Friend that lived here referred me, after hearing how they treat tenants moving out is unacceptable. They claim they have “renovated” apartments, such a joke. the bathtubs are 20+ years old & they painted it to look like it’s new. Roaches everywhere & the pest control doesn’t do anything to fix the problem. They will scam you for every cent you have when you move out. Maintenance doesn’t do anything, except tell you it’s supposed to be like that. trying to get a hold of the office is a challenge. not to mention all the breaks in and people stealing parts from peoples car. Listen to the reviews when it says do not move here!

It's one of the cheaper apts in the area for a reason. Been here for a year and it has bug problems... roaches, drain flies you name it. It's despicable to me when a business makes millions yet doesn't put the clientelle first! Fix the problems! There is erosion, corrosion and delapidation everywhere in the unit. The shower is falling apart, there's walls cracking and bugs are having a great time with it all. Only come here if you're desperate in 2023's economy.

This is one of the most greedy and irritating apartment complex, because you could be paying 1,500 to live here but the grounds keepers walk around and look at peoples car registrations and leave a notice to be towed in 24 hrs even if it’s just expired, like imagine spending all your money on rent and waiting for your next check to get your tags or let’s just say your in a tight spot, and someone’s threatening to tow your car on something that’s private property than your again! Paying rent at! Also, tenants dogs poop all over the place (and even though there’s designated garbage cans and bags provided) people do not clean up after their dogs, if you put anything in your patio, that your paying rent for, they call and complain and THREATEN to charge you for something you put on your patio you’re renting? Ridiculous! And let’s talk about the vastly large variety of roaches all over the place and being put down for weekly sprays, only for them to come once and not again, and never mind how clean you try to be, the infestation is everywhere. Waking up at night to roaches crawling on you. Disgusting. This apartment complex isn’t what it seems too be , they are greedy and they don’t care about you or your family’s, they only care about your money and they’ll do anything they can to take whatever they can while your there! DO NOT LEASE AT THESE APARTMENTS

Used to live here about a decade ago or so. I never really had any problems with any of the other tenants stealing my packages like they do now at my current apartment living in Saginaw Michigan. I guess times change and people are desperate. But even when I was living in a bigger city (Phoenix) or suburb I never had the problem of package theft. The staff here is pretty nice. They made the maintenance around the apartment quite easy and time efficient. I was glad that this place had security guards at the time I was living there or at least at night they did. Also I never had roaches here like at so many other apartment complexes in the greater Phoenix area. Very few apartment complexes out in Phoenix or any of the suburbs are without a roach problem.

Olive Tree is a great apartment complex. I don’t *love* the appliances in the kitchen but that is really my only complaint. The fridge was broken when I moved in, but greg came up to the top floor (with a really cool mechanical dolly) to replace it- in the summer heat! I haven’t had a problem since. Fixing maintenance problems in a quick way is always appreciated. I practically live in the hot tub and when the jets werent working they fixed it ASAP. But the part that’s really nice- they’re a no BS property, meaning what you see is what you get. I would hate to pay three times as much for a place that’s not any better, which so many people are doing, for no reason. It’s such a good price in this economy. Plus the neighbors are friendly and have cookouts all the time. Friendly environment. Thank you Olive Tree!

SCAM! Worst Apartments in Glendale. The kitchen is small and covered top to bottom in roaches. The ac was leaking for the last 6 months of my 1 year lease. Not only will you not get the deposit they will attempt to scam you out off $1500 for trumped up charges. If you dispute it through (emails only. if you call there always unavailable) the charges will miraculously go down by around $300) These people are scammers and thieves. None of your maintenance request will be fixed. CAUTION !! WARNING!! DO NOT MOVE INTO OLIVE TREE!!!

1st I want to start by saying the apartment manager Amela is AMAZING! When I first moved in I had a bug problem and was ready to move out! Amela however immediately communicated with me my options for a solution instead of me having to move. She has handled every situation and concern I have had while living here with professionalism, urgency, and kindness! I am truly grateful for her and I pray she gets a raise because I have never met a person who deserves it more. Recently I had an issue with toliet constantly stopping up and again my shero Amela contacted maintenance to install a new toliet. A wonderful gentleman named Justice came and diligently worked on my toliet even with a few manufacturer issues. He still got my toliet up and running in no time. He even communicated every single action along the way so I could understand what was happening. I am truly grateful for his hard work! This apartment may not be in the best neighborhood or the quietest part of the city but there are some amazing people who work here and are tirelessly working to better the living experience to the best of their ability and I just want to say thank you!

It's a good apartment for the price. The staff cares and the grounds crew do a good job making sure things look nice. Whenever I've had a service request or question, the issue is addressed promptly. The office staff and maintenance crew are all friendly and care about making sure this apartment complex is a nice place to live.

I stayed at Olive Tree Apartment for almost 1yrs and the whole time I've lived there it was nothing but fantastic. My move-in was smooth no issues. The inside of my apartment was pretty nice and cozy not to bad, any maintenance I request was addressed immediately. The leasing office staff always answered the phones professional and all my questions were address. Also the landscapers always kept the complex nice and clean. Every morning I use to see this gentleman picking up trash and cleaning around the complex, such a hard-worker thank you. Unfortunately I had to move due to my job but thank you to all of the staff at Olive tree for allowing me to stay there I will miss it.

BIG TIME SCAMMERS, they can't continue to get away with this, recently my son and Daughter-in-law moved out, scheduled a walk through with Management everything looked good, but he was stuck on the tub issue. The tub issue was restuccoed horrible and just painted over, what was to be reported to maintenance too fix, that's how they recieved the apartment. No holes in the wall, how are you trying to charge for scuff, dirt and damage. Dirt can be wiped off, no scuff or damage to the walls, $1,295.00 to remove carpet for pet stain, seriously, the guy told us all is gonna be cleaned, no serious damage to the apartment, the guy didn't bother to walk in the kitchen probably due too all the dead roaches on the country and on the floor, and roaches crawling on the wall as we did the walk through, now they want to charge my Son $1,295.00 this I so ridiculous, that's why there is a deposit and pet deposit, but not mentioned once about the monthly pet fee, isn't that what a deposit is for, my Son and Daughter-in-law left that apartment cleaned the way they moved into the apartment on day one. This is the most horrible place to live. You can scam so many people, and your reviews with one star says it all, we are not the first or the last, but this has to be stopped and really looked at. Not aceptable what they're trying to do. If I could I wouldn't leave the one star, but to read my review I had to Mark one star, see forced to even leave a star Mark when this is a really bad place too reside at.

Absolutely do not live here they will charge you for having stuff on your balcony that can be seen? Like why the hell have a balcony anyways. Also they go around the damn parking lot and just put stickers on your car to have them towed if they registration is expired like they have a deal with a tow truck company or something they have nothing better to do that to try and screw their own tenants over any chance they can so I 100% wouldn’t live here

Shoutout to Ashley and the staff at Olive Tree!!! I’ve been here for a few years now and they’re always so friendly and accommodating to anything living related. I’ve had a few issues with appliances and they are always taken care of in a timely fashion. Anyone looking for a spot on the west side, I highly recommend
