I've visited Jobot off and on for the last two years and never have I enjoyed myself more than in the past few months. Some new staff members and a new Dim Sum menu has been difficult to resist going to every night. The best southeast Asian food I've had in downtown Phoenix. (I grew up eating dim sum in AZ, and this is superb) Customer service is wonderful now and the food is in my top 3. Highly recommend 🥟🍜

I love visiting Jobot because it is one of the few spots that has survived gentrification in downtown Phoenix, so it's a classic and important community space. Plus, I love that Jobot features other local small businesses, including a kitchen run by some of my favorite in chefs in Phoenix: Arepa Babe, an amazing Colombian food experience (arepas, pandebono waffle, soups, all the breakfast and brunch comfort food); and Toduken, a Filipino inspired BBQ with delicious creations that hit the spot every time.

Best place to work, vibe and hangout in downtown Phoenix.. Jobot is a gem and an authentic downtown Phoenix spot. And now they offer Philippine BBQ.. absolutely amazing.. P.S. this place is still vibing and is a staple of Roosevelt Row..

Tried the iced mocha and vanilla oat milk latte. Both were good. Oat milk is good and my new thing. Met a man named Blake here. He was telling his story about how he got PTSD and how hes trying to overcome it by meeting new people and having him sign his board with encouraging advice. His goal is to be on the Colbert show.. not sure why but his unexpected visit stands out for me. Really nice guy and I hope he makes it on the show. Chances are high of you come here for a drink you can meet him and hear his story. It made my experience at robot even better!!

This place is so cultured and so yummy! They have a variety of different things to choose from vegan and non-vegan especially. I have tried the vegan ice cream and non-vegan ice cream and it’s absolutely delicious. I have also tried the breakfast burrito and blueberry waffles super yummy. Taste like it was made with love. The vegan coconut curry is also super yummy very strong Flavors hobbling along with the chicken strips. The chicken strips or not to breaded and seasoned perfectly a good price for a good amount of them as well. This place is amazing just to buy a quick snack or to come have breakfast or lunch.

What a cute and elegant coffee shop! I really like visiting this coffee shop the staves were so accommodating and pleasant to talk with. The coffees that they served were freshly brewed. Also, they served freshly baked pies and cakes. The place was so spacious and relaxing as well. This coffee shop is a must-visit in town.

Two words: Matcha Latte. Hands down the best I’ve had, and I’ve had my fair share. Oh, and those breakfast potatoes. Can’t forget about those! Great food, delicious ice cream, a bar, coffee and a great patio downtown - what more could you ask for?

Just came for the ice cream! Awesome and eclectic feel to the atmosphere. Good music and very interesting decor. The vibe here is a very chill and hip vibe. Staff mostly is great but, the young women at register needs help! She was doing a lot by herself: serving ice cream, making coffee drinks, calling out orders, and the register. The ice cream was delicious and using a Chinese takeout box is an awesome idea—especially topping it off with a fortune cookie! Great place.

Started off a little rough as we had to wait a solid 10 min before getting our order in for drinks but the guy was alone and busy obviously this place is great. Visiting from out of town my husband and I were looking for a cool local spot to eat breakfast and have cocktails everywhere we went had a crazy wait but here we walked in, sat at the bar. The Chorizo crepes were delicious! Rad atmosphere and we could definitely notice from all the people coming in that this was the place to be. The kind of place where the staff knows who you are and genuinely enjoy serving their guests.

Jobot took my by surprise, I thought we were gonna swoop in for a coffee and a quick breakfast. This beyond delicious, we’re going with a euphoric meal! I asked the nice women at the counter what’s the thing to get she said the Juevos Rancheros. I got mine sunny side up and my god it was good, crunchy on the bottom, perfect amount of spicy kick balanced with the runny egg yolk. My mouth just began to water, my fiancé got the waffles and they were crispy and fluffy a banger in itself! Go eat here.

We came to try the food, which is prepared by Toduken, and it was wonderful. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, papas bravas, pisto, and longanisa torta. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly cooked, beautifully caramelized, tender but with some crisp, just enough dressing and puffed rice to accent every bite; papas bravas were lightly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside--our favorite dish of the meal, so carefully done, and the spice level was just right to compliment the potatoes' texture and buttery sweetness; the pisto was bright and refreshing, and the egg was perfectly cooked and did its job adding richness, cutting through the tomato's acidity; and the longanisa torta was comfort food, with another perfectly cooked egg, yummy housemade longanisa that focused more on savoriness and umami than sweet store-bought versions, a quick kimchi that cut through the fat and richness, and a soft, fresh telera bun. The service was quick and so helpful, and the Sunday beats were a nice nonstop blast from the past that gave a kinda dance club vibe. We find free parking for roosevelt point customers in the south structure of Roosevelt Point, so try there if you can't find parking on the street.

It's a small coffee shop near the main road, and It has a nice ambiance. They serve a few desserts but have the best lava cake and coffee. The servers are also attentive and always so polite. I will definitely drop by there again when we come back and recommend the coffee shop to my friends and family.

It was our first time to experience the place but I could say that the place was very wonderful. If small floor space is full, you could ask the staff to go upstairs because it's a great way to rest from people who are busy talking and there, you could enjoy the view. Apart from good coffee, you will find here a nice selection of ceramics from local artists. Ideal place

It's a great coffee that I tasted and it's nice advice from a friend to try this place. For me, this is the best coffee we had in this place, and we're happy that we met the owner who humbly accommodated us. He spent about 15 minutes giving us advice and sharing his ideas to us. It was a great experience, indeed! Thank you so much!

Space itself is beautiful, old books line the walls and the aroma of fresh coffee hits you as soon as you walk in. This coffee shop is the most popular here for they have different coffee flavors that complete your day. You can even let the barista know your coffee preferences and they will prepare it to your liking. You don't have to worry, they are all kind and accommodating.

I've been a patron here more than a few times and each time the vibe is hospitable and open. Chill vibe for work or conversation; art decor for connoisseurs and even a claw game. The coffee and food are spectacular - I would expect the same from the beer (have yet to enjoy). Food quality reflects its price, and the drip coffee is way better tasting than one would expect for its price. The new location is so, so rad right on the southeast corner of 3rd STREET and Roosevelt. I emphasize the street because it's easy for newcomers to confuse the streets with the avenues, even some not-so-newcomers considering abbreviated forms of road names. Uh so ... I digress. The best parking is in the structure that's shared with the Roosevelt Point apartments just further south on 3rd, bear in mind this will be a one way road and is most easily accessed from any part of the city using the I-10 highway. There is an off ramp just for 3rd Street from the interstate. Okay that's all from me. Enjoy these pictures of the Jorito and Green Chili Crepes, respectively; and enjoy some local art.

The thing I like about this coffee shop is the smell of espresso as you enter. They make generally excellent espresso and pleasant food. Their staff are satisfactory and strive to get consumer loyalty. And furthermore a decent spot for a quick chill. Overall is brilliant, and the view is stunning! Situated on the sea shore can be an incredible spot. I will return here for sure!

This place is really dope. The staff is both awesome and chill. The location is perfect. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, with plugs in both places (if I saw the outdoor seating correctly) if you need to work. The drinks and food are delicious ESPECIALLY the mushroom toast. I don’t know how they came up with that recipe, but I could eat it all day everyday if need be. Can’t wait to return.

The thing I like about this coffee shop is the aroma of coffee as you enter. They make very good coffee and nice food. Their staff are adequate and work hard to get customer satisfaction. And also a nice place for a quick chill. The service is excellent, and the view is amazing! Located on the beach can be a great spot. Surely I come back!

A friend of mine introduced me to different flavors of coffee which is addictive. I so love the taste. That made me wanted to go back here again. I also ordered the cold brew which is velvety smooth. All of them are at a very low cost compared to other equally delicious specialty coffee shops. The wooden tables are adequate and have a nice height for leisure or work. The barista also is very friendly and suggestive. Must try!

Really amazing place and amazing taste of the coffee. Even if you are not leaving nearby, it's worth going out of your way to visit here. It's worth paying for! have always enjoyed this place, but today’s experience compelled me to finally add a review to give them the credit they deserve. i ordered the vegan curry and then stepped outside to wait for my order. an employee came outside to let me know they had ran out of rice so my order could take up to 15 minutes and wanted to double check that i’d be okay with the wait. like most of us during this pandemic- ive got nothing but time on my hands and assured him that it was not a worry. while i was waiting he brought me out an iced tea and was so kind about the delay with my order. anyway THE VEGAN CURRY IS AMAZING!! so so much better than i was expecting. so thank you to the gentleman who prepared my order - he was also the lad who brought me my tea. you guys are the best. oh also the gelato is insane. highly recommend that as well

I'm from the east coast and stumbled upon this place while I was exploring and so glad I did! It has all my favorite things in one place. A cool little bar with awesome craft brews, espressos and lattes, and amazing melt icecream that resembles the gelato on the east coast that I'm used to. Will definitely be returning! I want to like this place so bad, but it is very difficult to do any work there. This music is either super loud or the internet does not work. I find it hard to believe that such as nice cannot afford to pay for a higher bandwidth Wi-Fi. Everytime I come here, the internet does NOT work. Very frustrating. I have to use my mobile hotspot every time. I live right down the street. I enjoy going to coffee shops to do my homework, but it is impossible with this place.

I visited for the first time yesterday and had the Chai tea latte. It was sweet and frothy and delicious! I also tried the seared pork dumplings. The sauce was a bit pickled but the dumplings were tasty on their own :) It was around 4-5pm and was quite busy so I'd recommend ordering ahead or grab and go rather than hanging out inside if your COVID conscious.

I ordered a Cold Brew with vanilla flavoring which I really enjoyed. It had a bold coffee flavor that didn’t require a lot of tampering with to be palatable. My brother ordered a lavender Italian soda that had a strong astringent taste to it - which he enjoyed but I found overpowering. My order of Gai Lan (Chinese broccoli) was undercooked (I actually ended up really hurting my front teeth biting through the thick stalks, the width of which far exceeded that of a human thumb - sorry for the weird comparison) and the “Chinese sauce” (their description, not mine) tasted like wine and hot sauce watered down (heavy emphasis on the wine). My brother also ordered the Gai Lan broccoli and his had a more soy sauce heavy flavor and was less difficult to consume. Since my food wasn’t to my liking my sister shared her “Jorito” with me - a breakfast burrito made vegetarian by substituting avocado for the chorizo - which was delicious but very heavy handed on the salt. Overall - I will return for the coffee, but I’ll skip out on the food next time I think.

Jobot has range. A good espresso drink and a donut? No problem. Or you can seriously step it up with Huevos Rancheros that will leave you planning a return visit before you’re done. There’s also great little waffles with fruit, or if it’s later in the day, a surprisingly good curry. Come back for a beer after work and some killer French fries. Or some craft ice cream. Or dim sum. And don’t forget to play the retro Ms. Pac-Man game while you listen to tunes... a lovely little spot in the Roosevelt Row neighborhood.

This place is awesome. I have not tried the coffee, but they have a great selection of beer. Dope place to chill and listen to good music.

New favorite spot for me and the bf!!! While it's off a busy intersection, the interior & exterior is decorated so beautifully you wouldn't ever notice where you are. Serene & peaceful inside & out. Water feature and fairy-like setting on the patio. & the best part: the service! So friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Loved every recommendation so far. Will keep coming back

Jobot is one of my favorite spots to hang out downtown any time of day. Every single food item I've gotten there has been delicious! The short ribs are amazing and they have great bacon! Coffee is delicious, it's a bit bright for my dark tastes, but it is a really good coffee. They make an amazing Irish coffee too! And both me and my kids absolutely love the table top Pacman!

I haven’t been to Jobot in about 10 years or so as I’ve moved away. I was stoked when a friend suggested it as a lunch spot as I hadn’t been to the new location. The gorgeous blonde bartender/barista made me the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable, the vibes were incredible, and I highly recommend popping in for a bite or a buzz (of the caffeinated OR alcoholic variety). Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped by to have a study session and a bite to eat but was told upon arrival that they were temporarily not serving food at the time which I believe they said would be days or weeks. Other than the food the staff was amazing and I had a cold pressed coffee that was delicious. The outside patio area was quiet and perfect for a study session in the fresh air! Great coffee shop and dope vibes

This coffee shop has a lot of delicious plates to pick from. This coffee shop has one of the greatest spicy Dirty Chai latte and is so delicious. Their ice cream is so good. It has great customer service, and the place is really cool.

Online menu didn't match the menu in restaurant, was out of half of the already very minimal menu items. Good that was given were large portions but everything tasted like a dirty grill. Atmosphere was neat if it didn't also smell like a dirty grill. One girl behind the counter was nice enough but there was another one that was too busy laughing with the guys in the back to be bothered with providing customer service. Oh and to top it all off everything was so overpriced. Will definitely not be returning!

Came in for a quick cappuccino. Coffee was great and plenty of seating inside.

Had terrible service, place was not busy, waited so long we had to ask for service. Sat at the bar, watched bar tender make my drink and bring it over, then several minutes later she brought my girlfriend the wrong drink, remade drink. Brought it back and spilled some as she set it down and abruptly walked away before we could even say thank you. We found it odd that both drinks were not made, then brought over at the same time. The drinks were awful. I had a bloody, she had a gin mule. We decided to just leave rather than drink the drinks. We we were waiting to cash out watched a cockroach walk across the cooler /counter top behind the bar and go into a crack. Was honestly shocked and wish I’d had enough time to get my phone out. Place seems to have many other good reviews, obviously every experience is unique and subjective.

Came here for a drink and received a completely wrong order. I asked for a iced vanilla latte with oat milk and the guy working actually repeated back my order so that's what I was expecting to get. When I got my order it was a hot drink? I didn't mind if he made it hot but once we left and I took the first couple sips I realized he made me a hot chai latte w no oat milk??? I just don't understand how you get iced vanilla latte w oat to hot chai latte? And I paid extra for the oat milk. He also messed up my friends drink.
