We seen Dr. Gretchen K. Henson. The staff was wonderful and so was Dr. Gretchen. Her assistant was so nice and they were both wonderful with my daughter. I was able to be with her the whole time. They took their time and explained things to my daughter and myself. She made sure my daughter knew what was happening so she was comfortable. I cannot express how happy I am with the services we got today at River Valley Dental!

My daughter goes to River Valley Health & Dental, and they are always professional and kind. My daughter's filling came out and we called on a Tuesday and they got us in on a Thursday, quick, easy and proficient. We would and do recommend these wonderful men and women all the time!!! Thank you River Valley y'all are an asset to our community.

Have multiple dentists listed as accepting new patients, have over 2000 people waiting on their first exam. Doesn't sound like you're telling the insurance companies the same thing you're telling the people who call you, River Valley! Otherwise, I wouldn't call a 2000+ waiting list as "accepting new clients", that's like a club saying you can get in tonight while the line is out 5 blocks from the entrance.

Wonderful staff, very kind. Explained things in a way I understood and treated me with respect. They were able to get my in for an emergency visit and I greatly appreciated the time and care that was given to me. For a first time visit, I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a better gynecology office. I was scheduled at the one in Lock Haven. Every single person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and friendly. They return calls quickly. The medical assistant took me back to the room right on time. The appointment wasn’t rushed. The nurse practitioner I saw (Heather) was very thorough and had an excellent bedside manner. It’s taken me a few years to find high quality care, but it’s here.

Brought daughter for cleaning, was processed in by Vicky at front desk. She was excellent, professional, and so friendly, wonderful customer service.

The pediatric dentist is personable and kind. The staff is equally great. They made my son feel super comfortable!

I would give negative stars if that was an option. I was put on a waiting list 45 days out after telling them I had a filling fall out. Then I wait all that time and get told I have to reschedule to an appointment June 20th, another 45 days out!!! I would not recommend them.
