This entire experience was fantastic! I never thought I'd say that about a medical appointment. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled today. The entire staff was awesome! At first our insurance declined the procedure but I appealed it. Alex was very helpful and offered to send me copies of the diagnosis so I can add this to the appeal. After a couple days the insurance agreed to cover the procedure. The lady that brought my son out after the removal (I think her name was Desiree, I might be wrong) anyway, she was so kind and knowledgeable. This entire experience was incredible. Today, my daughter had her wisdom teeth out and she is walking around the house just absolutely grateful to the service she received with the Dr. and the associates. From the very initial discussions with Alex, who was so kind and patient, to the front desk receptionist, our experience was absolutely 5 stars. They made my 18 year old feel comfortable and everything went so smoothly. Just a few hours later (after a nice nap and ice packs), she said how the doctor was so enthusiastic and nice when he came in. He made her feel at ease. Thank you guys so much. My son is only 15 but when it is time to have his wisdom teeth out, I already know where to go.

Everybody was very kind very courteous very professional, made me feel welcomed and relaxed. And made me feel good about coming back and the work that was suggested to be done. I'm excited and psyched up about it and can't wait to go back and get a whole new smile. Thank you everybody for being so nice to me. God bless you all.

Dr Berger was a very good and honest dentist. I brought my daughter here 9/1/23 and expected to find another 2 cavities which needs fillings according to her previous dentist. After he read thru the X-ray and examined; he said he didn’t see any teeth that needs to be fill. I was very happy and surprise to hear. And I was so disappointed at her previous dentist.

While in town visiting for the winter I had an unfortunate incident and chipped a front tooth. It was not a pretty site. Thankfully they were able to get me in quickly, fit me with a temporary crown same day, add a stabilizer bar behind my front teeth since they were all loose, and order me a permanent crown to be installed later. When the crown came in, they weren't happy with the color (neither was I), and as I was planning to leave the next day, they were able to get to tooth repainted and fired and into my mouth that same day still. My periodontist back at home in Chicago said it's the best front crown work she's ever seen. That's pretty good kudo's in my book. I hope to never need them again obviously. 😁

I’ve come here for a cleaning and now a wisdom teeth extraction. This is by far the best dentist office I’ve been too. Quick, clean, professional, quick to answer the phone for any questions you many have and friendly.
