You get what you pay for. This hotel had lovely photos and appeared in a great area in town. However, this was not the case. The rooms were run down and every surface had grime feel to it. The towels, linens and curtains were stained. The TV is incredibly small with poor image quality. There were no towels for the pool, so you need to use room towels for that service. From the time you walk in there is just a odor of stale cigarettes on every floor. The whole stay just felt sad. Spend the extra few dollars and go somewhere nicer, you'll be happier.

This hotel is needs a GOOD cleaning maybe even update. We paid a $100 "cleaning deposit" and the hotel doesn't keep its own facility clean the halls smelled of mildew, our room was dirty, cigarette burns in the bedding, mold in the fridge, broken tile in the bathroom, rust, toilet water ran continuously, the curtains had something spilled on it and the list goes on. We've stayed at cleaner and nicer hotels for the price we paid for this one. Definitely won't stay here again. Not worth the money, time and energy to stay here even for over night.

It was a complete waste of money for what we paid. First off the only reason we booked here was to have a jacuzzi in our room so that's the one we booked online. But at check in we were told they aren't renting those rooms out right now cause of covid. So we paid the price for that room but got a room without one. Then we get up to the room and our key doesn't work then I listen close and there is already someone in that room. The front desk people basically called us liars and it took them almost an hour to verify and give us a different room. They never knew why someone would be in that room. Then we find out that they aren't serving any breakfast there right now either. All this after the fact of course, paying $160 plus $100 deposit for a motel 6 quality room. The front desk girls were as rude and snotty as they come and no one knew much about anything. It was rediculous and very disappointing. Oh yeah and the thermostat in our room didn't work either.

I didn't stay at this hotel. It's an eyesore! I live in a very nice high-rise condo down the street from the Ramada and Wyndham, which both look like slums. All other properties in this neighborhood are clean and well maintained, but these hotel properties are strewn with litter/garbage, the stucco is cracked and falling off the walls, and the weeds are out of control. When my friends and relatives come to visit in Phoenix, they stay at either the Hilton Garden Inn or the Clarendon Hotel, which are nearby, clean, and assets to the neighborhood. There is no way I would stay at either the Ramada or Wyndham Hotel or allow my family and friends stay there. Both hotels have the appearance of "renting by the hour".

The hotel itself is a little on the older side. Some of the features are a little well-loved, but it appears to be from age and not lack of attention. The lobby is nice. Rooms are clean. Service was friendly and efficient. But that view...our 10th floor room has floor to ceiling windows with an incredible view of the city! Would stay again just for that!

The word disgusting is an understatement for this hotel. We decided to book this stay because the pictures on the website look nice. Well the hotel looks nothing like this. It is outdated and super dirty. Bar and restaurant are also closed, they do not offer breakfast. We had 2 rooms one of the rooms had blood splattered on the wall and a blood stain on a pillow case. The AC was not working properly either. The housekeeping staff leaves the dirty laundry in the hallways through the day and over night, so you walk by piles of dirty laundry all day. It says its a smoke free hotel but it smells like nothing but cigarettes and weed. My mattress and pillows smelt like cigarettes. Homeless are allowed to sleep by the entrance, we ran into a male riding a dirty beat up bike inside the hotel down the halls. It was just a terrible experience. Do NOT stay here. Unless you don’t mind nasty poor maintenance.

It wasn't what I thought it would be. The hotel needs to be renovated. The carpet needs to be pulled up and the security guard needs to do routine rounds to make sure that people aren't sleeping in the hallway. You should never have to walk around someone sleeping in the hallway ! On every floor there are two chairs that sit across from the elevators. Please don't sit in them because they are filthy. Wont return

Pool unavailable, place shappy and run-down, parking off-site and through a sketchy group hanging outside the back of the hotel. Breakfast area not open and room smelled like cigarettes, we were given a better room. Bed was comfortable. This hotel had too many issues for our comfort. Staff was very helpful and nice.

I've stayed at numerous hotels, this was by far the worst. 2 stars ONLY because the staff was pretty friendly. Other than that; room looked and felt dirty, the towels and sheets were pretty stained up, heat did not work at all, TV sound continuously cut out, hallways all smelled strongly of cigarette and marijuana smoke, and that's only the tip of the iceberg...DO NOT go outside of your room between 8 PM until sunrise, I was constantly either asked if I had drugs or if I wanted to purchase drugs. One morning I went outside to smoke my cigarette and drink my coffee and a woman actually overdosed in the lobby and was arrested. I definitely wasn't expecting the Ritz based on what I paid but this was not a good experience at all. Monitor who's entering your hotel, I'm sincerely glad the homeless people had a safe place to hang out but not at the expense of constantly being asked about drugs and for cigarettes. I wouldn't even allow my girlfriend to come outside with me when I went out to smoke due to the sketchy characters around. The walk from the dark parking garage was bad enough, on that note; their parking lot is tiny and fills up extremely fast. On top of that, even more sketchy characters around the parking garage that's about 100 yards from the front entrance to the place. Not happy at all with my stay there and if I hadn't prepaid I would've been gone after the first night there

First, do not rely on the photos from the website or many of the Google reviews. This hotel needs major updates and rooms are sub-par. I would not recommend staying here. Front parking lot is very small with limited space. When we walked out of the elevator, the smell was GROSS; like dog urine. The smell was strong in the whole hallway, all the way to our room. Thankfully we could no longer smell it in the room but even the room had a funky smell. The bathroom could use MAJOR work. There was a puddle on the floor when we got in...not sure from what. The room FEELS dirty and I have never felt that way about a hotel before. We have a non-smoking room and there was a burn spot on the comforter. Book at your own risk.

Pictures on the website are way better than when you arrive. I’ve stayed at a resort for the same price. Elevator bounced up and down when going up and down. Staff wasn’t so friendly. Air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. People coming in and out of the stairwell all hours of the night. This is a place for locals to go and stay. I wouldn’t recommend for a vacation stay. Didn’t even bother w the pool.
