Dr. Francois and her staff have been very helpful, considerate and responsive to my care. Dr. Francois takes her time to address my questions and concerns and not only provides insights into standard meds, but also all natural alternatives like vitamins/supplements. I have been going to Dr. Francois for over 10 years (prior to her move to the Indian School location) and absolutely trust her with my care and have always been pleased with staff as it relates to appointment scheduling and obtaining testing results. My results have always come in a timely fashion and they are available for review over the phone or during my next appointment with the doctor. I appreciate that Dr. Francois always has a listening ear and kind spirit. I'm very pleased with Sunset Family Physicians and highly recommend them.

Staff is great. Sharon Aguilar was great. Dr François was rude in passing, but I was never treated by her. In the past year, I could not get in for a single appointment for at least 3 weeks-even when sick. The receptionist would ask for my symptom talk to the NP and meds sent to pharmacy. Today, I found out Sharon is no longer there and the soonest or telemed office visit available is not until late July, even for established patients or patients with an medical need. Would never recommend this practice.

The doctor herself is great. However the front office staff are horrible. The leave you on hold for long periods of time and hang up on you. They are rude and should have no place in the medical field at all.

Absolutely not, never again. Staff and doc come off as unprofessional. Office is outdated and looks dirty. Every time I called I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Complete joke. There is probably a doc working out of the trunk of his car that would be better.

I really like Dr. Francois when I see her. She’s helpful and thorough. Unfortunately, the last 2 weeks I’ve called four times and have waited with the answering machine until someone picks up and then hangs up on me. I can tell it’s not the recording because I can hear the voices in the background. This has been a problem on and off in the past and I’ve reported it to them. I need to be seen for some health issues I’ve been having but I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it’s nothing serious and I’ll be finding a new physician. Dr. Francois, I hope you can find staff that will take your patients calls. Your patients and you deserve better.

They never answer the phone when they do you get attitude at times. To get a prescription refill can take weeks at times. Dr Francios is a wonderful doctor and is has great bedside manners but to get an appointment with her is extremely hard. Office is extremely understaffed. It’s a shame

-100 stars to this clinic. I am currently waiting for someone to pick up for me to get a referral to see an eye specialist for narrow angle glaucoma and cannot get a hold of anyone. I've been really patient with this clinic but it's come to the point where my patience has run out and don't know whether to laugh or cry every time I call this place. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Terrible receptionists. Cancelled appointment and never called me, I drove for 45 minutes to get there. Not able to reschedule in time to get my medicine. No compassion. Ignorant receptionist, does not know what she is doing. Callous. Go anywhere else and you will be treated better, the bar is low.

You may have to wait 30 minutes to have phone answered if they actually answer. Individual Doctors (there have many over the years) are acceptable but do not last long. I have prescriptions outstanding for refill for over a month and they still have not got the prescription through to the supplier. I am going to try and fax them today and will upgrade if they respond to me.
