👍👍 Solid beer selection with some really interesting brews. The food was decent for a brew pub. You’re surrounded by TVs in there so if you’re looking to go watch a game this is a good place. Service is stellar. People often mention great, time, good, beer, love, friendly,

My boyfriend and I have been waiting for this place to open as he always had great memories of the Uncle Bear’s in Gilbert. This was my first time and I love it! I love the atmosphere and the selection of food and beer was great. The beer flights wasn’t pricey and the waitress, Danielle, had great recommendations! The portions were good, the food was great, and the fries and mozzarella sticks were amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

Decided to try this place out since it's brand new and around the corner from my house. Ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger medium rare which came out nice but was $23 on the bill! So I asked the bartender and I said the regular burgers on your menu that have bacon and cheese on them are only (and I use this term loosely) 16 bucks how come I'm being charged 23? She said because it was "custom and I substituted onion rings" (5 of them total). Even though my burger had less on it than most of the other burgers. It was really simple cheese bacon barbecue sauce . It only takes one bad experience for you never to go back to a place and this was the one. Place was empty, few people that were there, very old, food was just okay and nothing to come back for. Paid the bill tipped over 20% and left . It was better when it was Tilted Kilt. Photo of receipt below for proof.

My husband and I love this place! We recommended it to our friends and had our first watch party there. The service is outstanding and everything we have tried has been delicious. This is our go to bar for cheeseburgers, wings, quesadillas, pretzels, you name it. The drinks are great and I would highly recommend for going out just for a fun night out with your spouse or a whole group! They will take care of you and will leave you looking forward to the next time.

Trying to keep this place a secret but I want them to survive. Great burgers and great chicken sandwiches. The microbrew beer is decent but the cocktails work just fine. Good service. And they will even bring your furry friend a patty on the patio! Love this place. Fun for game days too. Lots of screens.

First time visit. Clean, bright and attractive interior. Friendly and competent service. Enjoyed the beer selections and varied menu. Discounts on different weekdays so our visit on Thursday resulted in great beer prices and discounted wings. Don't hesitate to bring the family. Recommended.

Get your tail over here! Pun intended. The place is totally remodeled and essentially brand new. It's bright and open unlike relics of the past in that spot. I'll hang out here and watch a game. It has a spacious dog-friendly patio that opens up to the restaurant. And I think food from the grill is topnotch. Especially the Lemon Chicken Sizzle. It's like a classy fajita. Very delicious.

Besides this place is close to my home. The staff and the managers are so super friendly and we love the little Hometown vibe in North Scottsdale. It's a great spot to watch our Suns games! Dog friendly patio. Caylyn, Alley, James and Shane make our visit fun. Food is pretty good to 32 beers on tap...Mixed drinks...a nice selection of Vino! 🍻💙🏀🖤🦖🔥

Just happened to stop by this place on a whim and so glad we did. Not only is the restaurant decorated nicely with pictures of cute dogs everywhere, but the burgers and mozzarella sticks were so damn good! The service was also amazing. We came on a Monday lunch so not busy but our waiter Shane was so nice and enthusiastic it made our experience so great.

Great place to grab some good bar food, drinks and watch the game with friends and family. Not to mention, they love dogs! Our dogs on the wall of fame! The food is surprisingly good. Let’s be real, not all bad food is. But, uncle bears is good. Their kids menus is great for little ones and the staff seems to love the kiddos. Only suggestion is for the location to add changing tables in the bathrooms for parents with little ones.

Family friendly, sports bar/grill vibe. Food is tasty. Recommend the brisket sliders 👍🏻 Lots of their own beer on tap. Outdoor seating and “not too loud” inside is a bonus.

Clean, laid-back vibe, cool dog centric themed decor (and dog friendly patio, non-smoking everywhere). We're not beer drinkers, came for casual lunch. Good food, friendly service, reasonably priced menu with loads of daily specials.

This is our second time coming here, and hands down the food itself is worth coming in for. Seriously, if you're looking for a low-key neighborhood type place for a good burger or a flight of craft beers, try Uncle Bears. The PB&J burger was such a hit the first time, my partner had it again this time. Same goes for the garlic fries! I had Dakota's Egg Style Burger last time and the Shrimp Tacos this time, both were delicious. We'll definitely be coming back in, we've got more food to try on the menu!

The beer was good but the food was terrible. I ordered the nachos and the flavor was ok but the food was cold. My husband ordered chicken tenders and fries and they were swimming in grease. So much so, that he was sick very shortly after leaving. It was Monday night football and the place was empty. Should have been a sign.

I REALLY wanted to like this place because of their backstory and association with dogs, but the food was a huge letdown. Hamburger was a thin, small patty that was cooked way past well done, making it incredibly dry. It was served on a bun with shredded lettuce that fell everywhere as you tried to eat and jarred pickles. Why not use a piece of fresh lettuce instead of the bagged stuff? The fried wontons in the Asian salad were greasy and tasted like they had not changed their fry oil in a long time. I guess this would explain why we were the only table in the restaurant for lunch at 1pm. Even though we were the only ones there, the server acted like she was too busy to answer questions about the menu and kept saying "I'll give you a few minutes to decide" and walking away.

Hidden gem of a sports bar. Been coming here for 2 years. Outdoor patio is pet friendly and always a good time! James the bartender is great. Highly recommend!
