Placed an order by phone. Said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I called back twice to check after 1 hour and got the “run around.” I asked to speak to a manger and was transferred 4 times before I was hung-up on. The pizza never arrived. Very unprofessional, and unacceptable. Apparently, they don’t care at ALL about their customers. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Anywhere, and will tell all my family and friends not to go there either.

So I want to start with I love pizza hut pizza. One of my favorite pizza places since I was a kid. But sadly this store needs some help. My experience here: Placed order for pickup and paid online. When we arrive and try to pick our order the lobby was locked and open sign was turned off. We arrived at 10:00 store closes at 11 according to posted hours. Tried calling the store several times even knocked on the door. Final decided to try pick lane to get our food. After being ignored at the door and not answering the phone several times remind you. The employee was at the window almost immediately and got me my pizza at 10:29 that I should have received at 10:09 if the lobby wasn't locked or the phone would have been answered.

First we ordered 24 dollar bone in wings...too much money. Second we ordered a large stuffed crust with extra sauce...no sauce at all on the pizza and the crust was flat. We got credit for the first order. Then we used our credit, our pizza, again with extra sauce or sauce, pasta and none existent bread sticks were left by our front door without even a knock for an hour and a half. We wanted new food and it was brought again with the pizza being the same way as before. No sauce...never again!!!

I'm not. Coming. Back To. Them. I call. In. For. 2 melts. And. It showed up on. Receipt. By the time delivery driver. Sh[edup. I. Only. Get.1. And. Bread. Stick that I did not. Order. And. Told. The. Driver. And he admitted he from door dash and called. In. To try n make right. Then. 1hour . Later. They. Deliver. The 2nd. One. And it. Was. Cold

This is probably the best customer service I have ever received in a restaurant. The manager was very nice and helpful and even brought my pizza to my truck. I will come back here just because of him. Super nice guy. And I'm not just saying that. I went here on a limited budget with lots of mouths to feed and he took the time to go through the menu with me to get the best value for the money I had. And he didn't try to rush me at all and they were even close to closing time. I will give them my business from now on!

Apparently open till midnight on most days. Fair deals on specialty pizza, but the sides and build your own pizzas are really expensive. Large pizzas aren't too large either. Otherwise a good spot for late night snack. I spend $17 for a large standard supreme.

Took forever to find the shop, and it didn't help that their street side sign was turned off! Still, they made a good pizza for my little guy. Walk in/Take out only!

Pizza was good, but there were about 6 mushrooms on my half of a large pizza. Staff was friendly enough, but did forget my cheese and pepper packets I requested. Also, I had a coupon that I asked them to honor for their $7.99 3-topping Large pizza, and they weren't able to honor it. Had to pay $10. Still a good deal for a quality pie. Dough was fresh, and plenty of cheese. Just wish the mushrooms and bell peppers I ordered would have been enough that they added to the flavor.
