I discovered my battery was dead, not just requiring a charge, but dead permanently. Our tire place referred me to Network Automotive saying, “they always do us good.” They were right. They got my car right in, installed the new battery and had me on the road in less than an hour! And a reasonable price too! They even showed me where to find the code to be able to reset my radio! The service manager Richard explained everything to me and showed me the graphs with the paperwork. I will definitely be bringing my car back to have my car serviced in the future. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was so happy to find out that my car did not need an alignment at this time, I appreciate the honesty, and have been looking for a shop like this one, since I’ve moved to Arizona. I would recommend them 100%.

Had a issue with my driver side rear tail light(2020 F150) All lights worked until, I turned on my headlights, then only the driver side taillight stopped working. I checked all fuses, and couldn't figure it out. I setup an appointment with Network Automotive, and their tech found the problem within 15 mins. A wire broke within the wire harness. They fixed my issue with the hour, and the price was reasonable. These guys were helpful and very professional. Would definitely bring my vehicle to them if the need arises in the future.

Specialty alignment service. I came in for a raised vehicle alignment and came away with several other items that needed addressing. Many times, people think these additional services are bogus, but they were very real after obtaining a second opinion. They didn't charge me the first time when they could do the alignment. To me, this shows integrity and good business practice. I fixed the other issues and came back; they performed the alignment quickly and I came away impressed and will be a returning customer. Firs went backstage the beginning of the year to fix my ac in the car they were very quick and extremely thorough. Haven’t had any issues since. Just took my car back for an oil change and once again they were amazing they did a full check of the car and the prices are unbeatable. Will definitely be using them from now on

I have taken my car to different shops throughout the years, and this has been the first shop with an outstanding customer service. They will even communicate with you via text/email with a report showing what service will be done. Very happy and glad I found this shop. I took my jeep in because the engine light was on. This is the second time. The first time they told me that a lot of times the gas cap causes the problems of a “mild emissions leak“. They spent over an hour with the car that time and didn’t charge me anything. I took it back this time to see if they could diagnose what is causing the engine light to be on. This time they ran smoke through it and said no smoke came out which makes it harder for them to figure out where the minor leak is. They told me they could replace some parts that would cost over $400.00 but they did not recommend doing it at this time. Because, they couldn’t guarantee that would fix it and it’s a minor leak that is not really causing any problem at this time. (That is until I take it in to get smog tested.) It’s just one of those things that is not easy to diagnose. But with all that said, I can’t believe the service that I get there and they charge me minimal. They also said that they would keep my work order opened so when I bring it back in three months to look at the problem again that they would not charge me another diagnostic fee. All in all, I’m so happy I found Network Automotives. I also took the motorhome in at the same time, and they changed oil, which was quite nice to have both things done at the same time.

Took my truck here, everyone I dealt with was very nice. Seemed knowledgeable. I'm pretty smart about working on my own vehicle. Just physically can't do it right now. So I took it to these guys. And as most females know, we are frequently taken advantage of at places like this. But I really felt that I was NOT at Network Automotive. So thanks guys. I will use them again if the need arises.

I had another shop tell me they couldn’t align my truck to factory specs and they recommended Network (I appreciated their honesty). I was really impressed with the service at Network. They are very professional and have modern communications and updates via text. They were able to align to spec without any issues at all and even discounted the labor because the other shop had it close. They checked and charged my battery while it was there as a courtesy. My truck was showing a check engine light. Could not pass emissions. They found a line that needed to be repaired. Truck is running great now. On a side note, I took my mini van in for a tire alignment. They called be back later that same day informing me my van was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me my van was inspected and a tire alignment was not needed. There was no charge. They could have easily charged me for an alignment and I would have been none the wiser. Unbelievable, in this day and age a business with integrity. Keep up the great work Richard. I will definetley be bringing my cars to your shop in the future.

I took my truck here after getting new tires.. We wanted to get an alignment. They put it on the rack, came back and said it didn't need anything that the alignment was already perfect.. They declined to take any kind of payment from us, even a rack fee. We can't tell you about the quality of the work yet, but we can tell you that they were very honest and we will be using them in the future, because of that honesty.

Harmony key that drives the pulleys (and all the drive belts) sheared off the end of the crankshaft....no alternator/power steering/etc) . They fixed it much faster than I thought possible, and with a 2-year warranty!. Car runs great and I'll be going back anytime I have a problem. Many thanks.

Very helpful and friendly. Was able to make an appointment for later that same day. They let me know what they found & the cost to repair. Alignment was completed and I had my car back that afternoon. Very happy. Made an appointment to have front brakes done this weekend.
