Got there super early and stood in line because I knew there were only 50 of the booklets for wings for a year. Met some fun people in line. The owners seemed super nice. They opened a little early for us. Cake, food, and drinks inside. The wings and fries were delicious and served fast. Overall, great opening :)

Waited over 45 minutes to get food, place became packed with very angry people because nothing was coming out of the kitchen. Food was cold and under cooked. Did not taste right, so didn’t even eat after waiting all that time. Super disappointing!

The food was better the first time,I had it the day it opened..when I order it today the fries were cold like if they were left out for a while then just put in a box, the wings were not good at all, so I don’t know if I’m going back again for a while…

Order via DD because I wanted to pick up. DD said order was ready. When I got there they said there’s no order. I sowed the conformation. They said I have wrong location. I showed them the location that I ordered from with their address. The guy working the register tried to give me someone else order, I advised not my name. He said then I don’t have it you have to contact DD. Called DD and they advised that BWWGo accepted the order and they should have it because they advised DD that it was done. Guy at register talked to DD and then there was a name on the board that said DD - Locker then first the letters of my name. I asked is that it. He said well I don’t know. I said well I don’t either why don’t you go check. He checked it was my order then he said well “Your Name is wrong” then he changed it to DD has your name wrong. I told him I had order like this from DD often from other restaurants long before this location excited and my name has always been correct. The problem is how he has his system programmed for DD intake for orders. It’s not my name or profile it’s not DD his system needs to be programmed properly. The individual was telling everyone to check their orders because once they leave they will not honor. So I checked my order and my fries were missing. I told him I’m missing my fries, he looked at the receipt and said you didn’t order any fries. I know what I ordered and paid for I said I absolutely ordered fries. He looked at receipt again and said “Oh”. He went to get fries haphazardly put them in the bag. I took them out and put them in properly. This individual should not be working the register. He does not have people skills, nor is he effective at fast food problem solving. He leaves it to his guests to solve. This location hasn’t been open a week. It’s not looking good if this is how they will do business. This service will surely drive customers away! With all that my food was luke warm!

Today 11/ 29/2023...I called to inquire about accepting apple pay and i was greeted by Matt. He was professional over the phone. When i got there Matt was the cashier, he gave exceptional customer service and was very nice to me. I have no complaints about the service i received today. I got the 15/15 bundle and the food was good as well. I will be back.

Where do I start..the lady at the register was clueless when it came to taking an order and paying with a credit card, the kitchen was staffed with at least 7 people but the wait time was still over 30 minutes, the lobby was dirty and my wings were over cooked and tough to chew. I would not recommend. What a waste of $25 dollars.

Food was spectacular, service was fast and order was packed perfectly! We were happy to say welcome to the neighborhood you are a great addition and thank you for the excellent food! after reading some of the reviews posted I had to put mine on here since people are that low in IQ to slice up a business on their opening weekend as they work through the glitches. We ordered on Sunday and were blown away at how good of a meal we had!

On their bundles it says it comes with fries, the cashier kept asking if we wanted fries for our bundles. She seemed to not understand their menu. The service was really poor, I would not return there. We waited for an hour for our food and was still missing fries. Then the person that was putting the food in the "locker" gave our food personally apologized and said they gave me 2 coupons for free 6 piece wings. The coupon expires the same day and I have an hour to redeem it. Not only bad service but very pricey and over cooked wings. Never again

Picked up food for me and my kids. They were busy but the cashier, Tyler, was very friendly and made sure to greet us and provided excellent customer service not only to me and my family but to every customer he interacted with. He even told us about the Blazing Rewards, which I did not know was a thing and he told me how to sign up and how I could get my points. Service was fast despite the rush. My wings were fresh and my kids absolutely loved their boneless wings and fries! No complaints on service or food. Only downside is when it gets busy, parking up front is not always available so it’s a little bit of a walk to get to the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

The staff is extremely nice. Ordered on a busy night, and food was fresh and hot when we picked up. So happy this place opened up close to home, we will be here frequently

Horrible! I waited over 30 min for my order. I went home to realize half of my order was missing, I called the restaurant several times to let them know No one answered ! Didn't make the extra trip back because I refused to wait again!

Nobody at the register. A lot of frustrated people waiting for food that comes out very slow. Who’s running this place? Horrible service for the price you pay for this food. Disappointing.
