The Property Owners repaved the parking lot w/o a building permit... making the parking spaces smaller then city code resulting in multiple vehicle damages.

Heed my advice do not rent from here because living here for 8.5 years they trying to charge me for normal wear and tear of the apartment. Also the new manager Micheal, she will not help you if you have issues and she just trying to keep the deposit and charge me for more for painting and carpet which they should hage replaced anyway after my apartment got flooded.so I'm gonna contact a lawyer for this. I advise you to not rent from here unless you like mold unsatisfied service and being charged for normal wear and tear that will occur after living there for nearly a decade.

ZERO stars if possible. Horrible place to live! Management is very rude and unprofessional, the entire place is riddled with MOLD!!!!! BEWARE! look elsewhere because they will blame/charge you for unnecessary maintenance.

Great place and beautiful scenery in The sticks. This is a very very large apartment complex lots of buildings. My apartment has a fresh new paint, new cabinets and new carpet, I love it here. Maintenance does excellent painting and are always quick to fix things and professional about it. Office personnel are kind and very helpful. My neighbors are very quiet people and for the most part most of them very friendly.

I lived there for a year, very poor management. The apartment had mold everywhere my kids would constantly get sick. When I moved out they charged me for new carpets when I moved in the carpets were stained. I told management about this issue nothing was done. I will be making a complaint with corporate. Never would I rent here again or recommend this place. Do not rent here!!

This is probably the worst place to be. got flooded all, they want to do is dry it out. No concern to rot or mold and or the smell. GLENN is the Manager of all. WORTHLESS.

Think twice before renting there. My fiance lives there. The manager Leticia trys to control who can visit.There is trash everywhere. Playground is full of cigarette butts and glass. In all poor management. I would have given a no star if I could.

Leticia the manager is trying to make me sign paperwork so my fiance can't come to my place to visit. Totally invasive on my personal life. When she tried to accuse him of living there, and forcing me to add him to my lease. I have never been harassed by my landlord like this ever I've lived here 8 years, and she is out of control. She is not here to help the tenants, but take control of peoples personal life. Not legal at all to ask for his personal information when he's not a tenant just a guest. His landlord doesn't do this to me when I visit his place. Then she gave me the wrong email address for Glen. Now waiting on Patrick to return my phone call.
