My mom and I stayed here 4 nights and we must say, it was the best accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast is a three course homemade meal that changes every day. The bedroom we had was clean and had its own bathroom, and even on the 98 degree days the room was the perfect temperature. The pool area is gorgeous and has just the right ambiance. Parking isn’t an issue as there are two driveways to park in (each fitting two cars), and even if you do have to park in the street, they have the permits for weekdays. Overall 5/5, will definitely come back if we’re ever in the area!

We stayed here for two nights in February and wished we had booked a week!. The Adobe Rose is a very beautiful, immaculate adobe styled bed and breakfast inn with gorgeous outdoor spaces including an in ground pool. There was parking on and near the premises. The rooms were all well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Tom and Bob were wonderful hosts. Communication regarding the reservation, check in/out, breakfast menus and the like was excellent. And as other guests have pointed out, the breakfasts were amazing!! It started with wonderful coffee (and juice if you wanted). Followed by a fruit platter, main course and then dessert. This delicious meal lasted us all day. The neighborhood was very quiet, quite charming as well as very conveniently located to the convention center, the university, the botanical gardens, zoo, etc.. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Tucson. I am very grateful we were able to stay at this wonderful Inn!

Seriously, this Inn is a secret gem in the Tuscon area! We were so impressed by everything it offered. First of all the lovely innkeeper Dina is AMAZING!!! She made us feel like we were family, accommodating, kind, friendly, and gave great tips on the area. The breakfast was A+++ delicious, I mean when you get breakfast at most places it is basic, at Adobe Rose every meal was home-cooked and yummy! We had fresh fruit, and a sweet treat added to our breakfast every morning! -Our room was immaculately clean (spotless). -The temperature was pleasantly controlled with ample air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. -we had a quiet night's sleep in the comfortable bed. - the pool was clean and temperature was perfect! -wifi was fast and ready -the patio sitting area was sweet and inviting (so nice in the evening to relax and sip on wine) We will be back again!!!

A beautiful property nestled in the Sam Hughes neighborhood. This is my second stay at the Inn and I love it. My room was so comfortable and the house is so nice with the pool. It is very relaxing and the food is delicious. The best part of the Inn is Dina. She is the most kind and nice person who is a wonderful cook and will help you with anything you need during your stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you

Adorable little house in the Sam Hughes neighborhood. Very close to campus (5 minute walk). Clean/comfortable room, and an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend. Pics are of the breakfast on the adorable little patio.

Breakfast was indeed great and the staff there friendly and welcoming. However, we paid far too much for what this is. We stayed in the nicest room, but the bed is small (queen), and bathroom tiny. We tried to regulate the temperature in the room, only to learn, the next day, that the regulator in the room is not connected to the AC. A fire alarm was beeping the whole night during the first night, so we barely slept. It’s a charming place, centrally located, with a nice pool and great breakfast, but it is not worth $300 a night.

This was the cutest bed and breakfast! We accidentally arrived a little late on thanksgiving but the keeper was very kind and patient with us. Her home is absolutely gorgeous. It is a really nice place to relax. We got a great nights rest and the bed was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was so well thought out. She served a fruit cup, scrambled eggs, tamales, cornbread, bacon and a brownie to top it all off. We would absolutely go back here, amazing place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Adobe Rose Inn! Dina, the innkeeper, was super hospitable and welcoming. She asked about our dietary preferences ahead of time and made sure to provide breakfast every day that incorporated my requests. The house was immaculately clean and had beautiful southwestern charm on the inside and outside. We stayed in the Sam Hughes room, which was adorable. Absolutely the best Tucson bed and breakfast—I can’t wait to visit the Adobe Rose again!

The Adobe Rose Inn is a great place to stay in Tucson. It has a very quaint, Southwestern feel, has very comfortable beds, and is very quiet at night. Great service and communication, too. It would make a great base for a visit to Tucson. Sadly, I had to rush to a meeting the morning I left, but Dina was nice enough to make me a breakfast to go, which was excellent. Thanks, again, Dina! I’ll definitely be back!

It was an excellent experience from the warm welcome to the fond farewell. Our room was cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was flavorful and served near an inviting fireplace with soft background music. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic getaway!

What a great time we had at this adorable little inn. The inn was very clean and the location was perfect. We stayed in the Atanacia room, which overlooked a beautiful pool. Every morning we ate outside on the patio to a delicious breakfast. Made possible by Gina, the innkeeper. Gina was a true delight - a true gem.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Adobe Rose Inn more. Located in an historic residential neighborhood, the inn is quiet and comfortable, yet an easy drive to the University of AZ and all its cultural activities, as well as downtown. Most memorable to us, however, is the thoughtful attention to our individual needs by Dina and her staff. They truly made us feel welcome. When it came time to leave, we felt like part of the family.

Situated on a corner and hidden from street view, Adobe Rose Inn is an oasis. Lots of quiet outside sitting areas, refreshing pool and outside covered patio for dining are a bonus to the comfy rooms. My son and I stayed here and it was lovely experience. I highly recommend it!

Outstanding on many levels this Jewel of a B&B Classic. The Adobe Rose was Home to me for a long stay & would have stayed longer had I known to book longer. Did not want to leave, that’s how much I came to love this superbly run establishment. Dina & her staff are impeccable in their execution of high standards here. Being something of a clean freak, there wasn’t anything overlooked in all aspects of cleanliness. The FOOD is on the level of the Culinary Arts… everyday. Service lovingly attended to. Nothing goes unnoticed/every whim heard. You are taken care of here in this Architectural wonder in a most prime & beloved part of Tucson. Best of all, once again, are the beautiful people you will meet. Especially, Dina & Terri, who run & manage all. You’ll never want to leave. I almost don’t want to the word out as I want it all to myself & closest friends & family. But, The Adobe Rose deserves to praised & shared for anyone who is seeking the Best of the Best.

I stayed in the Atanacia room. Terrific location next to the pool. The grounds, pool, and rooms are well tended and beautiful. Breakfast is three courses of deliciousness each morning. Parking is easy in the pretty residential neighborhood, close to U of A campus. Dena and Tom were wonderful hosts!

The Adobe Rose is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful and relaxing (and the bed and pillows very comfortable!). There's a sweet little pool and breakfasts will blow you away. Always came with a fruit appetizer, a delicious entree, and dessert (for breakfast!!). It really did feel like staying with friends and I was honestly a little sad to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adobe Rose. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was good and the grounds were lovely. We took advantage of the pool with a daily dip, and sat at various tables around the patios to play cards or eat a snack. Breakfast was always delicious and plentiful. Dina and Tommy were superb hosts and made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I had a delightful visit at Adobe Rose Inn with our friends from Kentucky. Dina was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. They serve a full breakfast with generous portions and all the meals were great. We spent three days touring Tucson and each night we enjoyed a night cap by the fireplace in the living room. It was so cozy that we felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful spot for visitors to Tucson. We rented the Atanacia Room and it was great. The bed was comfortable and we loved the seating area by the fireplace too.

It couldn't have been better. Beautiful guitar music played in the background. Cozy fireplace. Soft, calm, and relaxing. We needed breakfast an hour early one day, and our hostess smiled and made conversation with us while she served it. We couldn't have been more grateful or happy. Thank you Adobe Rose!

The Adobe Rose Inn provides a wonderful experience. It's located adjacent to the University of Arizona and close to many cultural and dining opportunities. The guest rooms each are unique and homey. Ours had a gas fireplace and a back door opening to the pool. Dina is a great innkeeper; we felt like guests and like family at the same time. Terrific breakfasts, and she customized them to our individual needs. Highly recommended!

What a lovely gem in downtown Tucson. We wanted some place special for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! We spent time out on the patio by the pool and enjoyed a bottle of wine. The grounds are lovely. Dina was a very gracious host and provided us with a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend Adobe Rose and we will be back!

Our stay at Adobe Rose was just right from beginning to end. It's conveniently located close to the university in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, shops, and points of interest. We received a warm welcome and tour of the house and its amenities. Beautifully decorated, homey, and clean. Heated pool in a secluded, nicely landscaped backyard. Lots of cozy nooks and fireplaces. Great breakfasts every morning prepared and served by our host, Dina, who is just the best. Loved our room, the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

A lovely, quiet, comfortable oasis in a great neighborhood! We came here for our anniversary and ordered the charcuterie board with wine, and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was yummy and the service and atmosphere were really pleasant. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay.

The Inn is charming, quiet and comforting. The owner/innkeeper was lovely - I kept feeling like I was staying with a friend that was spoiling me rotten. The location was very convenient just a few blocks from the heart of the University of Arizona campus but with none of the noise and chaos that comes with being so close to so many college students. Thank you Terry for a lovely stay, wish it could have been longer.

Had a delightful stay at the Adobe Rose Inn! The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for visiting the university. The highlight was the delicious multi-course breakfast in the cozy dining room kindly prepared by Dina every morning! Would absolutely stay again.

The hospitality was beyond anything I have experienced before. Was in town with wife and the location was perfect for getting to and from the U of A campus for the football game. Breakfast was super delicious and filling helping jump start our day! Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Tucson.

We found the location superb. I’ve read all the reviews about the fine breakfasts and whole-heartedly concur. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The photos really say it all. Our room in the annex building was agreeable and next time we hope to book ahead far enough in time to be able to try out another room too. It was a good way to spend our last few nights of our holiday in Tucson.

I was served the BEST breakfast! I loved everything about it. The room was very clean! My husband apparently is not fond of bed and breakfast places and being within a home. The quarters are just too close for his liking. I thought it was nice. The bed was very comfy. Not much room for parking. Luckily we got one of the driveway spots.

I LOVED my two nights at the Adobe Rose Inn. I visited Tucson for a quick professional appointment and was so glad that I had done my research to find a restorative, beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was fantastic - I reserved the king room with the deep tub and was glad I did. Terry was so welcoming and cooked up two incredible breakfasts. The flowers were in bloom, the pool was a lovely respite and I can't say enough good things about my stay.

A lovely get-away location for visiting Tucson. The central courtyard is a beautiful oasis with plants and birds to make one feel totally relaxed. Lots of tables to sit at outdoors. Indoors, there is a wonderful common area with a fireplace. And the breakfast is divine. The proprietor Tom made accommodations to my vegan boyfriend to ensure he had a beautiful breakfast to enjoy. Wonderful food and great central location to visit many sites in Tucson!

Had a wonderful and personal experience. The pictures don't do it justice because the energy of the B&B is so positive and comfortable. Room is clean and staff is very personable. Best of all the breakfast is delicious and the spot is only 10 mins away from the convention center and other wonderful dining options.

👍👍 We had a great stay here. It is exactly as advertised and was even nicer in person. Ross greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the apartment, how to use everything and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and had great little decorative touches in each room. T...
