Located in Melrose District nice trendy neighbourhood, love the restaurant interior open kitchen and outside seating area which we were seated with mist and fans too cool you down after hot phoenix desert heat. Food was fresh farm to plate with most locally sourced ingredients. Hiramasa crudo, beef tartare and Rigatoni were delicious.Would recommend this place

One of my favorite restaurants in the state. Been here many times and the food always amazes me. Chefs there truly know how to make certain flavors you wouldn’t think of shine together in one amazing dish. I personally love sitting at a bar at any restaurant as I prefer easy access to amazing drinks and one on one time with the bartenders. You won’t regret the service you receive if you do the same. The patio area is also a gem and fun if you have a decent group of people as well. Try this place at least once, you won’t regret it.

Disappointed night. Had looked forward to trying this place finally after 2020. The menu layout was confusing - apps vs mid course vs entree (like their old menu layout use to be). The server Laura was amazing and helpful with service and answering questions. The pate and burrata were great portions to start off with along side the funky small “bread rolls.” The beef tartare ppl rave about tasted nothing but mustard (and we are lovers of the mustard) - just over power. The undercooked french onion dumplings missed the mark too with that caramelized onion flavoring. It is Great idea though. Other items we ordered needed more salt. The pork belly needed to be crisper and tender the fat more - but had a delicious sweet corn. The trout however was amazing and flavorful. The cocktails were also on point. And a Saving grace to have when the lemon tarts were having a problem setting - maybe due to hot atmosphere, idk. Cheers to the bartender and service staff🥂

What an amazing restaurant and bar. The bartender makes fabulous cocktails! Food is prepared in an open kitchen that shows the luv they out into the food. Menu was exciting, fresh and flavorful with plenty of plant based options. We will definitely be returning!

What an amazing little gem of a place. Absolutely loved the ambiance, the setting and the food. Zack was our server and he was so friendly and clearly loved what he does. The food was delectable. They have a cute little patio in the back with misters. They also are connected to a wine shop next door. Have a lot of gluten free options and are willing to adjust the dish to make them gluten free

We enjoyed our experience at the restaurant, especially the wine area where we were seated, offering privacy and an impressive selection of wines. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about wine. We highly recommend the chef's tasting menu so you get to try different dishes that are offered at the restaurant. You can also request specific dishes to ensure you don't miss out on any favorites.

This restaurant was incredible - will absolutely be coming back. I had the duck confit, as it was recommended to me by my very helpful bartender and it was outstanding. The duck was cooked to perfection and packed so much flavor. The cocktails were also incredibly unique and very tasty. This restaurant really has it all- the ambience, the food, the drinks, and the service were stellar.

The food is amazing, the service is great and the cocktails are wonderful! I've been there a number of times and it's become my favorite restaurant in town. Always incredible!!! Great place to take your special someone. The menu changes with the season, which makes it that much more fun to go and try new their newest creations! Truly an amazing place!

Great restaurant and atmosphere!!! Drinks were definitely flavorful. They serve a killer old fashioned. If you're looking for a bite, their menu changes, but this time around, definitely recommend the Ribeye and the Branzino, packed with flavors you'll want more. All shareable portions, so if you're looking to socialize and try a bit of everything, you can't go wrong. Give them a visit!!

This place has been on our list for awhile. I’m so glad we finally made it here. The food is incredible (best oysters I’ve ever had), the staff is friendly and attentive, and the vibe is cozy. Highly recommend if you haven’t already been!

This past weekend my girlfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary, and made reservations at Restaurant Progress. We are so happy that we did the experience was amazing. As we walked in we were quickly greeted by Anthony, who also was our server for the evening. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. He was able to answer all of our questions that we had about the menu, we had a lot, and guide us through our dinner. We started the dinner off with some cocktails. My girlfriend order the Mockingbird which is their non alcoholic option and I ordered the Espresso martini. Both were fantastic and delicious. For food, we ordered the Heirloom Tomatoes, Pacific Tuna Crudo, Mussels, Sourdough bread, Branzino, and finished with dessert. Everything was delicious and obviously made with passion. This place is definitely on our list to visit again when we are back in the Phoenix area.

Food here is great. I had their Mediterranean lamb sausage with amazing orange wine! I loved the appetizers particularly the Tina one and endive Caesar salad with anchovies. The food was fresh, service was excellent and really a secret gem with the backyard space.

Wow, what an outstanding experience! Amazing food, I need to go back to try the Octopus skewers. Service is spot on, the pricing is very attractive, and the cocktails are perfect. Do get the affagoto desert, it comes with Sherry instead of espresso.

Incredible food and hospitality experience. It's always a pleasure stopping in this gem. They recently made some pretty big changes to their menu and indoor dining space...and it's all for the better! Theres a dining experience for everyone here...you can spend as little or as much as you want here.

This place has a great vibe. The service was excellent. They are basically build your own a tasting menu place. The plates are small but welll done and good. We ordered 3 app + 2 breads, 3 veg, 3 mains and two desserts between 4 people. We came away full. Everything was beautiful to look at and tasty but unexpected in the way you would expect from a hip place.

We absolutely loved this place! The service was great and we loved the atmosphere as well. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The food and cocktails were just as good. I had the branzino and it was fantastic! Would definitely recommend that dish. I also had one of the best old fashions I’ve ever had. We sat at the bar and it was a great experience. Will definitely be back!

This was absolutely the best dining experience we have had in Phoenix. We went for my wife’s birthday. We accidentally showed up an hour earlier than our reservation and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our server, Stephanie made our dinner very special. The food was excellent!! We let the kitchen decide our choices and they did not disappoint. We will be back!

Unbelievable experience and possibly the best meal I've had in 5 years in Phoenix. They no longer do tasting menu but you can build your own from the thoughtful menu offering. Everything we had was food of flavor and simple beautiful, a d cocktails were great, and the lovely brick patio with climbing jasmine reminded my of New York. A must!

I'd like to start by saying that everyone we were in contact with on this night was so kind & warm. We made a reservation for a patio table in August but the temp was just right with the fan on. Our server was knowledgeable on drinks & the food. The food came out in a timely manner & I loved that every component was seasoned or had it's own flavor to contribute. Pictures of what we had are posted. The only gripe we had was a minimal desert menu (2 options I think?). We would def go back & we would def recommend to friends 😊

The atmosphere, the service, THE FOOD. I never post reviews but I had to for this place. It was an awesome experience. “ Let the chef” option on menu was some of the best food o ever had! Robin was our server and somehow was able to be really friendly, fun and SUPER professional.. making us feel we were the only guests she had.
