Obviously not a 5 star restaurant, but for 24-hour restaurant, the stuffed hashbrowns, impossible sausage, coffee, and service were outstanding! If I weren’t passing through, I would eat here daily. Thank you for making my stop in Oregon enjoyable, Vicky!

The staff is fairly new, but as always the food was fantastic, Salmon for me, Steak and eggs for him. Pie to die for, great selection, have a slice or take the whole thing. Always fresh. ..new post .. can't say I'm not disappointed, I like this place but tonight I was seated and waited about 15 minutes and never even got water, a family was seated about 5 minutes after me, they received water immediately and then they ordered. The staff didn't even look my way waited another 5 minutes and walked, Abby legendary pizza was fantastic.

Food took 45 minutes, the server did her best, mgr, came to the table30 minutes after we were seated with a coupon for a piece pie. My steak was really not cooked through and through. This took place in medford 9:30 A M Saturday, the restaurant was pretty empty, and we still waited 10 minutes to get seated. I have forwarded this to corporate. Since we live here,

The first time we went to this restaurant was Thanksgiving of 2022 when we were on our way to Oregon and staying at a nearby Hotel. Dinner was cold and half of the meals were missing because they did not expect as many guests as a God I guess Returning in July of 2023 we found that the quality of the food had gone down considerably as did the nicety of those who work there I would have hoped it was the same Ambiance as it was last time but it isn't I would have given five stars the last time but had to bring it to three because it was such a disappointment. I did order their prime rib dip sandwich which was not prime rib but rather some kind of roast beef and you can count on two hands how many french fries came with that and it was $17 not to mention a tip I hope management goes back and thinks about what they've done and rehire the better people and bringing better quality food as they had last year or they're going to lose more customers and not just my husband and myself

I went with a friend on July 4, 2023. The waitress noticed both of us, right away and yet waited to be seated. I had the double bacon cheese burger the hamburger was good, however totally dry. The special, sauce was a small amount. My friend got the Philly dip, it came with dip, so not dry, however very small for the price. Great coffee service. Both of our orders came with fries, again very few.

Our server was very nice, but it took a long time for the food to get out to us. The hollandaise sauce had no lemony taste and was slightly sweet. I got a minimal amount of hash browns. I have to say that though that the eggs were poached perfectly.

When I made a mistake in my order, the wait staff were kind enough to fix it without charging me a bunch, which I his highly appreciate. I absolutely loved the French Dip! It was flavorful, juicy, and had wonderful au jus. I will be coming back for another sandwich. Any don't miss the pies! That Marionberry Cheese Pie is excellent!

Pie shakes are crack. Most customers are there to gamble if it's past 6 am lol and possibly on crack. But that problem doesn't reflect on the staff. Food is good & ONE OF THE ONLY PLACES OPEN AFTER 8pm on the rogue valley. So I gotta respect it

Day late and a dollar short. It was our first time dining and we felt like something different. A malfunction of some kind had their process backed up. Things happen and how you adapt is where you sink or swim. This evening they sunk. When you have a head waitress shouting at a single staff cook you’re already behind the curve. We gave an extra star as they did at least explain that they were trying. One staff arrived and seemed to take some charge but it was way late. Better luck next time. Maybe we will try it again sometime. Service 1 Courtesy 3 Attentiveness 1 Speed 1 Food quality 2

So. This facility has seen better days. Everything is a bit dated. My Mom suggested this for breakfast. Although not sub par or wasn't what I would call spectacular. The women's bathroom was flooded. The wait staff was helpful but not fabulous. The food was exactly as described on the menu.

This place years ago and I do mean years ago was a restaurant. Now it is a very poorly managed, extremely short staffed mess. We were told the place had large groups and it would be a long time before our group would be served. But last minute they were able to get someone to assist. I came in with a group of people last Friday night. I observed what looked like management assisting the cook because he was dressed in a tie. He truly did not know what he was doing. He did not belong there. The cook wasn't happy, she looked overwhelmed and worn out and it was passed on to the quality of the food she was preparing. The server was not clean, the station counter in front of where the server received the food was absolutely gross. The server looked and acted like she really did not want to be there. The person who helped out last minute I will praise him for trying his best. You could tell he wanted to help but everyone else working there didn't appreciate anything much. Now the food. All I wanted was a vanilla milkshake. That's it. Nothing special. This place used to serve them thick, old fashioned with the extra machine cup full of thick milkshake. What I got was a cup of melted soupy milkshake that had an old ice cream taste with a hint of metal. Truly awful. Took a sip. Left it there on the table. My wife ordered a piece of pie. This place is supposed to be known for their pies. The pie was sour. Once again I tried it and wouldn't dare try it again. She also ordered a side of fries. Now you think the fries would be crispy and there would be a pretty good pile on the plate but they were soggy and very cold in the middle and there were only a few on the plate. She ate the pie and the fries and this morning is paying the price with food poisoning. She is really sick and I am very upset. I'm upset about everything that I described above. I'm upset that management that is running this place today is not taking it to heart to make sure that people are satisfied. You can easily see this. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm saying this not to put this restaurant down because like I said in the beginning it used to be a decent place. It's one of the only places that is open later in the evening where a group of people can sit down and have a good time and get some decent food. But that's not what this is today. I'm hoping that maybe Elmer's across the street will decide to open up later so we can try them. I really miss Marie calendars. They had great pie.

This is a diner with pies. The staff are kind and welcoming. They appear to be chronically understaffed. The food is meh with traditional choices but nothing to look forward to. The pies are fine with several choices. The pie choices are sparse likely due to a low customer base. There is a gambling area and it is well separated from the dining, which is nice. They lock code the bathrooms which is unusual in our area. The staff is lovely.

Ugh.... food poisoning, We went here at about 9:30 p.m. with a group who wanted to hang out after our meeting. The staff seemed quite angry and resentful overworked and understaffed. There was one server there who was only dropping his girlfriend off to work and he volunteered to help he did an excellent job. We were super grateful for his sense of humor and over service, I think everyone of us ended up with four or five forks. We ended up with, awful pie, milkshake and french fries. The pie was rubbery and old, the milkshake was more like sour milk with some sort of flavoring that wasn't vanilla. It tasted more like banana and it was very thin and didn't taste good at all. The french fries were cold and gross and oily. Not to mention that the entire establishment was dirty and unsanitary. I felt pretty awful as I was the one that suggested that we go there.
