Doing
OrangeTheory
has
made
a
positive
difference
in
my
mental
and
physical
health.
Most
of
the
coaches
are
fantastic
-
they
pay
attention
to
good
form,
make
sure
people
are
feeling
ok,
and
keep
things
moving
on
time.
My
favorite
coach
is
Sophia
because
she
gives
her
classes
TLC
and
is
very
patient
with
newcomers.
Fellow
classmates
have
been
very
welcoming
and
motivating
and
it’s
fun
to
work
hard
together!
Oh
and
the
music
is
usually
good
(except
for
the
occasional
MJ
-
ick
-
and
Squid
Game
theme
song
in
techno
format)
but
not
as
fun
and
curated
as
a
SoulCycle
class
playlist.
I
had
an
issue
with
the
mobile
app
and
submitted
the
issue
to
OT
Technical
Support,
who
responded
immediately.
They
actually
deployed
a
bug
fix
right
away
so
I
could
happily
book
classes
on
my
phone!
I
only
have
two
complaints,
hence
the
4
star
rating.
My
allergies
always
act
up
after
class.
There
is
sometimes
a
layer
of
dust
on
the
equipment,
especially
in
the
treadmill
fan
vents
😅
it’s
expected
with
so
many
people
coming
in
and
out
of
class
so
lots
of
human
skin
flakes
floating
around
but
still,
my
eyes
get
red
and
itchy
and
I
use
the
computer
for
work
so
it’s
uncomfortable.
My
second
complaint
is
the
rower
machines.
I
hate
securing
a
spot
on
a
particular
rower
only
to
find
that
the
tablet
that
tracks
my
performance
is
not
there
because
it
is
charging,
or
the
thing
that
turns
on
the
rower
isn’t
working.
Maybe
the
staff
can
check
all
the
rowing
machines
before
class
starts
and
mark
off
which
ones
aren’t
working
so
that
people
don’t
occupy
a
malfunctioning
machine.
This
has
happened
a
number
of
times
which
has
made
me
very
unhappy
at
5am.
I’m
paying
$170
a
month
for
unlimited
classes
so
I
expect
better,
especially
coming
from
UrbanFit
which
is
$50/month,
family-run
with
amazing,
impeccably
clean
equipment
and
the
staff
are
literally
always
on
the
floor
dusting
and
vaccuuming.
I
plan
on
continuing
my
OT
journey
since
it’s
the
best
option
now
that
COVID
has
destroyed
all
spin
studios
in
the
area
and
the
Ashland
YMCA
is
too
far
away.
