Don’t bother unless you have time to waste being treated poorly. I have been here twice and both times I was basically told that I’m just looking for opiates (which I’m allergic to and really don’t want cause I hate vomiting) and to take ibuprofen for pain that ibuprofen wasn’t helping which is why I went in at all. I was also told the reason I was having problems is because I’m poor and I should try harder to make money. I would definitely NOT recommend this office if you make less than $6000 a month because they will automatically label you as poor and drug seeking like they did me.

I can always count on their professionalism. If u make appt ahead of time, usually little waiting time. I wasnt feeling well this last visit, and I was particularly impatient. I was acknowledged by staff with concern and empathy. I truly appreciated theyre not taking it personally. Great job guys. *Small note: I am apologetic for my abrupt behavior.

Even with an appt we waited 45 minutes after we were directed to show up. Staff is rude and dismissive and acted as if we should praise them for showing up to their jobs. The central point location is much better and diagnosing and treating patients with care and compassion. We ended up being in the office for over three hours and were told there was nothing they could do to help the issue we sought treatment for. Not worth it to go here unless you want to waste your time and money, just head to the ER.

Excellent efficient and thorough evaluation of case. All staff members went above and beyond. My sister was able to get lab and CT scan at facility and IV fluids. Dr Uzo was one of the most professional and empathetic doctors I have ever met with

Since when does an urgent care send someone away?!? What a shame. On top of my elderly mother being sent away with a broken foot, the lady at the desk was unbelievably rude. I’d be ashamed of treating an other human in such an inhumane manner. We went in because my mother broke her foot, and can’t walk n the lady at the desk said “why don’t you walk up to the emergency room with your problems” I was so in shock I couldn’t even respond. Such a horrible experience. I hope they get shut down, or at least she gets fired.

Always a pleasant experience when chaos ensues in parenting (broken fingers ect). We are always treated with respect and dignity here at providence urgent care.

Jen did a great job drawing my dad's blood today. Not an easy task on a 100 year old. I appreciated her skill & professionalism. Thank you Jen!

Very fast got us in an out in less than an hour and a half. If this urgent care is open I’ll go here rather than providence ER.
