This place is a total joke that does not care for their patients, ended up disputing $6,427.00 with credit card company and go it all back due to their neglience. All one star reviews are correct and comments are 100% accurate. Place is run down, needs a lot of fixing up, junk food, fridge that needs replacing and place is esthetically not pleasing when it is considered a luxury facility. One patient complained about their therapist breaking patient confidentiality and not receiving the care needed. The staff is not trained to handle triggers or emergency situations. My significant other was denied calling me himself, they would not call me even after him asking multiple times when he had a bad trigger. Adam Leonard part of staff denied this request because if he had called he would probably lose his job, this is what my spouse was told. He was forced to go to a facility againts his will voluntarely after asking multiple times to call me. Otherwise they would have made him go involuntary. There was no violence and was calm, especially after been giving medication. This was an emergency yet they denied his right to call his emergency contact. I did not find out about till the next morning after he had already been left the night before somewhere else. I could have easily picked him up if they would have allowed me to be called. This caused a lot of un-needed trauma, please avoid this place if you care about your loved ones. This review sounds like a book or made up but is 100% accurate. Danielle which is part of Fountain Hills Recovery played dumb after we started to request our full refund, we ended up disputing it with our credit card company. Horrible place!!!

Fountain Hills Recovery has saved my life and given back to me a life worth living. Sandy and the entire team at Fountain Hills has shown compassion, empathy, respect and love for no other purpose than to help me and guide me in the rebuilding of my thoughts and my life. They have given me my life back, full of hope and joy, free from addiction as well as treating the underlying mental health conditions I have been burdened with for over 30 years. I could never express my full gratitude for all they have done. I thank God for putting me in that special place. I thank them for the program they worked so dutifully on a reality for all.

I was at Fountain Hills Recovery back in 2021 I believe. It was during a really bad time in my life. And truthfully I didn’t stay sober after this stay in rehab. But not because of Fountian Hills, it was because I wasn’t ready. Fountain Hills was a great program with amazing staff. I wasn’t the easiest client to deal with by any means, and all the staff was calm, patient and gentle with me the whole time. I would also like to shout out Sandy. I believe she is in admissions. During all my craziness in and out of Fountian Hills, she continued to follow up with my dad to make sure he and I were both okay. My dad has said multiple times, he felt so alone and didn’t know how to help me, and Sandy was there to pick him up along the way. Going out of her way to help us both. This is the kind of love you will receive at Fountian Hills Recovery! If you or a family member is struggling with addiction, go to Fountian Hills Recovery!!!

Fountain Hills Recovery had turned our spirits around. They made my son's health a priority and worked as a team to ensure proper care to support his rehabilitation. Their facilities are beautiful, and peaceful and their staff is professional and caring. This experience was exactly what my son (and us) needed to feel confident in his long-lasting recovery. Thank you FHRC for all that you do.

We could not be more pleased with the care our daughter is receiving at Fountain Hills! The facility is amazing and the staff have treated her with such care and compassion over the last month and continue to do as she moves to sober living and begins her life beyond recovery. Many, many thanks to all who care for her and to Sandy who has cared for us along this emotional journey. If you or a loved one are in need of recovery Fountain Hills is heaven sent! Five stars is not enough!

Fountain Hills helped me tremendously. The staff is nothing but amazing and always there when you need someone to talk too. I know I fought tooth and nail against rehab but this place allowed me to know that I can get my life back again to the person I was before drugs came into my life. I found happiness again at fountain hills. If it wasn't for my family, the staff at fountain hills especially my therapist, case manager, other therapists there I would not of been successful in treatment. They never fully allowed me to give up on myself and they knew what to say when I wanted to walk out on treatment. It's because of everyone at fountain hills that I am still standing here today and being able to spend the holidays with my family. They helped me see the value of family again and if it wasn't for the support of my family and friends I wouldn't be where I am today. I am a recovering addict, I take it one day at a time and I am not afraid to ask for help today. In the past I couldnt see or do any of that. Thank you fountain hills recovery, all the staff there (you know who you are), peers I met, and to my family for the constant love support you all have shown me and for never giving up on me. Love you all and Happy Holidays ❤️

It’s important to remember the people in life who have been there for you when you needed them the most. Special thanks to Sandy and John for being there for me when I was at my lowest. Highly recommend FHR to anyone who’s struggling with substance abuse or any other mental illness. 5 star service 5 star treatment. Thanks again!
