I had an Excellent Experience at Carbon Health. The Staff took care of me even though I did not have a voice. The Staff was very patient with me. I especially want to give a Thank you to Anna Flores, FNP-C and Front Desk personnel ( She was extremely helpful and extremely patient with answering all my questions plus more questions). My experience with Carbon Health was positive. The staff made me feel welcome and the NP was professional and kind. She provided a plan of action that is helping me to heal. I highly recommend this Urgent Care site.

Saturday 11/18/2023 I had severe multiple respiratory issues for 5 days and kept getting worse daily! Had to go to Carbon Health Urgent Care as I can’t sleep and function daytime ! I was miserable and frustrated as the OTC meds did not work as well as I wish. Paying a visit to Carbon Health was the best decision I have ever made! As soon as I walked in I received help promptly from the front desk staff followed by all the 3 staffs responsible for my case! They took my vitals, my X-Ray and the NP who magically heal me instantly with all her ordered treatments and the prescribed meds! WOW .., they truly impressed me!. They were all attentive, courteous, dedicated, knowledgeable professional and most of very compassionate! ! I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing place and staff to all! Thank you so much to all for making it possible for me to celebrate Thanksgiving holiday with my family in San Diego, CA. I did have to cancel my Monday flight! The front desk staff member was very proficient and friendly completing my check-in very quickly. I was seen by a PA in about 10 minutes and she was very professional and personable efficiently completing a check of my condition, but also spending time to explain her findings, and recommendations while answering my questions. I am very pleased with the Carbon Health approach and the results of my visit.

It seems as if the availability if doctors and nurse practitioners has dwindled at an alarming rate. Couple that with their availibility to keep up with their caseload much less urgent appointments and it paints a grim picture of health care throughout the country. Carbon Health Urgent Care, within the last year or so, opened one of their clinics nearby to our home. Both my husband and I have had occasion to need urgent care services several times over the past 12 months. I cannot begin to describe how fortunate we feel to have this medical facility closeby. It is extremely easy to navigate their website and make appointments. Minimal wait time upon arrival, extremely professional, efficient, knowledgable staff. It has made an awful circumstance (you name the urgent care problem) as pleasant as possible. I have recommended their facilities to several friends, and to a man each and everyone if them was pleased with the care they received. This is truly one of Oro Valley/Tucson’s medical ‘stars’. Next time you need to get in to see your PCP for an urgent care problem, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with them. Their website will list all the services they provide.

We rarely use urgent care facilities, but had a good review from a neighbor. We were very happy with being able to choose an appointment time to be seen. The facility is great and staff even greater! We will never hesitate to use Carbon Health Urgent Care, Oro Valley again. Thanks to all the staff that we saw today! We’ll done!

I have had to use Carbon Health for many issues over the past few months and have been extremely satisfied with the number of services they offer, like routine medical services to pre-employment services, all at affordable prices. I consider Carbon my primary care service since I don’t have insurance and even if I did I would come here. The staff is always wonderful as well. I love that you can schedule appointments online, easily.

I received excellent care at this facility starting with the staff up to the physicians. My injury required multiple visits, and every time I was greeted with a smile and treated in a prompt manner never having to wait more than a few minutes with my scheduled appointments. The facility is clean, and I could not ask for a better overall experience given the nature of my injury. Thank you all at Carbon Health for taking such good care of me!

Have gone to Carbon a few times over the last year, sick kids, sick wife and recently for me - a broken foot. Everyone is so nice and friendly, you're in and out quickly and they seem to have everything needed to give you a quick and accurate diagnosis. They even had the walking boot for my foot.

The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. I was seen quickly and they correctly diagnosed my problem. The center was beautifully decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere. I plan to return for future needs.

Fast, kind and knowledgeable. My mom fell and we wanted some X-rays and to get her checked out to make sure she was ok. We saw the NP and she was great, explained everything made sure we were comfortable, great bedside manner.
