Dr. Anthony saw my wife on a same day appt due to my wife being in extreme pain from her c section a few days ago. After being an hour late on the appt she was very unprofessional. Dismissing my wife’s concerns, being sarcastic and acting as if my wife was dumb for asking her questions. She should not be taking care of women who have just had children. She doesn’t care and it seems she lacks compassion and empathy for what her profession calls for especially in regards for postnatal care. With the way she was treated I couldn’t imagine what her other patients have gone through.

Like many others, this clinic is a complete waste of time. My initial well woman's vist they had me undress and wait 45 mins before the doctor came in. Agreed, very cold and rude, did not like her one bit. THEN I had a telemed follow up call, no surprise waiting 30 mins and the doc didn't sign on. Still no results, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The girls at the front were awesome and so kind. That being said, I recommend any women doctors. The male doctor I had, didn't listen and then tried to give solutions to problems I didn't come in for. Male's just don't understand women's bodies. And this was not the first time a male gynecologist as done this. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

This locations smells disgusting. Why does it smells so bad. Please leave the door open in the waiting room. Hire a cleaning service. Is a health clinic. The foul smell is actually bacteria in the air. Also There's no AC running. The waiting seems long too. I'm gonna change clinics. Coming here for the first time was torture.

Dr Nieves is the finest doctor I've ever worked with. She was tremendously kind and respectful and very easy to talk to. She explained the physical step by step and continually checked on my well being and SHE LISTENED. It is a sad commentary on the medical profession that a sensitive, attentive doctor is a rare treasure, but that is the reality and Dr Nieves is a jewel. I am forever grateful to have been referred to her and i recommend her whole heartedly to everyone. Her support staff is also very nice and so helpful.

These Doctors are so great! They explain everything to you so you’re fully aware and understanding of the circumstances. Compared to past experiences with other clinics this one is by far the best one. I feel really safe to place myself in their care and my pregnancy. I’ve never felt that way before. I’m sure many can remember a time when being cared for by a doctor and feeling like you’re in the shadows. Definitely not at this place. Thank you all so much for doing what you do daily for us!

I got in quickly even though I was 10 minutes late, I’m don’t know if my prescription is something that will work for me because it takes 30-45days to work in my system. I’ll have a comment about that in 1 month

All these bad reviews for what because it didn’t go their way? Nice office doctors were very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this office and be coming back. Thanks @ MomDoc!

I will not be back for further appointments. I didn't have any issues until it came to the exam. I was told that I had to strip down and wear the paper garments and that someone will be in soon. I then spent 20+ minutes waiting for someone to finally show up. Completely UNACCEPTABLE to leave someone waiting for that long. I have never had to wait such an excessive amount of time anywhere I have gone before and the excuse I got was that's "the normal wait". Shame on the practitioners for thinking that it's fine to leave a basically naked women waiting that long in an already uncomfortable situation. Also, if you're hoping to get an 8 week ultrasound for your pregnancy, I found out at the end of the appointment that they'll have you schedule that for another time, making this whole appointment a waste of my time. I only scheduled here because my regular OB didn't have availability for a few weeks and I was told I'd get an ultrasound at the appointment when I scheduled it ( i specifically asked if they usually do one at this time and was told they would). I was willing to give them a chance because they're much closer to me, but I'll drive a little further and get treated with more dignity somewhere else.

I didn’t have a stable doctor my last pregnancy, I got whoever was available. I wish I would’ve been informed as well of extra charges. I got a hefty bill :/ I delivered with Dr Nieves if I can recall and all I remember is her saying how tired she was. I understand doctors are always on the go, but it’s not the impression I wanted to remember. This pregnancy I’ve decided to go elsewhere.

Rude staff and very unprofessional. I am 37 weeks pregnant and have been told false information. They have canceled and rescheduled multiple appointments. I have been to multiple locations and all the same. Do not trust them!

I love this practice and Dr. Digiacomo! Her and the office staff are caring and helpful. She performed two procedures on me knowing I have high anxiety levels. She was able to talk me through everything and make me feel at ease. I love Dr. D!

My very first visit was amazing. All staff were king and assisting not only to myself but my fiance as well. I highly recommend Mi Doctora. I will definitely stay with their services and the provider they have given to me.

I was referred here by another amazing dr, she had me seen by Dr. Rivera, I'm nervous when it comes to male doctors but let me tell you, he is amazing! He listened to my concerns, explained things to me very calmly, he actually cared about the issues I had and really gave me the best option to ease my pains, thank you Dr. Rivera your absolutely amazing!

Wouldn't bring my hamster here 2nd time BOTH experiences I was given piss poor service. 1st time I thought maybe it was coincidence that my appointment was not scheduled in their system I was there 3hrs which is absurd. This time I scheduled on line and decided to call several hours earlier to confirm my 1:50 appointment to be told there was no appointment scheduled 🙃 the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was pleasant and RESCHEDULED my appointment for the same time .. I get there early only to find out I do not have an appointment and could have possibly been double book but "yes we can still see you" 1 1/2 hours later I'm still here in the room no Doc no nurse just me once again waiting 😒 so unless you have half a days work to miss and like over paying (1st time they charged for services I did not use, my carrier fought it) I don't recommend!

I went in for a Co-po, to an office and doctor ive never been to before. I was told the procedure could be scary and painful. It was neither. The doctor knew what he was doing, I felt very little pain. He was also light hearted, educational and funny. It was honestly a great experience.

I’ve been a patient with MomDoc for about 10 years, at several offices. I love how nice the offices are, and the staff is always friendly. It’s usually easy to get an appointment when you need one.

This place is amazing! Everyone is friendly, very short wait time, informative, helpful. It’s the first time I’ve felt comfortable going to see a dr for my lady bits. Highly recommend!

I've been here twice for a regular check up and then also an ultrasound, and both times I wasn't even waiting long to be seen. The staff is great and the service was amazing. Very happy with the care that I received

I found this office through my insurance plan, and they did a great job getting me a caring and responsive office. They have a lot of appointment times and they accommodate my weird schedule very well. The staff is very nice everyone from the front office to the providers are always kind. If you live in the area and need an OBGYN look no further.

I love this place! (As much as one can love a doctors office) there is not a single thing they could do better. The atmosphere of the waiting room is nice and comforting, every single staff member exhibited outstanding customer service, the ultrasound tech made me feel extremely comfortable, and it is very evident that the doctor cares about each and everyone of her patients. She takes the time to explain what is going on and leaves room for questions and concerns. Highly recommend this place to women looking for a new gynecologist!

This place is the worst, they make you wait a long time, I scheduled my appointment for an ultrasound and medical tests. Then they ordered me to take a pregnancy test, supposedly to confirm the pregnancy, but the funny thing is that I am 8 months pregnant. My belly looks big and when I asked them why I need a pregnancy test they told me to confirm the pregnancy since it could be a tumor. Since I arrived I felt like they treated me like I was crazy and didn't trust me. After that they told me to wait to see the doctor, I was waiting for approximately 2 hours until Dr. Nieves arrived only to tell me to respond soon and to tell her what I wanted because I didn't have time for myself and that I had more patients waiting, it was nothing. kind and never trusted me, I told him how many weeks pregnant I was and that I had my first ultrasound and he told me that he couldn't believe what I was saying that he needed the evidence. And the worst thing is that they told me to come back next week to do the ultrasound. This place is the worst, so the doctor, after checking my body, never said if everything was good or bad, if I had something or not.
