My wife ordered Carne Asada nachos and when we got home we open the box and found what you see in the picture. I went back to have them fix it figuring they were just in a hurry and missed it. When I got back the lady at the front said that that was what my wife ordered, Carne Asada. I told them it’s just chips with some meat on it... there’s nothing else in the box. I showed them the receipt where it says super nachos and even says extra sour cream. The girl at the front said she would talk to her manager. She came back and said all they could do was give me some extra toppings on the side. I told her why can’t you just remake it The way it supposed to be made. She said because that was how we ordered. I told her we paid for everything, you can even see on the receipt that we paid for nachos. She said that was the best they could do. The Picture with the the sides in my hand is what they gave me for the nachos. I don’t even know what to think. This is literally zero effort.

Relaunch, rebrand, reopen, add flavor. The place is clean. The tortilla they use is thin, and soft and is very good. The carne asada is grisle laden and no flavor. The salsas have no flavor, the chile relleno for the burrito is microwaved, the front lady is fine (okay) but looks like she doesn’t want to be there, the portions are mediocre. I should have checked the reviews before going. Not horrible, but Filibertos is better 💯. Except the tortilla.

How does this place only have 3 stars?? I ordered online to get breakfast burritos for my family. The food was ready early and they were very accommodating to my request to cut all the burritos in half. They even individually wrapped each half with a label, to go above and beyond my request. :) My order was accurate, tidy packaging, and included delicious sauce! Everyone asked where I picked up the breakfast and wanted to try more of their food in the future. Great experience!

The restaurant is really horrible with customer service. Not to mention, but portion there is horrible. extra side is small salsa portion cups. I think the $3.49cents are worth more than what they give you. They hardly give you meats and guacamole for their super nachos and frys. They just don't care about the customer they just care about getting their money that all.

1) The person who took my order was great! She was polite and prompt and she alone gets 5 stars 2) The drive-through menu does not even list a veggie burrito under their burritos like nearly every place in town has, yet when I asked if they had one the cashier said they did. Annoying! Put your offerings on your menu so I can see what it costs and if it comes with sour cream & cheese. I would asked for no dairy if I had known it came that way. 3) Size matters. It’s a burrito!! It’s an entre item. Just because there’s no meat doesn’t mean it deserves to be poorly rolled AND small. Sadly one end contained zero guac and the other end had ALL the guac. I think the rice was more an accident then intentional cuz there wasn’t much of it. Usually I am unable to finish a regular veggie burrito from anywhere else. This one I finished and was STILL HUNGRY. Now I know why I drove by this place for two months after I moved in nearby. Now I know why there are never any cars outside to notice. My educated guess is it’s because no one actually likes this place.

I really think it's just a laundry money outfit because there's nobody inside. But the tables are dirty the floor is never swept. The food is cold so I don't think they have a real manager and they just have kids Working so the place looks like a real business. They don't even care about the quality of food because it doesn't matter actually

Food is great, service is horrible every single time I come the employees seem like they hate their job the always has the stankiest attitude. They need to hire nice people!

To expensive 12 dollars and up for combo plate, small portions. For some reason restrooms are looking locked. When ask about restroom they say it's out of order. I've been there several times and there always locked. Pros lost of parking, close to I10 Other fastfood and grocery store. I don't recommend this place Won't be going back there .

The only reason I care to leave a review is that the salsa here is great. Tacos and burritos can be hit or miss, mostly pretty good... but more often then not the service is terrible. Between bad attitudes and random "30 minutes closures for cleaning" right at dinner time... this establishment has ability to be much greater then what they are.
