The guy taking our order was great. Super nice. We ordered an original 8 piece. We got hoke and our Chicken was Super Soggy. Should be called KSC. Kentucky Soggy Chicken. Paid 30 dollars. A waiste.

If you grow up in America then you had khc as a young child..I remember it having a great taste..what happened to the original recipe..the new recipe 👎🏽..don’t waste your time or money..the only thing that was good was the mash potato 🥔 and gravy..chicken had a bad taste..the biscuits dry and hard..get it together..

Check your food before you leave the parking lot if you're getting it to go! I received only HALF of my order but didn't know until I got home 30mins away. I called em right away and they promised to replace my complete order and even throw in a free cake but when I went to do that they backed out on their promise even when I had my receipt and names of the manager who made the promise after verification from my order being short after looking at the video of my visit.

This place gets a lot of bad reviews. I thought maybe their exaggerating a bit, but nope, they are not. I walked in and sat there for 3 minutes before i was told i'll be with you in a minute. That turned into 20 minutes. The people behind me had less patience and left. I wanted potatoes and gravy. I placed my order, but you can't really make a good review off of a side dish. The food was ok, but they seriously needed better management and planning

The management at this location needs to be reavaluated or fired at this point. I have visited this location on 6 different occasions and every single time this place is out of chicken. How do you forget to reorder/place an order that will last till your next shipment arrives. This has happened when this location 1st started and again during October and November. I have attempted to give this location and placement the benefit of the doubt but too much has time has passed and this location still has this issue. It’s a shame!

I really didn't want to buy into all the negativity surrounding this KFC but it really is that bad. You get the bare minimum service when you come here. Order is usually wrong and I never have gotten the sauces I ask for. I got the classic chicken sandwich. Bun and chicken, no sauce or pickles. I guess it's technically still a sandwich but it's the last time I'm ordering from here. Update the chicken was inedible! So it all got thrown away.

The restaurant was clean and our order was accurate. My interactions with the staff were brief, and I don't think there's much focus on value added customer service. The employees were just there. I have no problem returning though.

Waited an hour for 5 tenders that I ordered online. Please don't come here if you want fast food. I never leave bad reviews because I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but waiting this long for so little food in unacceptable, and it wasn't just me. 3 people had also been waiting forever for food on what seemed like an immensely slow day. Associates were also rude and got mad at ME because they confused my order for someone else's.

Second strike for this location. Couldn't fill an order and didn't let me know until I'd waited inside for 15 mins AFTER the pick up time. Still better than the last visit. They had no chicken at all that trip...crew was openly using profanity and seemed generally confused about everything going on in the restaurant. Will not return for strike 3.

Not sure who owns this place but this is the worst run established I've ever seen. Sunday at 6:30pm cam to order dinner for the family and was told they have no chicken lol. Then why you open that's what you sell. Then told no pot pies. So they said tenders are all they have so I get those and pay and then told sorry we ran out of tenders. It's like I'm in the twighlight zone here.

Placed an online order and they said it was ready. Then I pulled up 5 minutes later and they proceeded to tell me that someone grabbed my order 30 minutes ago? And that they can’t make anymore chicken for the rest of the night. Mind you. I placed my order not even 10 minutes ago so how did someone take it 30 minutes ago? And why are you ruining out of chicken at 8:07pm?

We ordered a family bucket through the drive-tru. They were out of white meat for the night, they didn’t have large family sizes and once we were driving out the parking lot we noticed the biscuits were not fully cooked. They were super doughy and mushed in the box. Went back and told us we had to wait 16 minutes
