I had the best experience with these guys! I needed to sell my women’s rolex and I contacted them via their google chat while on vacation in Mexico. They were fast to reply and able to ask / answer all necessary questions and info just over the chat! After sending them photos and going through the questions they were able to give me an offer for my watch (which was market resale value). A week later I flew to Scottsdale and walked in and asked for the service rep I spoke to and they had a $10k cheque ready for me. They appraised the watched on the spot and confirmed the value, handed me the cheque and within 10 minutes the entire transaction was complete. This type of watch is unique and setting the date/time is a learning curve, but the staff allowed me to pop in and have them walk me thru the setup process even after the watch restoration was completed. I was then able to show my nephew how to maintain the watch that once belonged to his Papa. This sentimental gift meant the world to me and my family. I brought my French gold made watch in for repair which wasn’t working for almost 20 years. I met with the owners Jill and Don who assured me my watch was repairable. Jill and Don are so nice and pleasant having me feel as if I had known them for years. I was very satisfied and pleased upon receipt of the repaired watch which was a gift from my Dad. My watch resembled a brand new watch with a wonderful clean shine. They asked if I had other jewelry I would liked cleaned as well and I handed them my ring and St Christopher medallion which was also cleaned to my satisfaction. Waaaay above and beyond what I expected. VERY nice. It was such a simple choice. I called ahead of time and they even said they'd stay open later so I could purchase my 1st Rolex. I had to bring in an earring to be appraised. Sadly, I lost one and needed to get the other appraised for insurance purposes. Jill not only took time to get it done on the fly, she walked me through the process.
