Touchstone was no help for me. They offered steroid injections to help my lumbar but I've had adverse reactions with the injections in the past. After explaining this to the attendant he said so you are refusing treatment. Talk about throwing the ball in my court. I'm still in pain and having trouble walking. I don't want to say they have limited resources but they just can't help with certain pain issues. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and helpful on the brightside.

I’m so thankful for Dr Sills and his wonderful group of providers and nurses. I’ve suffered from chronic pain since my injury in Afghanistan in 2007, after many surgeries while on active duty and more upon retirement I was eventually referred to Touchstone after having a failed procedure from a different clinic. From my very first consultation Dr Sills actually listened to my history and together we came up with a treatment plan that suited my needs. The surgeon he referred me to was absolutely amazing and incredibly gifted. Dr Sills is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic to those suffering and offers state of the art techniques and procedures to relieve that suffering. His entire staff is just as caring and involved in all aspects of my care. My provider Sean Tansey is always professional, respectful and honestly cares about my well being. I am extremely grateful for my care team at Touchstone and honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They have greatly improved my quality of life and level of function.

I'm only on day 2 of my SCS but Dr. Sills & his staff, from the front desk to the nurses & beyond have been amazing. Dr. Sills genuinely cares about his patients & the pain they're going thru. From day 1 at my very 1st appointment he has been great! Answers questions & most importantly... He listens!!! His Medtronic team is amazing also! Peter has been the best so far & I don't expect that'll change. As far as the SCS... I am truly amazed!! The post procedure pain is pretty much the only pain I've felt! I slept like a well fed baby 😁 last night & felt amazing this morning. Forever grateful!!!

Dr. Sills is my super hero, a rock star!! Dr. Sills listens. He literally saved my life by diminishing my pain levels. If no other doctor has truly addressed your pain, Dr. Sills is the doc you need to see.

I am so thrilled with Dr Sean Tansey and Dr shawn sills I had my first shot in my hip it didn’t work .. will have another surgery in a month to get one in hip socket I would love to work this time. Kind, efficient and professional staff. Feel quite comfortable and confident working with this team. I am aware opioids aren't a miracle drug, they only have limited uses. This clinic has worked with us to find alternate methods of pain management. We recommend this clinic.
