sure a few roaches will find there way into my stuff too. Just save your money and sleep at a Walmart 24 hour parking lot or at a rest stop it’s far better than this place and at least you won’t get roaches from it. Staying here is single handed the worst life decision I have made.

We cannot ven call it as a room. It was like a store room which was closed for a long time with some rats in there. No fridge, No microvawe, Broken locks for bathroom and room as well. I have also added photos under my review. Rerquested to change the room at the reception and got a reply that he can only cancel the reservation. Horrible motel with full of homeless persons roaming aroung whole night. It was better if I had slept in my car!!!

This was the worst motel room, we have EVER, stayed in! We made a reservation over the phone, at one location, to be told we were at the wrong location, we were directed to this location, to be told that our reservation could not be located. After being on the road for so long, exhausted, and frustrated with the loss reservation, we asked for the price of a room, was given one price, as we declined, the clerk quickly started “I can do it for 70.00, taxes included”, we accepted, he quickly then said “cash money only” we accepted and after bringing up our luggage, our jaws hit the floor with the filth, no phone in the room, stains on the sheets, roaches in the bathroom and sink, no working tv, and bathroom door of the hinges. We went back downstairs to get our money back and clerk stated “no refunds, cash deal. If you don’t like the room, you don’t have to stay!” And turned away from us. This was handled thru a window, as lobby was closed. We will never stay at a knights inn again, nor recommend it to anyone. By far, the worse experience ever!

Absolutely horrible! It looked like the only things in the room that were touched by housekeeping were the bed and parts of the bathroom. The walls were covered with graffiti love notes from some gentleman to his "b***h a** n***a" woman. The bathroom wall was nice enough to let us know "smile, you're on camera"! The entire front wall had no electricity so we had no a/c or TV. There was a large piece of broken glass just lying on a shelf. This was without a doubt the worst hotel room I have ever seen. Do not stay here. I am astonished the health dept has not shut this place down. The one good thing about the entire place was the young overnight employee at the front desk. He was very nice and helpful.

😡One thing about this hotel is bad. I had a reservation through Agado and when we got to the hotel, the man at the front desk, told me we couldn't get the room, he told me to cancel our reservation, so we were going back and forth with the Front desk person and Agado. The man at the front desk wouldn't give us our room. So we had to sleep in our vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They cancel your reservation. 😞 by the end of talking with the Front Desk Person and Agado we were so angry and stressed out. So when you make a reservation online with any company make sure the reservation isn't gonna be canceled by the hotel at the front Desk. No Recommendations For This Bad Hotel🤮

The maintenance man Steve in room 124 made the stay worth it. He fixed the AC and toilet with professionalism and a good sense of concern. Decent place.

Terrible place to get a room. The rooms are gross and dirty and the employees have a terrible attitude.

  • 1/5 Esteven N. 5 months ago on Google
They give nothing for there workers to do. So the service is good its just they can't follow through. The front door was broke and the bathroom didn't even have a door. Basic needs it why even get a private room??

This motel was better than I honestly expected & the service wasn't too bad either. A place you must stay at.

The room was dirty and the restroom door was broken and when I walk in there was a dead bug on the wall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you don't care how the room looks.

Room had cuss words painted on wall and there was no working light fixture in the bathroom. The positive part of the room was a new bedspread. Very grateful for that.

If I could give this no stars I would. Graffiti on walls, cigarette butts in the sink, no Toilet paper, outlets had no covers (huge OSHA violation), female solicitors on property trying to find money in all the wrong places (they literally knocked on my door between 11pm and 1:30am multiple times). Maintenance peeked into my vehicle window like a peeping Tom and got furious on me when I approached him. You wouldn't believe that all this could happen in one night, but it did. I will most likely have PTSD from this stay. How is this place not shut down yet?

The room I was in with my wife was pure garbage. Shower water barely put out any water. Dirty bathroom and room. Even a Norwegian prison cell shower with a tv (they come with one btw) is way better. Go to motel 6 for the same price. At least motel 6 keeps there rooms clean compared to this. This is pretty much a drug area. How dare they charge 76$ for that.

My father paid for me on the website as a gift, but when I went to check in, they required me to pay again with a second card (informing me they don't take pre-reservations). I had little choice, as I had a large suitcase with me, but then they put me on the second floor (and as there is no elevator, I had to ask for help getting my bag up the stairs). The amenities are nonexistent, with a cup and a couple of soap packets. There was no door on the bathroom (looked like it had been torn off), and there was graffiti on the walls, and bugs on the sink.

Its somewhat improved since the new owner had taken over. But bottom line is this is a really cheap spot to get clean and crash. I always bring my own towels & shower supplies. I'll say one thing for sure, I've always has a pleasant experience with any staff I've encountered here. Before the people were rude and ugly with their communication skills. This is why I'm giving 3 instead of 2 stars. C.S. goes along way in any business. No matter what, it's like the saying goes; You get what you pay for.

The price for a 5 night stay was very cheap; however when I got to the property it was very unusual. One individual had a pot cooking on the gravel. I walked in my room and it was like stepping into a Crack house!! I was overwhelmed by the surrounding area, I got anxiety, started shaking and couldn't move! The curtain was torn and everyone could see in the room. There was one light bulb for the entire room and the room was dirty and disgusting. It looked as if there was dried up vomit under the bed night table stand! I immediately left the room and got a refund!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our room didnt even have a lock, smelled badly. Ac was dusty. No lights. Hole in bathroom door. Beds had holes. Towel holder broken. We did not feel safe whatsoever.

Never ever stay here! Cops here all night long. Room was in shockingly bad condition. It was a last option for me & I would NEVER RECOMMEND. I LEFT ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER CHECKING IN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The staff doesn't care. The pic I posted is of the sink when I immediately checked in. It was full of someones hair. 😝

Horrible has a roach in my room the microwave didn't work the tv didn't work and well....wanna call it cheap but 80 bucks? Wow....

  • 4/5 christy b. 2 years ago on Google
I have stayed here a couple times as well as visited with friends when they have. It was overall clean and kept up. The room was huge and comfortable. Still offered smoking rooms; a Big + for me. Not super close to many restaurants but a mini Mart up the street and Thomas Ave is not very far.

  • 3/5 Sherry C. 2 years ago on Google
It's not the greatest but it is getting better. If you just need a place to crash it's good. The price could be better. People are nice and understanding and helpful.
