The food is great!! I’m used to only having funnel cakes at the county fairs.. but to know I can have it frequently through the the year is even better! This place is so good! The fried Oreos are amazing!!!!! Melt in your mouth delicious. The owners are friendly, nice and great people!! The funnel cake was so good. I will definitely come back and refer people here. This business has a great thing, with so much potential to grow! I look forward to what the future holds for Copas Ala Cart.

Girllllll! Try it! The crispy funnel cake combined with the rich Oreo crumbles created a perfect balance of textures and flavors. Each bite was a delightful blend of sweetness and the familiar taste of Oreo cookies. It was a truly indulgent experience that left me craving for more. I highly recommend trying this unique dessert if you get a chance to visit the food truck!

Everything I had so far is just amazing! Tonight I had the crack chicken waffle. Omg!!!! It was sooooo delicious, never had anything like it. They going to have all my money because it’s so much I like here, it’s crazy amazing.

Ordered on doordash earlier tonight, i had to share with my husband and toddler and after taking the first bite of everything i immediately regretted not buying more! everything was the perfect amount of sweetness like it wasn’t overly sweet and the homemade ice cream???? DELICIOUS. we tried the strawberry cheesecake churro bites, deep fried pecan pie/butter pecan ice cream, and the banana pudding fritters. Even tho they were out of the vanilla wafers, it was all absolutely divine and we will be ordering again!!!

We tried this truck tonight in Maricopa. The owners were super friendly. I had the funnel cake crack chicken-I have to say it was delicious! Savory and sweet with a crispy funnel cake. I was very happy. Husband had the crack chicken in a more keto friendly version (without the funnel cake). He ended up eating half of mine🤣. Definitely wanting to try more options they offer.

First visited last night & tried the Boba tea, cheesecake churro bites strawberry crumble, churro's, & a strawberry dessert cup with churros & icecream. It was delicious & fresh. Made fresh to order, fresh fried dessert with fresh toppings like strawberries. Very satisfying for your sweet tooth. The business owner was very nice. The food truck was cute, nice & clean. A must for your fair food cravings. They have a lot of options & I am looking forward to trying them all. 10 out of 10, I give 100!

Great truck with top tier people, food was really good, wasn't a long wait and honestly really presented well and the chicken waffle cone we had was way better the more I had. Should give this place two or more tries!

Owners are the nicest people ever. They are proud and take care in thier food. Had three different things and they were all delicious. You gotta give em a try! Nothing like it in town.
