Such a delicious dining experience. The pizza was as good as everyone says it is. Long wait (2.5) hours was extreme, but worth it for the foodie experience. After watching Chef's Table, I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was fresh and served to order. Service was great, too.

Super small place kind of tucked away in a spot you wouldn’t expect, with a really old school, charming feel. We ate here for lunch after the science museum. It’s an easy walk from there but small inside, we had to leave the stroller outside. I had the market salad and tried the margarita pizza. It was good! Small menu, so look it up before you go to make sure they have something everyone will like. The service was good as well, friendly and they did a good job. The cook helped me get a good picture of the oven from a better angle. 😊

Best pizza ever!! We have traveled all over and this pizza is our #1 favorite! We vote it better than NY pizza hands down. Fresh toppings. Thin yet soft crust. Perfectly seasoned and amount of sauce. Cooked to perfection. Melt in your mouth goodness!

I have wanted to eat here for a very long time. When my daughter came to visit, 5 of us went here for her birthday dinner. This is the only place she wanted to go. #1 - Our fault for not making reservations weeks in advance. #2 - We walked up and accepted a 1.5 - 2 hour wait time. They have a separate area that serves drinks and small plates, where you can sit and wait. You do not have to do this and no one was forcing us to do it. We chose to go in and have a drink and a few appetizers. Now they got $100 from us and we had not yet had dinner. Creative marketing, right? I say just skip it and find a place nearby to hang out. They text you when your table is ready. When you are seated, they bring bread and olive oil (although it is like a tablespoon of oil). We ordered 3 pizzas which took 45 minutes to arrive. Yes...by now we were very hungry. We had a fennel sausage pizza (very good), a pistachio pizza (more on that in a minute) and a pizza that had pepperoni on it. The Fennel Sausage was our #1 favorite. The pistachio pizza was too "nutty" and kind of weird having nuts on a pizza. When we each took bites of a piece with hardly any nuts on it, we realized the cheese and flavors were so outstanding that it did not need nuts at all. We would like one of those pizzas to be on the menu by itself (no nuts). Okay...so my overall score of 3 stars is because I think the place is grossly overrated and has insane marketing that makes everyone want to go here. I do understand gourmet pizzas and like them a lot. Not impressed. The final straw was when the waiter took our empty plates, as well as our still full water glasses and the water bottle from our table! What? We were finished eating but not ready to get up and leave. We did not overly linger - this happened pretty much when the last slice was eaten. Pretty rude. Rethink your dining choice.

It's important to remember when coming to Pizzeria Bianco that it's JUST pizza. It's also probably the best pizza in the US. And definitely the best I've ever had. I arrived on a Thursday night at 8, and was told the wait would be 1 hour. I went next door and hung out on the porch of Bar Bianco. 30 minutes later, I got a text that my table was ready. I was seated quickly & waited on quickly. I looked a little at appetizers but didn't order any, they looked nice. I ordered two pizzas, the "Sonny Boy" -- Red Sauce, fresh mozzarella, salami, olives -- and the "Rosa" Both came out very quickly. Within 10 minutes of me ordering them. Both were made with the best ingredients I've ever had on a pizza. Each individual component was better than any component on any other pizza. I'm a big red sauce guy, but I had to get the one that started it all (The Rosa). For me, the Sonny Boy won out. If you prefer red pizzas, I wouldn't hesitate to order one. I'm sure all the pizzas are exceptional, and in the future, I'll order strictly based on my preference. The vibes here are immaculate, the staff is fantastic, and the place deserves its reputation. To circle back to my initial comment, it is JUST pizza. By that I mean that it's not a religious experience. It's fantastic pizza, the absolute best. I personally couldn't justify making a trip to Phoenix just to come here. For any pizza head, it's best to run, don't walk, to Pizzeria Bianco. Important to note that 9PM (or whenever closing is) is the last seating, the restaurant will be open later if you arrive. I would advise not arriving right before 9, but 8:30 should be OK.

Salad, pizza and drinks. They can get busy but it's worth the wait. Awesome atmosphere. Old brick building that was used as a blacksmith shop back in the day. Walking distance to sports complexes. The fresh mozzarella salad was good, the white sauce pizza was better with the sausage and onions, but the red sauce was much too heavy and the olives were a bit strong in flavor and overwhelming. When I got back to Phoenix I had to come back here and eat the same pizza. Did it disappoint? No! The crisp salami tips were the best part. I wished for a little more olives but towards the end it became borderline salty so I think the proportions were well thought out. The pizza is amazing. Wood fired crust, perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Just amazing.

We had a party of 8 and were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Our server was Bianca. We had a couple people with dietary concerns (gluten free) and there wasn’t really anything for them except for two dishes. And when asked if anything on the menu could be modified, it was pretty limited or no changes could depending on the dish. Our server didn’t seemed too thrilled to be serving us or answering our questions. Over the course of our lunch the server warmed up a little and overall ended on a generally neutral note. At the end of the day, we wouldn’t come here again. The food we did have was delicious! Especially the fresh mozzarella. I hope this was just an “off” day but we left less than satisfied.

We waited almost 3 hours to get a table. It was a beautiful day for a walk. They said they would call us when the table was open. The wait was worth it! As we discussed why this was the gold standard for wood fired pizza our conversation zeroed in on the pizza dough. We concluded that it met everything we like about what a great dough perfectly cooked would taste like, in the same pizza. It was light yet strong. The edges were properly burnt but almost ate like a great cracker. It had just the right thinness. Everything else maintained this level of excellence. Want to know more? Read more reviews hahaha! Or better yet, go there.

We came here 30min before opening and there was already a line down the street. We got the last bar seats before they announced that the next table will be seated in 1.5h. The team worked together like a well oiled machine so we got our order within 25min. The pizza was as delicious as we’d hoped! Their sausage is some of the best I’ve ever had. Every ingredient is of high quality. Sitting by the bar us allowed us to watch them make pizzas and I highly recommend doing that!

My wife and I love pizza! Finding great food spots let alone pizza spots is fundamental when traveling or moving to a new city. Doing some research led us to Pizzeria Bianco. Excellent customer service throughout our stay. Even though the restaurant was packed/busy, we got all our dishes in a timely manner, we didn’t have to wait long like most places. The food was delicious. I got fresh mozzarella with basil, tomato, and olive oil. Extremely delicious and ate nearly every bite of it. Wasn’t disappointed. My wife went out of here comfort zone and ordered a pizza with pistachios, surprisingly it was quite good. Wasn’t expecting it to be good, but turned out to be delicious. Whether your a local or traveler, if this isn’t on your list already, make sure to add it because it’s a place we’ll be going back to.

Even before their appearance on Netflix I have been a fan of Pizzeria Bianco and always wanted to visit and fortunately I was able to! The place is small and busy but well worth the wait! A great place that deserves all the accolades. We basically ordered everything and shared and enjoyed every as well as their selection on beer as we waited. Staff was amazing and made our experience great!

I know, I know, you're probably wondering if this place is worth the hype. Well, it is. The pizza is amazing. Wood fired crust, perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Just amazing. You can watch them schlep pizzas in and out of the woodfire oven and service is fast and courteous. Do me a favor and go. Get a whole pizza (alone or to share). When you're done with that deliciousness get dessert. Trust me. Get the flourless chocolate cake with vanilla bean sauce and an espresso. Both are fantastic and a great way to end the meal.

THIS PLACE IS WAY TO HYPED UP. I was highly disappointed with this so called pizzeria, with their food and on top of that having to pay for parking to eat at this establishment . I only heard about Pizzeria Bianco during the Super Bowl while it was out in Arizona. Then I heard about the Netflix documentary that was made about the owner of it so I thought I would give it a try. this place is way too hyped up and I do not recommend it. If you want some really delicious wood fired 🍕pizza go to I highly recommend Timo Wine Bar instead of this establishment. We ordered a couple pizzas and they were burnt and their was really no flavor. I've been to plenty of wood fire pizza places and never have I had a burnt one but that is their deal I guess because I complained about it and that's all the server said it's how they come it is wood fire pizza 🍕 I'm giving it one star because the bread and olive oil was the best thing there.

All it’s been said to be! I arrived with three friends on a Tuesday afternoon. We wanted to go around lunch, as we thought it’d be less crowded. We were told an hour wait but we’re given a table after 25 minutes. The staff was very friendly and it never felt chaotic inside but just well-oiled. The pizza - we tried four different ones - was absolutely delicious. Great ratio of crust to toppings and if you’re very hungry you’ll be able to eat an entire pizza without a problem. They’re delicious. A great trip to make if you find yourself in Phoenix.

The pizza definitely lived up to the lofty expectations, the fresh ingredients were so apparent and made a world of difference in the flavor, it's almost as if they were crushing the Roma tomatoes by hand in the kitchen. Even the red pepper flakes were fresh, they were potent. The moisture from the tomatoes did make the pizza a little soggy in the middle, but that didn't ruin the experience. We really enjoyed the bread and olive oil appetizer, but the bread was cold and we would have liked it warmed a bit. The atmosphere was bustling and the excitement was palpable, although it's a little cramped and there isn't much room on the tables if you're getting multiple pies. The service was excellent all around. It was a terrific experience and well worth the wait.

My first time visiting Phoenix and Pizzeria Bianco did not disappoint. It has a trendy atmosphere and delicious beer on tap. I love pizza and the Rosa was delightful. They’re very keen on minimalism in their foods, which I love. This is true authentic pizza and I would absolutely dine here again. Service was also amazing and everyone was so friendly.

Back in 2015, I came here on a work trip and ate the Sonny Boy. I couldn't get it out of my mind but didn't get a chance to come back until 2021. When I got back to Phoenix I had to come back here and eat the same pizza. Did it disappoint? No! The crisp salami tips were the best part. I wished for a little more olives but towards the end it became borderline salty so I think the proportions were well thought out. I loved the aroma that hit you as soon as you enter and the service was friendly.

A beautifully rustic restaurant that takes me back to quaint trattorias of Italy. Alfredo and his brother craft some amazing food that, when shared family style, make for a great eating experience. Wood fired pizza, anti pasta, and good tomato’s in a salad made for fantastic meal. Grazie Mille!

Lived up to the very high hype. Great crust. Perfectly executed in a wood oven. My favorites were the Rosa ( pistachio is a yes!), the Sonny Boy (even the olives) and The WiseGuy. Staff is friendly and wine was solid. Pro tip: get there at 10am to get in line and make the first seating at 11am. Otherwise your wait may be 3-5 hrs.

The most famous Pizza spot is Pizzeria Bianco which has a James Beard award winning chef and was featured on the Netflix Show, Chef’s Table Pizza. The vibes are rustic, and we started off with some red wine for the table. Had a salami sandwich which had really good ingredients, but didn’t wow me. We had 3 pizzas which were all very good, and my favorite was the Sonny Boy. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but I wouldn’t mind coming back here and enjoying some pizza again since it was fresh and delicious.

waited an hour on an off peak period brightest legendary place. however once we finally ate we were slightly disappointed. the oh itself was amazing however the toppings did lack flavor and creativity. the sausage one was our favorite however the onion chunks were so large and definitely needed to be cut smaller, the Verde was too much arugula over a cheese pizza and could have definitely benefited from a crunchy or salty element. the staff was kind enough to give us also another pizza for free .

You can expect a 2 hour minimum wait but it wasn’t too bad. We went next door for drinks and appetizers (bread and salami). The pizza is very good. I think we may have gotten in on a night when the oven was a little too hot. Pretty much every pizza was slightly over charred at the edge to. I like a good char on pizza but this was a little too far. You only get 1 opportunity to at the beginning so you have to order everything at once. Luckily the pizza takes a little while to come out so you have time to enjoy salads. We had the fresh mozzarella salad (mozzarella, roasted peppers, EVOO, basil, salt and pepper). It was outstanding and I highly recommend it. Pizzas we tried: margarita, sonny boy and wise guy. Margarita was great, the sauce is excellent. Sonny boy was very good also. Wise guy had a bunch of ingredients that I though would be great but I feel like they didn’t go well together.

Do yourself a major favor and go to Pizzeria Bianca. Great place. Excellent customer service. Best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Not too pricey either. There is outside seating. My wife and I went here with our 6 month old and the staff, including the owner, were extremely welcoming. It’s a good place for kids but there isn’t a whole lot of seating. That being said, they have a quick turnaround because the service is super quick.

I visited this quaint wood-fired pizzeria twice on a recent trip to Phoenix because i could walk to it from my hotel. Firs time alone, at the bar, and the bartender that evening was a hoot. I had the Sonny Boy with an extra topping of sausage. The pizza was both excellent and filling, and the local beer (cannot remember name) was great. Two nighjts later I ate with two of my friends and we had table service. One friend and I split a Margherita pizza and the other friend had one of he salads. I also had a wonderful dessert. The place is a little pricey and the menu is limited, but definitely worth a visit.

The best pizza I've had in Arizona, so light and crispy with the perfect amount of char! All of the pizzas are delicious, but our favorites are Wise Guy and Biancoverde! The location is so quaint and cute. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I always park in the Heritage Square Garage and they validate. The perfect lunch/dinner date!

This pizzeria was so charming! It's a smaller establishment, so expect a bit of a wait on most days. Thankfully you'll have the community cats to keep you company while you wait. Our pizza was done very quickly after we ordered. The cheese was perfect and the sauce was flavorful. The wood-fire method of cooking leaves a wonderful char on the crust that just brought it all together.

Here is a quick update on Pizzeria Bianco in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. For those that don’t know, this place is known for some of the best pizzas in the country. Pizza is damn good, for sure. I can’t say it’s the best pizza in the US, though, because I would have to eat pizza everywhere first. Here is what I can say, this little gem of a pizzeria is located in the heart of Heritage Square. The building was erected in 1929 as a Machine Shop and now a pizzeria. Pizzeria Bianco has been here for around 20 years, and continues to rank as one of the best pizza joints in America. Along with the fame, comes the line of patrons trying to get their hands on some of this dough-liciousness. The service was outstanding, and the venue stimulated many thoughts about the past due to its placement within the historic district. We tried their local rice lager 🍺 beer, a margarita pizza, and their specialty of the day, their wise-guy pizza: all finger-licking goodness. I gave this place a 4.5 star and ranked it as a UNSLACKABLE review top favorite.

Some say we need to remember it’s just pizza BUT Pizzeria Bianco is pizza beyond compare. Pizza is made to perfection - the crust is crisp and light; the toppings are portioned just right and the flavors simply complex. Such a tasty experience. We showed up around noon and had 2.5 hour wait. Sounds a bit crazy but I appreciated the moment it created to walk around heritage square and to sit down next door at Bar Biancoto enjoy a hazy and some wine. Had time to relax, have some good conversation and enjoy the moment. I The wait didn’t seem that bad - it was 1 hour and 45 minutes. Loved it 👊🏼👊🏼

Pizzeria Bianco is as advertised and worth the wait. The crust is other worldly! Never had anything like it. The flavor profiles of the pizza are amazing with the Rosa being my favorite. The homemade mozzarella salad with basil and tomatoes was great too. Great food and a great experience!

Exactly what you'd expect from a wood-fire pizza place. Great crust. Apart from the Margherita, the toppings struggled to come together into satisfying pizzas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great. I'm not sure I'd endure the wait times for these.

Wow, I am from NY and I tried many good pizzas around in NYC. And this pizza is totally blew my mind with texture and taste. I got non alcoholic ginger beer and margarita pizza. I can tell that pizza was really good. And ginger beer has really strong flavor with good spice. I will miss that pizzeria. And beware that you can’t order extra pizza after your first order. If you want to share with someone you like, order with your first order.

Came in at about 1115 am on a Thursday it was packed but was able to snag a seat at the bar. The staff was fantastic. The space is small but it's perfect inside, nice and quaint. Had a couple beers on tap and went with the Wiseguy Pizza. I was not disappointed the flavor was top notch. If you're in the Phoenix area make sure to stop in but if you're not there when they open be prepared for a wait.

We actually tried to eat here three times before getting in. First time was a Friday night at the Adams Street location. Got there at 5. 1-1.5 hr wait. I prob would’ve understood except all the outside tables were empty and half the interior tables were empty???? So how there was a 2 hr wait I don’t understand. We ended up going across the way to Latha and got drinks after 1.5 hr got appetizer and one entree to snack on at Latha. After 2 hrs, he led with host and they still did not table for us. Crazy. We removed our name and stayed at Latha - Food there was top notch!!!! Next day tried to call and see if we could do pick up or takeout nobody would answer phone at either location. Sunday, went to location on N 20th right when it opened at 11 and there was already a line. Only had to wait maybe 5 min. Server was wonderful. She seemed taken a back by our experience Friday not being able to get a seat. We ordered the fresh mozerella, paperedella pasta, Rosa pizza and margherita pizza. Thoughts: Prob best caprese salad I have ever had. That mozerella cheese is out of this world. The paparedella pasta ( homemade) with the Ragu ❤️. Prob one of the best ragu pasta dishes I have ever had. And for a place famous for its pizza, me Personally I would say skip the pizza and do the pasta and mozerella. You won’t regret it The pizza - the Rosa has a very unique combination of flavors and textures. Not my favorite but I didn’t hate it. The margherita pizza - rich tomato sauce creamy mozerella and fresh basil, the the star of the show on both pizzas was the crust. Just crispy enough around edges to give it crunch but not doughy. Would I say it’s best slice ever, no. Luckily in Lincoln, NE we have to great pizza places with great unique flavor combinations and some solid crusts as well. But that caprese and pasta are top notch!!!

Honestly. I'm not saying it's not good. We did wait for 2 hours 15 min. I also didn't realize only 2 people are making the food. What?! All I will say is, if you want to try it go right when they are closing or after 3 but before 5. If you want amazing pizza..... go to True Food. Better quality I think. However! The olive oil was amazing there. So put that on your pizza. We bought 2 bottles to go it was that good. The Mozzarella salad was also really good.

Did not disappointed. Overall five stars. Now let’s break it down. When it comes to the wait time… be ready to wait at least an hour on the weekends. Don’t show up and they tell you oh it’s an hour 30 min and he surprised. Moving on to the food! Great taste overall, would I give it a 10? No, but I do give it a 9.2, I would put it up there with Lucali and John’s if you’re familiar with New York locations you know what I’m talking about. The crust was perfect, the sauce was delicious, the cheese was great! The service was great! The workers treated us so nicely and often check on you! Location, beautiful little spot, love that they have the bar next door for people that are waiting and you have some shops and the science center next door also if you wanna go do that while you wait. Parking wasn’t bad, it was 10 dollar valet parking, the guy was super nice. Overall amazing place and great food! Can’t go wrong!

The antipasto was amazing. The grilled vegetables was sweet and delicious. The mozzarella salad was great. The pizza was a letdown. My guess is because it didn’t come to the table fresh, hot, and out of the oven. The crust was chewy which I really like. The topping was good.

Worth the wait. Probably the best pizza crust in North America. Everything I ate was perfectly executed.adiquate wine list with some gems. I visited 2 locations and found them both to be equal with varying degrees of ambiance which would be expected as I went to dinner and lunch. Service was good at both but not spectacular, I had to remember that it was pizza and not fine dining. Perfect all around

While in Phoenix, I had the chance to visit a couple of my favorite restaurants from the days when I lived there for 10 years. Pizzeria Bianco is an absolute must visit place. They serve the best pizza I've ever eaten anywhere in the country. They have two locations..one downtown and the other in a shopping center off of Camelback. I visited that location and found it had hardly changed in all these years. Highly recommended. Simple and delicious.

Pizza is just great, and you can buy it by piece. Some are mainstream, and some are more niche, but they are all home-made with great care, and I loved even those pizzas that I would not normally go for. Ask for advice, be adventurous, and you will not be disappointed. It's closed on Sundays.

I miss their pizza and their wings. Both were so good. Lots of fresh veggies on their pizzas and the best wings I've ever had. May have to do curbside pickup.

Pizzeria Bianco is one of the best pizza restaurants in the country. It's actually my 2nd favorite of all time, only slighty behind Tony's in SF and well ahead of any pizza that I've had in NYC (and I've been to a lot of different pizza places). Start with the spiedini - which is fontina wrapped in prosciutto packed with nothing but flavor. Then move on to the homemade mozzarella with tomato and basil. The mozzarella is the best that I've had anywhere. It's hard to describe except to say that it's the standard at which you judge mozzarella from. The Sonny Boy pizza had salami and olives but add the fennel sausage. It also has that homemade mozzarella. The pizza is perfecto with a delicious and marvelously prepared crust.

I can't ever go bad with the pepperoni pizza. I also get creative and add the pesto sauce and sausage. I usually get a medium size pizza and it's defiantly enough for 3 people! I highly recommend. For that, 5 STARS all the way!

  • 4/5 Gia C. 3 years ago on Google
They make wood fired pies here, which is great. The concept of the pie we got was great but not executed well, the pie was made very messy and was only sauced on 2/3 and the crust was really good chewy and crisp. I will try again, I think they were having an off day.

This place is easily one of the very best pizza shops I have ever eaten at. Simplicity done right! The sausage and oven roasted fungi was one of the best such pizzas I have ever had anywhere. Their bread is also ridiculously addictive. Easily the best pizza I have had in Arizona.

I know this place has amazing reviews, but I would say it's OK overall. The pizza itself is good, probably the closest thing to real Italian pizza you can find in Arizona. However, the high price, limited and valet parking, and long wait times make it not worth it. Pizza in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey are all better than this. Pizza in Italy is def better than this. Overall if you don't care about money and time, then you should go, because the pizza is good. But for the majority of us, not worth it.

Pizzeria Bianco has been on my bucket list of restaurants for years, ever since Chris Bianco burst on the pizza scene some 20 years ago. I didn’t get to hit up the original location but the one on 20th. The bread served at the beginning was delicious, loved it! We ordered the mozzarella and tomato as a starter. The hand made mozz really was tasty! Super soft, just the right amount of salt, but I was surprised to be served the homely stem end of the tomato, front and center. I’m not against eating that end and I will eat that piece right off the cutting board every time, but I think it should be tossed in their sauce or eaten in the kitchen, not plated and served in ANY restaurant.

They have REAL pizza...the only pizzeria off the east coast that I have tried that actually makes a REAL pizza. Brick oven crusts and bread with a crunchy bite and chewy center, Italian salami, excellent olive oil (virgin and aromatic), giant salads, lovely wines (at least the Montevecchio and Pinot Noir that we tried) and a gluten free chocolate cake to die for. The service was over-the-top friendly, efficient and delightful.

If for some crazy reason you haven't had Pizzeria Bianco, you have got to get in here. We started with some bread and olive oil. The olive oil was so good I asked for the brand name and was informed that it was a custom blend they had made from Italy! Like, how awesome is that? It's got a fruity, light initial flavor and finishes with a little peppery kick. Absolutely incredible. The pizza is, of course, perfection. The crust is thin and slightly charred. The fennel sausage pairs really nicely with the roasted onion to make a pizza that tastes as good as it looks. Pizzeria Bianco - just eat it!

So I visited pizzeria Bianco on Monday for the first time since 1996- (I had moved back to NY). Our server was an incredibly capable young lady named Destini- I thought she might not know a lot about the wine inquiries my LTR friend Rich was asking her and I said, ("she may not know all that), She replied, "But I do!", and she did!! She ended up buying us the bottle after hearing how long we've stayed connected to our relationship and that I knew Chris form way back when- She is an amazing person and I recommend asking for Destini if you visit Bianco's pizza at 4743 N 20th in PX. You will not be disappointed in the food and certainly not with her as your server!! Thanks for the "feel good dining experience" of the year!! HNY Stay safe and well!!

Tasty pizza and nice ambience and definitely worth trying at least once. I got the sausage and onion pizza, which was fantastic- I've never had onions like that on a pizza before. I wanted to add mushrooms, but I think that was like 6 extra dollars on an already $19 pie. For the price, I've had better wood fired pizza in the area (Myke's and Forno 301). I think 2 pizzas and 2 drinks cost us about $50-60 plus the valet, which I personally thought was a little much

  • 5/5 Anthony W. 3 years ago on Google
I thought I wasn't a fan of Italian style pizza until I came here. The pizza (and several other items) are wood-fired, which imparts an incredible taste that I haven't found often. A welcome respite from the plethora of mediocre pizza in Phoenix. I highly recommend the spiedini - warm fontina cheese wrapped in prosciutto (really thin pork belly) with rosemary on a bed of just-warm spinach. You know that sleepy feeling after a big meal? Yeah, this *tastes* like food coma. Eat it slowly, savor it. You only get 2 long pieces, so you'll need to make them count.

This review is in regards to the Bianco team's catering services, which is amazing and incredible, and you should DEFINITELY hire the Bianco team for your next event-- Being an absolute diehard fan of everything Chris Bianco touches, I had to have my 27 guest backyard wedding catered by the Bianco team last month. After filling out the contact form on their website, I received a response from Brittney less than a few hours later. Brittney helped me coordinate a menu, which included appetizers and a 3-course plated dinner and wells as help me choose plateware, flatware, and glassware for the table. Brittney also happily obliged to her and her staff wearing masks and keeping a safe distance from guests while not actively serving. For my 27 guest wedding, Bianco brought along 1 chef and 2 servers, all of whom were so attentive and delivered the food to guests quickly and timely. Brittney and her team also handled an extremely problematic kitchen issue without missing a beat, no one even noticed...no propane to cook the food! Everyone RAVED over the food. To this day, my friends and family still talk about the MEATBALLS and the stuffed shells!! My favorites of the night were the pizza taglio and the chicken piccola with the roasted seasonal veggies. I also can't forget about the caprese with greens, so fresh!! The Bianco name holds strong throughout all of their services. I loved sitting down to a meal in my own backyard and getting the full Bianco experience, delicious, fresh food, and personable service *chef's kiss* Thank you thank you thank you!!

After two unsuccessful attempts to visit this place many years ago, we finally were able get in and enjoy a meal. The pizza lives up to the reputation, beautiful crust, perfectly cooked, and thoughtful, fresh toppings. Ours did not arrive exactly as ordered, but was delicious nonetheless. We also tried the rice pudding with cranberries, which was very good as well. Friendly and helpful staff, and a warm, inviting atmosphere inside and outside. We'll definitely be back.

It's as famous for their wait times as their pizza, This place lives up to its reputation. I was a single and waited about 90 minutes at 4:30 PM on a week night. The pizza was delicious. The wait time wasn't that bad because I went next door in their bar annex and had a couple of drinks. Non alcoholic in my case. Whatever pizza you order, if it doesn't have mushrooms on it, definitely order extra mushrooms. Wait staff could not have been nicer. Once inside, service was very prompt and attentive. Photo is of the line at 11AM.

Definitely lives up to the hype. The pizza is Neapolitan style thin crust and perfectly cooked. The Japanese-style lager on tap, light and refreshing, was great for washing in down.

Great experience. The ingredients were so fresh and it really made the difference. It was also nice to have the pizza be piping hot out of the big oven and straight to the table. Each pizza is truly unique and all have very different flavors. Worth the wait.

Pizza was very good. Arguably the best crust I’ve ever had and fresh ingredients. But we waited 3 hours for a table. After returning 2.5 hours and asking for an update we were informed of priority in the bar next door. After being seated the staff had 1 focus: to get you out as fast as possible. Also parking is validated in the science center garage and found that out that out the hard way.

  • 4/5 Ingrid K. 11 months ago on Google
No wait but staff wanted me to go through the process of going out to hostess stand even though there were tables and bar space. Pizza was very good. Ingredients were obviously very fresh and good taste. Cook on pizza was perfect. Red hot pepper flakes served on the side. Some customers got bread before pizza but mine came out pretty fast so no need for it and it wasn’t offered. Drink selection was slim as far non alcoholic. No non soda items. Staff could have been a bit more friendly.

Really enjoyed the pizza! The bread was perfect too! It's a small place but didn't feel crowded or loud. Sadly you need to pay for parking but it's expected downtown I guess.

The wait was almost two hours and we arrived shortly after open on a Saturday for 2/3 people. Was it worth it...I can't say no. The service was great, everyone clearly communicated what was happening AND they offer you a bar/place to wait next door (Bar Bianco). The food was great and I live in NYC so my standards are very high. If you don't have the time, don't wait. If you do have the time, you can have some fun. We walked to Superstition for mead down the street and then had a beer at bar bianca as it got closer. A great experience all around!!

My friends and I came here last night and I ordered the Rosa pizza and a glass bottled coke! So good! My pizza tasted like a yummy Parmesan crisp and had an excellent brick oven crust. The service was great. Be prepared for a long wait though! Last night we waited for over 2 hours, but it is at no fault to the restaurant- they have a good business and everyone wants a taste! While we waited, we went to the bar next door and I ordered the Val Verde wine. They don’t have many sweet wines, but I found this to be a good semi-sweet, tart option.

  • 5/5 Jack I. 5 months ago on Google
This place is off the chain. Nothing can prepare you for what you're gonna get. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had in my life. Yeah, you better be prepared to wait a while, but there is a reason people wait for this it's worth it.

  • 5/5 Kristen S. 5 months ago on Google
I had heard about this place from the nextflix documentary and I definitely choose food as a main hobby of mine. When I knew I would be contracted in Arizona for 3 months I really wanted to try this place. I checked the reviews and reservations and that alone ALMOST turned me away from going. With that being said, I'm here to tell you that it is so worth the hype to get there. I can now tell from the reviews that the majority of the lower ones are from individuals who aren't used to city parking or wood fired/neopolitain style pizza. The pizza itself is outstanding. You can easily tell by the flavor that they use quality ingredients and truly care about what they're serving. There is paid valet parking so if that's a major turn off for you, don't waste your time. This does seem to be the case in the majority of major cities so it did not phase me. As far as the price for what you get, I thought it was incredibly reasonable. I am from Missouri where the cost of living is significantly lower than Phoenix. The price for what you got was on par compared to very similar establishments back home (that weren't world renowned at that). I ordered two pizzas (one to go), a side of olives, their take on a caprese salad, and a soda all of which came with bread and olive oil. Obviously I ordered a lot for a single diner but even so my overall total was $70. I took home a lot of leftovers, I'd say that what I ordered could have easily fed three people. The wait staff was great and very kind to me throughout my visit. They definitely took good care of me. I was a single diner so I assumed that would potentially get me a table a bit quicker. I will say I showed up on a Saturday at 5:15pm expecting still a decent wait. I was quoted an hour and a half and I thought why not because I was by myself. I was contacted and pulled into the restaurant within 15 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised. Even if I did have to wait the entire time, the restaurant is located within a closed off square that has a companion establishment you can get drinks to enhance your appetite. I sat at the bench in front of the restaurant and watched a couple of the sweet neighborhood cats wander around until my table was ready. All in all, definitely worth a try if you're in the area and you're not in a hurry. Outstanding food, great staff, loves the neighborhood cats.
