I
have
mixed
feelings
about
Nami
on
7th
St.
While
I've
had
good
experiences
here,
I've
also
had
my
share
of
bad
experiences.
First,
the
good:
a
well-made
tsoynami
can
really
hit
the
spot,
especially
when
the
store's
baked
goods
are
involved.
Some
of
the
employees
are
really
awesome
(shoutout
to
Tori,
who
I've
always
had
a
good
experience
with!),
and
I'm
typically
happy
to
spend
my
money
here.
The
bad:
while
some
of
the
employees
are
great,
others
are
not.
I
once
ordered
a
tsoynami
with
added
cookie
dough
($2
upcharge)
-
when
I
got
my
order,
I
noticed
no
cookie
dough
was
added...not
a
big
deal
-
I
told
the
employee
and
politely
asked
him
to
add
some.
His
response:
"No,
I
definitely
put
it
in
there"....well,
I
ate
the
whole
thing
and
didn't
see
or
taste
a
single
morsel
of
cookie
dough,
so
unless
it
dissolved
into
the
soft
serve,
I'm
thinking
I
was
right.
Even
if
I
wasn't
right,
why
not
just
entertain
the
customer's
opinion
and
add
some
more
cookie
dough?
It
takes
you
30
seconds
to
do
so.
I've
had
several
orders
messed
up
like
this
-
sometimes
I
ask
them
to
fix
it,
but
sometimes
I'm
just
not
in
the
mood
to
make
my
case.
Just
today,
we
ordered
a
vanilla
haystack
with
added
cookie
dough
-
we
received
a
chocolate
one.
We
asked
them
to
fix
it.
We
got
a
vanilla
one
back,
but
this
time
with
no
cookie
dough.
Since
we
paid
the
extra
$2,
we
though
we
should
ask
them
to
add
it
-
due
to
COVID,
they
had
to
just
make
another
one.
So,
on
their
3rd
try,
they
sent
out
a
haystack
with
cookie
dough
in
it
-
BUT,
it
was
chocolate...AGAIN.
I
mean
how
hard
is
it...after
that,
since
we
did
not
want
to
ask
them
to
make
it
a
4th
time,
we
just
smiled
and
left.
So,
these
desserts
CAN
be
great,
but
it's
a
gamble
on
whether
or
not
the
service
will
facilitate
Nami's
potential.
I
hope
it
gets
better
-
I'm
not
sure
we'll
keep
going
back
if
it
doesn't.
