    Whatever you do, donā€™t give this company your credit card number. They will keep billing any card they have on file, no matter what. After a dozen plus calls to BHC with no action taken to resolve my issues and no returned calls from a manager, I finally had to cancel my card to keep them from billing unauthorized charges. Iā€™ve been a Banner Health customer for 7 years and been very happy with the doctors and services but Banner Home Care is the worst. Like ā€œcall the state Attorney General worst.ā€ Avoid at all costs.

    Been calling for a reorder on my C-PAP supplies for over 3 weeks. I canā€™t get a real person on the phone. Hereā€™s what happens. You call the number that they give you to call. Then you choose option 2 which is the correct one. Then you sit on hold for an hour or so until they hang up on you. Today something new happened. After sitting on hold for 40 minutes I choose the call back option. They claim they will call back in 24 hours. Well it didnā€™t take 24 hours. In fact it only took 10 minutes. So a machine calls me back in 10 minutes and puts me on hold saying Iā€™m first in line. After waiting on hold again for another 30 minutes I gave up. I canā€™t think of anything ruder than having a machine call you up and put you on hold. Especially after giving you the option not to sit on hold, before calling back. Itā€™s quite obvious they donā€™t want to fulfill their commitment to support their cliental. Iā€™m calling the sleep doctor in the morning and see if I can find another place to get the supplies. I refuse to call and get that kind of treatment, anymore. 1/10/23 Update As you can see they responded. I responded back with my full name and phone number. They then responded to my email saying they had a secure message for me. I clicked on their link and it took me to their private site. The message on that site was nothing more than requesting my identity information. I wondered why they would want information I had already given them. Then I started thinking about the don't give them your credit card number review. Needless to say, I didn't give them my information. I don't know what to think. They act like scammers. 2/1/23 Update This is the final outcome. A few days after I finished my last update, I called my sleep doctor. They called me back and said they reached out to Banner Home Care and they would be calling me. Well, to this date they still haven't called. About a week ago I had an appointment with the sleep doctor that had been made months earlier. At that appointment with the sleep doctor, I gave him an update as to the non response of Banner. His response was interesting. He told me that everybody complains about Banner. Then he said, lets just change you to another company where we can actually call and talk to a human. The new company has already contacted me. Problem solved! Stay away from Banner Home Care!

    Banner Healthcare formerly Good Samaritan. Prudent move taking Good Samaritan out of your name. You hVe a vast parking lot at your Germann rd. Facility and typically that lot is empty. However, Banner took upon themselves to call the police on a homeless person sleeping in their car in one of those empty parking slots. That person has a job, and is trying to save up for an apartment. That person is also very sick. It is nice to see that Banner healthcare a $7.8 billion company doesn't care about those in the community to help. Just call the cops and move the undesirable, homeless along like you would a feral animal. Not very good Samaritans at banner. Treating humans in this manner.

    Banner home care for medical supplies is terrible. I retired as a police officer after 30 years of service, and Iā€™ve never treated people the way that they treat me. Iā€™ve been doing business with them for the past four years and about six months ago, is when everything took a turn for the worst. When you call them, they have you push number two get Banner home care, and when you do, it goes automatically to a voice recorder where you have to leave your name and number. I have left my name and number for the past month and nobody has ever returned my call. I called my insurance company and they gave me other places that are in the area that will want to sell me products for my CPAP machine.

    Jonathan Z. was assigned as my Case Manager and PT following a hip fracture and repair. I was so impressed by his professional demeanor, his understanding of how my lung issues impacted my treatment and how he guided me through my physical therapy. My surgeon had only one word for my progress; "amazing".

    If I could give minus stars I would. I called Banner Home Care to order my CPAP supplies after waiting on hold Iā€™m told they have a new option CPAP supplies have their own option. Itā€™s option 2 in the phone tree. The phone tree message isnā€™t up to date yet obviously. So Iā€™m transferred I select the call me back option when Iā€™m first in line so I donā€™t have to wait on hold. I get my call back Iā€™m first now. Iā€™ve been on hold now 30 Fā€™ing minutes now. Why did I select the option to not wait on hold when Iā€™m put on hold as first inline for now 35 Fā€™ing minutes!!! Service was better before this change. Banner Aetna why are you using this joke of a service? 45 minutes now, really. What a joke Banner Aetna you should do better, this service has sucked since you switched it from the private company to Banner Home Care. Please do something about the service no service joke.

    Hold time to speak to an agent to order supplies is typically 45-90 minutes. Every single time. My order was incorrect twice so Iā€™m stuck with supplies I canā€™t use. And told I canā€™t order again for 3 months because Medicare wonā€™t cover it until then. Even though the order was incorrect.

    I just had a full knee replacement on my right knee. I unexpectedly had to have home PT before the Outpatient PT. I am so pleased that I did! I want to say a huge thank you to the three PT's who have given me a good start toward healthy walking on my new knee. The first PT was Anita, she got me started by lifting my spirits and being very encouraging. Next was Lori. Lori was fun and helped me organize my exercises. Finally Dana, who pushed me to do more during our sessions and has been very encouraging. I hope you are able to have the same people serve you when you are in need. This has been a very good experience for me and I want to be certain to thank the ladies before I stop in home therapy and start out patient.

    I have been struggling with my C Pap machine and too much moisture in my mask. I have call several times to no avail. Today I called fed up and I was told they would call me back. I didn't have much hope. To my surprise Susanna called and was so nice and so very helpful! Susanna walked me thru the settings and fixed my machine over the phone! I am so THANKFUL Susanna! Thank you for helping me get some sleep!!

    I placed cpap order with Banner home care on Oct 13 2023 and had no notifications till Nov, 3 2023. I do not understand why they can not figure it out. there is no, I say no transparency. How do I pay, no notification that the order even was processed. Very frustrated with the whole system. Mind you I have been trying to deal with them for the last ten years. I have tried to order from other sources and they show up not in network.

    No support was given to my mother after surgery. You stated she needed more support and so she should go to the ER to get her into a rehab facility knowing that a rehab facility would need a Dr. Referral. What is wrong with the health Care system? Give people surgery and send them on their way. This is an 85 year old woman left at her house by herself with no support. Unacceptable! Why do people even need insurance if they won't get approved for the support they need? Terrible elderly care!

    I have been dealing with this company for about a month. Banner Health sent my CPAP prescription to them on 9/5. I talked with Banner Home Care on 9/11 and they have my wrong phone number. I gave them my corect number but that didnt seem to matter. They told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks for everything to set. I called today for an update and they said they were still missing information . They said they called me and left a message. At the wrong phone number of course. They are looking for info I have. I was told someone would call me back but I high l y doubt that will happen. A poorly run company. I will be calling Banner Health asking why they would send these guys business.

    I ordered cushions for mask on my cpap..Supposedly Fedex delivered them to a house a block away w a similar adress house number..I called Banner to ask them to track the package and they told me it had been delivered except to another house! When they discovered the mistake, I asked if they could ship it overnight to me so I could use..They blamed it on fedex..I asked to speak w a manager..I was told a manager would call me back..Ha! No call back and I still do not have cushions from an Aug 15th order date. What a crock! Think twice before ordering from this place! I know your better than this!!! Now 21 days and no delivery..Awful!!!
