Everyone at Polara has been very helpful and nice. My son has behavioral issues and they quickly worked with my son's school to get a direct service provider to visit and work with him during school hours. His therapist even took the time out to come to the meeting at the school. My son is now doing much better with all the help he has received. The only downside so far (after approx. 4 months of service) is that they are very busy, and he is only able to see his therapist every other week otherwise I would give a 5 stars.

I don’t understand stand how a client that was at the time was his own guardian and an adult that goes their for service where everything is Confidential unless they are going to cause harm to themselves or others. And the tell his mother everything that he says and then they give her a job there where now she can get into his files and does is acceptable. I’m sure there are HIPAA laws being broken and the fact of a conflict of interest. I would watch having any Confidence in this place they are Crooked and snakes the higher up in the company also won’t return any phone calls over the issues being brought up please do you research and find another place to go looking into talking to the AZ medical over the unstable employee and they fact they just try and push meds from the start within the first five minutes of talking to there providers from this experience I would stay clear of this place

The worst healthcare staff they love to spread Lies with Zero proof, secretaries whom are obviously bored then it gets spread without real concern for the Patiences.

my psychiatrist is very educated and really knows what she's doing. she explains very in depth my medications and such and is very friendly yet professional. my only complaint really is that she's always scheduled kinda far in advance, like usually about 2ish months, but that's something that's basically out of anyone's control so i can't really complain haha. my experiences have been really good overall :)

I'm hopeful that my in person experience will be as positive as all my phone experiences with Polara have been. I choose to hope for positive outcomes by being polite, professional and treat others as I wish to be treated.

The doctor refused to allow a second opinion, so I fired her. This place treats you like property.

My therapist Robert is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. If you want to get better, have an understanding of your emotions, or triggers this is the place to go. My experience is Robert has been absolutely amazing. He genuinely loves his job and the people he works with he puts maximum effort. He is kind patient and understanding. I'm really glad that I took the lead and decided to get myself some help

Horrible service they are so busy and no counselors or other providers can't even schedule you for an intake to get services and the help you need. The patient has to do everything themselves. They don't schedule anything or call to set up an appointment. You can't even meet face to face everything has to be on a screen very in personal. This place needs help to make things easier.
