I'm
sure
the
people
educated
to
do
the
therapy
are
amazing,
but
they
have
made
a
horrible
decision
in
who
they
have
hired
to
work
the
front
desk.
We
have
called
five
times
over
two
days
to
have
zero
calls
back,
so
we
rode
the
bus
from
Ashland
to
Medford,
almost
an
hour
and
a
half
ride
to
get
to
them,
knowing
it
was
friday
and
we
didnt
want
to
go
thru
the
weekend
w
no
help,
understanding
it
was
close
to
closing,
we
were
referred
to
them
by
immediate
care.
Right
off
the
bat,
thinking
we
had
zero
returned
calls
over
two
days,
expecting
them
to
be
very
busy,
we
got
to
see
an
office
as
calm
and
quiet
w
not
one
client
in
the
office,
listening
to
this
guy
at
the
front
desk
talking
about
his
upcoming
weekend
to
a
co
worker,
thinking
im
sure
he
could
of
made
a
call
at
some
time.
when
he
started
to
press
us
to
hurry,
we
stated
we
made
these
calls,
and
his
response
was,
he
was
to
busy
to
call
us
back,
which
was
very
hard
to
believe
he
was
that
busy.
This
just
added
to
the
stress
level,
especially
when
my
fiance
was
struggling,
out
of
her
medication,
needing
to
talk
to
someone
asap,
just
to
have
him
add
more
to
her
anxiety
pressing
her
to
finish
this
survey,
reminding
her
when
they
are
closing
in
a
complete
arrogant
tone,
acting
as
if
she
was
an
idiot
for
struggling,
an
inconveniencing
him,
then
telling
her
to
fill
the
survey
outside,
reminding
her
that
they
are
not
a
crisis
center,
as
rude
as
possible,
reminding
us
about
their
hours
and
they
are
closed
for
the
weekend,
w
no
care
in
how
she
was,
and
that
she
was
gonna
have
to
be
w
out
her
meds
in
her
situation
for
days
now,
cause
he
has
plans,
and
wasn't
gonna
spend
a
min
longer
to
try
and
help
her...
Why
be
in
this
field
if
your
gonna
be
that
rude
to
someone
that
can
not
control
what's
going
on
inside
of
em?
Whether
he
works
as
a
minimum
wage
receptionist
or
not,
it
shouldn't
matter,
maybe
the
company
should
pay
someone
qualified
to
do
that
job,
that
is
appropriate
w
incoming
clients,
calls
their
clients
in
need
back,
and
treats
people
w
respect
as
if
they
actually
care,
rather
than
focusing
on
their
own
fishing
trip
for
the
weekend...get
someone
that
actually
cares
about
helping
people
struggling,
dealing
w
traumas
they
never
asked
for,
uncontrollable
issues,
disorders
that
are
only
understood
by
people
w
them
and
people
w
the
degrees
to
help
them,
working
in
a
field
that
deals
w
mental
health...I
know
one
thing,
if
that
was
my
office,
the
guy
would
be
let
go
instantly
for
how
he
handled
our
situation...hands
down.
So
if
you
can
get
by
him,
I'm
sure
the
4.8
review
would
make
more
sense,
but
we
never
made
it
to
that
point,
so
good
luck,
we
will
not
be
returning,
we
would
rather
go
out
of
state
than
go
back.
