    I had to give a star to retain my review. No stars. I can not believe how unprofessional this place is. I was assigned this clinic from my AHCCCS provider. I worked in a top notch medical office working front and back office for many years. I can not believe how rude, incompetent, and unprofessional the staff are here. You never know who you will see because this office is an internship for students to complete as their final stage of medical school. So you are never really assigned a PCP. Also, instead of allowing you to get more than one issue addressed they tell you that you have to make another appointment so they can bill again. What I can't get my order for blood work while I'm here because you already blew off why I came and did absolutely NOTHING but talk to me like I was some annoying dumb ass. I sent a fax MYSELF when I arrived to get medical records to address my visit. After over an hour I asked about the fax. They literally told me know one knows what I am talking about and I did not send a fax. I had to go up front MYSELF only for them to say the medical assistant gave them the wrong name. Another hour goes by and they told me to leave they will call me as soon as the fax comes. Guess what no call. I physically had to drive and get the records and I went to the ER to get my issues addressed. I have gone here four times over last couple yrs. ALL visits were the same rude staff and condescending doctors. It took me months to finally get my pain management. I only have this PCP still because I can't take the 3 months of waiting to get pain management set up again with a new AHCCCS plan. I am looking into how and what I can do first thing in the morning. I could go on and on about the disrespect I have received from the staff at this clinic. If you want attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and professional medical care you should find another provider.

    This hospital has to have THE WORST phone system I have ever had to deal with. I missed an appointment twice because no one could direct me to the right location and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to let them know what was going on. I am CURRENTLY ON HOLD it has been 17 mins for a vaccine update for my son which doesn’t even require an appointment. Why is there no direct contact to the ONE SINGLE department???? Now I get to listen to my Dr tell me that my son’s shots are behind because this is the 10th time I’ve tried calling over this past week. Is there one person answering the phones???

    I waited 20 minutes on the phone to make an appointment. When I let the receptionist know, there were no apologies at all. She was very rude overall. Telling me I had a very high deductible. I am aware I told her. It is my insurance. She said I would have to pay for my visit upfront which I have NEVER heard of. She also said they will "try to fit you in." I asked what that means? She said they will squeeze me in when they have time. I said ok. She was just very rude and not tactful in any way. Then I did actually have to pay when I got to the office. I am seriously astonished that hospitals are charging. I usually pay a copay and get billed. I've actually been overcharged in the past then had to wait over 2 months to get my money back. This is disturbing. The doctor I saw was dr. Wong and she was actually pretty good. Except told me to come back in a week if symptoms worsen but I'm not paying another $100!!! What do I have insurance for? I am so angry with our health system. It's pathetic!

    My husband is a patient here and has an appointment at 3:15, I call at 2:15 and have to wait on hold ALMOST 25 minutes to say that he will be late. He is taking bus and light rail from MESA and should be there by 3:25. A girl named Arianna answered and was so unbelievably rude and obnoxious to me. I can't even express how disgusted I am and how insulted I am by the way I was treated. I called as a courtesy, and I was treated in a very disrespectful manner. I was kind and didnt even raise my voice or treat her with anything other than kindness. If Arianna can't handle talking on the phone and dealing with the public then maybe she should find another occupation. !! I deserve an apology at the very least !

    My appointment was at 3:50pm so arrived at 3:30pm to check in and fill out the paperwork since they told me I couldn’t online. Inconvenient to start off with but so be it. However, nothing was ready so wasn’t able to ‘check in’ until 3:50pm and begin paperwork. Finally got back to the patient room and waited in a freezing room for an hour and half. All I want was a simple annual wellness physical. The doctor was average and tests were performed. Yay, I lost a few hours of my life to be told I’m in great health. I highly recommend another medical institution.

    To start off, I had a surgery on the 23rd of March. I had a marvelous experience with Dr. Abdu, and all her other colleagues. She’s very positive and made me feel good about the surgery. She was very straightforward and let me know everything that was happening to me, as well as explaining what was best for me. If I could give Dr. Abdu 10 stars I would! I definitely recommend her!

    When u call about getting in as walk-in they have no openings i.come from 75th aave to Bethany Home & 19th ave.. the Dr I saw. The.other day about dog bite told me to call Monday get in or even wak-in told the girl what Dr said she said walk-in full.i thinking about about changing

    I accompanied my aunt during her visits with Dr. Abdu and we could not be happier with her services. Every visit she explained everything in detail and made sure understood everything, we never left the office with unanswered questions or concerns. Dr. Abdu tells it like it is, she talks the talk and walks the walk. We liked that she was straight forward about everything and best of all we could tell she cared about her patients. Prior to her surgery (brain aneurysm) she explained how to prepare for everything and what to expect after. We could not have landed with a better Dr and would 100% recommend Dr. Abdu.

    As a Conifer/Tenet employee in another city, my daughter needed to be seen in network for an emergency. I was able to call ahead of her arrival and talk to the ER staff. She was treated extremely quickly and she could not stop talking about how kind and nice ALL of the staff were. Im extremely grateful to be associated with this group of professionals. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter. :)

    Staff is very courteous & helpful, they are dealing with a lot of customers coming from diverse backgrounds, so I can only imagine the challenges they are facing. Great doctors, great staff.
