Free ear piercing is really a gimmick. They attempted to " assume sale of earrings" for $77.00 with piercing. We rolled that notion back real quick. We found $35.00 earrings there that have worked out just perfectly. They did a great job piercing my daughters ears. And the ear solution they gave us is awesome. Almost three weeks out and daughters ears are almost completely healed. Also, no redness or crusties at all from the piercing.

the lady that did my ears was really cool no hate against her but i would advise to not get ear piercings with a gun because higher risk of infection do it with a needle because you wont get a higher risk of infection just keep the ears clean

I spent 260$ On my granddaughter for her birthday in there and they didn’t put all the stuff in the bag. I had to drive another round trip of 60 miles to retrieve the items the clerk didn’t put in the bag. They were rude and non apologetic about it. Don’t waste your breath with Corporate because they are the same way. I will never purchase anything there ever again. Claire’s is a large chain that cares nothing about how your treated or how their employees behave.

The staff at this Claire's location did an amazing job piercing my ears. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable/helpful in explaining after care routine. She also made feel very comfortable. Over all, it's a cute and a nice size jewelry store. They also offer great discounts on purchases.

This Claire’s store ripped us off. They didn’t give us any special discounts we were supposed to get and charged us twice for a more expensive item. We paid $140 when it should have been around $80 maybe a little more or less. Avoid this Claire’s and go to a more honest store. We had our kids with us and we didn’t notice the issue until we got home. The girl at the check out counter said we would get a discount for many items for the usual buy 3 get 1 free or similar deals but we paid for everything full price. My wife has been going to Claire’s for decades and has never had an issue with Claire’s until this store. The girl at the checkout counter should be ashamed of herself. We have a family to take care of and the money we lost by the cashier could have gone to our family needs rather than a billion dollar chain store.

Dont go there..its a horrible place with the rude lady..her behaviour is so bad..the piercing experience is also terrible

Lots of of variety fornyourger girls but not much for the more mature crowd. I was ignored the time I was in the store so that was nice, I didn't have to worry about small talk.

My granddaughters can spend alot of money here. They especially love when I take them. Nana let's them buy whatever they want. Lots of cute accessories.

They do free ear piercings but the earrings cost. Some places cost money for both. They did a good job piercing my 3 month old. My husband was pleased since my baby had a fat face and they some how managed and worked around it lol. All the girls there was very jolly and welcoming and it was very alive in there. Idk if it's always like that but these girls had me cracking up. They was so happy and hyped when I went in it was almost unreal. But yeah. Had a pretty good experience ... Was prob in there a solid 30 min.

Oh my gosh! Terrific store but after you take 20 minutes or so to look thru everything and decide what to buy, it will take 28 minutes more to pay. The line was sooo long with only 1 cashier!! Not good.

My wife gets their ears pierced here and has never had a bad experience.

Worst experience ever piercing my 5mo old. The piercing gun got stuck and of course o know that these kind of things happens... but it wasn't even that it happened - it was the response after. The girl piercing didn't know what to do so she immediately went to the manager who then rung up 2 people while my daughter was screaming with a half pierced earring hanging out of my daughter's ear. Once the manager did come over and finally take a look at my daughter's ear all she offered to continue piercing with a re-pierce on the ear they messed up on first or or to stop the process and reschedule for a other day. The whole experience though was honestly really traumatic for us both and I will definitely be making sure to either go to a tattoo parlor from now on for piercings OR I'll need to make sure the piercer has a plan in case the gun gets jammed. 🙄

I’ve went to this Clair’s twice and both times they were closed on here it showed they close at 8:00 pm , we got there at 6:50pm to find out they close at 7:00pm how ever it was closed early I know it was last 10 min whatever , so than I go again on a Monday and apparently they close Mondays even though there sign in front of the store stated Monday-Friday 12pm to 7pm. Got me really upset that I’ve took two trips and both times they are closed.

Super friendly staff, got my daughter's ears pierced but they were a bit uneven, so they redid one piercing and it was no worries at all.
